Nice spot out of town, but not too far away. Property has it's quirks - parking and access are a little awkward, and the room lighting needs greater control and coverage. But as an eco friendly hotel it was nice and comfortable. Animals were not intrusive at all.

Gorgeous estate with lots of animals out of the back and even peacocks roaming the grounds! Apricots can be picked in a limited area (super sweet) and cherry picking available(seasonal) for a cost. Modern, good quality amenities. Really great find and worth a stay!

Love this place . Great walking tracks around property. Spectacular views. Nice firm beds .Friendly animals to feed . Staff very helpful and offered an extra hour for checkout for free so we could go direct to airport for our flight . Easy drive to Hobart airport . Restaurant food was fresh and delicious. My second time staying here and will be back again .

Amazing farm stay meets hotel option. Great facilities and lots of things to do on site from fruit picking to visiting the animals to walking to the water. Very modern facilities which was still central enough to Hobart without the city hustle and bustle.

Interaction with the animals was brilliant. Having the Alpaca's come right up to our balcony when eating, and chilling was awesome. Cleanliness is what let things down a little, which was all the poop and stuff on the chairs and table on the balcony, and a fair amount of dust in various parts of the room. Overall it was fair, and as it was a short stay, not being able to sit and have breakfast with the Alpaca's wasn't a deal breaker. Just would have been nice if that area was a little cleaner. The restaurant was awesome as well. Food was delicious, and good service. Ended up eating breakfast and dinner there. Parking was a bit tough. Recent rain had turned the parking nearest to our room (still a bit of a walk) into a mud pit. We were in building 12 I think. Other than that, a nice peaceful stay, and would go there again. Glad I found the place.

Rooms a little small but very clean and comfortable. Loved the orchards/vineyards/animals on the property. Only issue was with breakfast only an overpriced buffet available. Could not just have a juice and coffee for instance.

The property is modern and would be fantastic for groups of friends/ family. The rooms are mainly timber inside with looks beautiful but gathers alot of dust so room was quite dusty ( which is uncomfortable for people with allergies or sensitive to dust ) the rooms were very clean other than the dust. No parking outside rooms. Well worth staying & we will return.

What an incredible property. The pods are so neat and modern, the service was impeccable and professional. We stayed here before and after completing the three capes walk and the location was perfect. 5 minutes back into sorell and about 50 minutes drive to the port arthur site. Im going to come back with my daughter so we can make use of the amazing activities around the property like the fruit picking and animal feeding. Only negative was that the pods got really hot and the air conditioner was really loud right next to the bed at floor level. Wall mounted air conditioners would make the pod rooms a 10/10

We had a great stay! Very peaceful environment with beautiful scenes. Only a short 30ish minute drive to Hobart city, you have the convenience of that with the beautiful serene feel of the farm stay! Staff were lovely and very helpful. We stayed on a few hot days too and considering the room had no aircon, the air flow was quite nice and it didn’t get too hot. We ate at both the cafe and restaurant and the food was so delicious (just don’t eat there if you are in a rush, services was a little slow) Would happily stay there again and definitely recommend!

Nice enough room but the timer for bathroom fan set wrong and stops when you are in the shower so the whole room fogs up. Motion sensor needs to be set more sensitive and timer set for more time so the fan runs more then 20 seconds. I will stay there again if I need to for sure.

What a delightful place to stay - a lot of thought has gone into setting up this accommodation from the roof skylight to the nespresso machine. Check in was easy - we popped in, in the morning as we were passing through and were given our key early as we expected to check in late. We enjoyed our walk around the property to meet the animals as well. So close to the airport, this should be your stay of choice!

A short stay visiting family, our room looked out over the farm toward the bay, which was great. Some rooms are in small groups in separate pavilions, all seperate from reception and resturant. Nice laid back part of the world, quick drive from airport.

Slightly quirky hotel & associated restaurant/cafe (different building with no covered walkway approx 300m apart) Good location for airport, wonderful views, excellent (but not cheap) restaurant, the standard rooms are small, clean and modern but basic with limited soundproofing between rooms (more like student accommodation). Need to have a car to travel into the local town if you require alternative meal options.

Beautiful peaceful place to stay. The resort grounds are great to stroll around to see the wildlife and animals there. Staff are very helpful, would recommend staying here if travelling to maria island, port Arthur or hobart

The farm stay is a very cool property and we should have loved everything about it-but we didn’t. Check in is confusing and dropping bags at the room is problematic on a one way road with no where to pull over. Once we got to the room it was beautiful and looked out over the farm-and the bay-breathtaking. We enjoyed a beautiful walk before dinner-the food was delicious. However the service, especially for cocktails was slow and inexperienced. The cocktail list was extensive-but they didn’t even have basic ingredients or knowledge on making them! No citrus, cherries or sugar cubes!! I believe it is a new property and it hasn’t really taken off yet-the location near the Hobart airport is a huge plus, so I hope things improve.

The property is amazing, beautiful location, the restaurant is a piece of art, with a great view of the bay. Unfortunately, and that's the reason for the "just" 4 stars rating, the service is not up there. We were there just for breakfast and we waited ages for a coldbut very simple dish (eggs on toast). Such a shame

Staff rang me at7.15 am morning prior to our booking asking if we wanted a queen bed !!!!!!! We had a late night and had a late check out and a slleep in. How in professional The walk from office to orange rooms at night is unsafe and hazardous The staff had to come to our room to get the tv to work twice Cc tv camer in room is not acceptable Would we recommend this accommodation Never ever!!!!!

I liked the place for good value. However, check out was a desaster: there was no one present and we had to leave in order to return the rental car in time and catch a flight. There was a note at reception that the person in charge had gone to feed the peacocks and ducks. We left a voice message explaining that we left the keys on the desk and that we expected the release of the deposit.

A fantastic stay at a lovely hotel. The surrounding areas were beautiful and the hotel was lovely and clean. The kitchen facilities were really useful and staff were very friendly and helpful with advice about our stay. Being able to feed animals and go fruit picking was wonderful and we enjoyed it very much. I would definitely stay here again.

What an incredible property. The pods are so neat and modern, the service was impeccable and professional. We stayed here before and after completing the three capes walk and the location was perfect. 5 minutes back into sorell and about 50 minutes drive to the port arthur site. Im going to come back with my daughter so we can make use of the amazing activities around the property like the fruit picking and animal feeding. Only negative was that the pods got really hot and the air conditioner was really loud right next to the bed at floor level. Wall mounted air conditioners would make the pod rooms a 10/10

Beautiful peaceful place to stay. The resort grounds are great to stroll around to see the wildlife and animals there. Staff are very helpful, would recommend staying here if travelling to maria island, port Arthur or hobart

Perfect place for kids. We stayed right next to the paddock with all the animals that the kids were able to feed. Nothing to do within walking distance though.

The room over looks the bay and animals were feeding and roaming around, And it is only 25 mins from Hobart. Bad news is the on site restaurant needs a lot of work. Food is not that good. There is no breakfast.

A short stay visiting family, our room looked out over the farm toward the bay, which was great. Some rooms are in small groups in separate pavilions, all seperate from reception and resturant. Nice laid back part of the world, quick drive from airport.

Rooms a little small but very clean and comfortable. Loved the orchards/vineyards/animals on the property. Only issue was with breakfast only an overpriced buffet available. Could not just have a juice and coffee for instance.

Convenient location for us to stay. Disappointed the restaurant wasn't open after a long day of travel and although there are plenty of dining options nearby it would have been nice not to have to go back out to get dinner. Other than that it was a fine premise to stay

The farm stay is a very cool property and we should have loved everything about it-but we didn’t. Check in is confusing and dropping bags at the room is problematic on a one way road with no where to pull over. Once we got to the room it was beautiful and looked out over the farm-and the bay-breathtaking. We enjoyed a beautiful walk before dinner-the food was delicious. However the service, especially for cocktails was slow and inexperienced. The cocktail list was extensive-but they didn’t even have basic ingredients or knowledge on making them! No citrus, cherries or sugar cubes!! I believe it is a new property and it hasn’t really taken off yet-the location near the Hobart airport is a huge plus, so I hope things improve.

The property is amazing, beautiful location, the restaurant is a piece of art, with a great view of the bay. Unfortunately, and that's the reason for the "just" 4 stars rating, the service is not up there. We were there just for breakfast and we waited ages for a coldbut very simple dish (eggs on toast). Such a shame

Loved everything except trying to call their restaurant was a nightmare. Kept going through to reception even after they gave us the direct kitchen number. We didn’t end up eating there but everything else was amazing. Ducks, chickens, emus with babies, rabbits etc Apricots trees and cherry trees available to pick from. Beautiful scenery and very safe. Cameras everywhere and lovely staff.

Interaction with the animals was brilliant. Having the Alpaca's come right up to our balcony when eating, and chilling was awesome. Cleanliness is what let things down a little, which was all the poop and stuff on the chairs and table on the balcony, and a fair amount of dust in various parts of the room. Overall it was fair, and as it was a short stay, not being able to sit and have breakfast with the Alpaca's wasn't a deal breaker. Just would have been nice if that area was a little cleaner. The restaurant was awesome as well. Food was delicious, and good service. Ended up eating breakfast and dinner there. Parking was a bit tough. Recent rain had turned the parking nearest to our room (still a bit of a walk) into a mud pit. We were in building 12 I think. Other than that, a nice peaceful stay, and would go there again. Glad I found the place.

Wonderful stay from start to finish. A very warm welcome at reception when we arrived, dinner and breakfast at the restaurant were delicious! They were so accomodating of us having a 6 week old baby, putting us in an accessible room so that we had more room for our portable bassinet. We will 100% be back!

Great place for an overnight stay before flying out of Hobart airport. Close proximity, very clean and new buildings. Along sits on highway nil noise issues, beautiful outlook over the water areas of sorrell.

Terrible small rooms. So cramped, no table, nothing in the fridge. No cutlery. Linen/towels didn’t get changed. Zero staff around. Passageway had red lights like a brothel. I won’t stay here again.
