Mrs Delaney's Loft

Wonderful! I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Ireland!

If you want peace and quiet, off the beaten path, away from tourists, Mrs. Delaney‘s loft is the place for you! We really enjoyed our stay. There was one hiccup with another gentleman booked for the same room, but they were quick to rectify the situation, and all parties were taken care of. We will be back!

As far as presentation, this property is like a vision from a dream - it is gorgeous!! If I wanted to disconnect and just bask in the beauty of the area, it would have been perfect. Unfortunately, my trip was a working vacation and I had to have internet/wifi (as was listed in the amenities) to work, but after going through a bit of a runaround getting key/access information (the telephone in the email was never answered directly, but I did hear from a 3rd party where the key was), I found that the wifi had no connection. When I did make contact with someone to ask about the wifi, I was told it had been out for the last few days and they did not know when it would be turned back on. I had to have wifi to be able to work, so I had to scramble to find other accommodations at the last minute. When I went to leave, the shower would not work (found the power switch outside the bathroom, but the same nice lady on the phone had no suggestions on how to get the shower to work), so I had to leave tired, un-showered, and no clue of where I was going to stay that night. Not trying to beat up the owners, things happen, but it might have been nice for them to offer some kind of recompense. Still and all, if I have friends that want to schedule a romantic weekend away from all but the most limited technology, I would still recommend this location.

Nice play to stay. Very friendly host (is living next door). The property has two more places to stay: the smaller Ryan's loft and the more spacious (with separate bedroom) The Dairy.

Perfect place to get some writing done for university in a quiet and comfortable setting without distractions.
