Tyvärr var inte personalen så bra som man kan önska men det som inte var bra var maten , bland det sämsta jag varit med om på alla hotell jag bott Det finns mer att önska på mycket annat också

A fantastic hotel choice for your stay in Skiathos. All the staff from reception to waiters and waitresses are always very helpful and hard working. The maid also kept the room very clean every day. A special mention for the chef Dionisis who prepared a fantastic spread of food at breakfast and dinner , it’s worth booking half board , you won’t be disappointed. The bus stop number 12 is a 10 minute walk from the hotel where you can take the bus into Skiathos town and to the beaches further away. You also have 2 local beaches nearby the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Sehr kleines bed für dritten adult . Personal is gut nur eine Person in reception war nicht so angenehm. Frühstück gleich jeder tag, verbesserungswürdig. Dinner war gut aber service bei dinner sehr langsam, es ist nötig zu schreiben was für Fleisch is in jeder essen. Hotel für vier Sternen braucht viele verbesserungen

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt trotz schöner Anlage: Fehlender Service. Das Radisson Plaza Skiathos überzeugt optisch, enttäuscht jedoch auf Serviceebene. Die Zimmer und die Anlage sind geräumig, geschmackvoll und modern gestaltet.Leider fehlt es dem Personal an echter Gastfreundschaft. Zwar ist das Team oberflächlich freundlich, agiert jedoch desinteressiert und wenig hilfsbereit. Der Service von Housekeeping und Maintenance ist mangelhaft: Das Bett wurde nie gemacht, und die Bettwäsche wurde erst nach expliziter Aufforderung einmal pro Woche gewechselt. Auch die Außenanlage wirkt durch unkontrollierten Unkrautwuchs ungepflegt.Das Frühstück ist zwar großzügig bietet aber keinerlei Abwechslung und ist jeden Tag identisch. Zudem sind die Vorteile als Radisson Premium Member maximal marginal und kaum spürbar. Insgesamt wirkt das Hotel führungslos, als gäbe es kein aktives Management vor Ort. Aufgrund des schwachen Service-Leistungs-Verhältnisses leider keine Empfehlung.

The hotel itself it minimal & modern.which was lovely However our inland view was of a huge rock face absolutely no view at all so didn't inspire my husband and I to sit on the balcony on an evening. We ask if we could move several times but " no other rooms available apart from the next room which had the exact view !! The breakfast was cold EVERY morning, when the fresh items we're brought out of the kitchen ( egg's bacon etc ) they must have been pre prepared too soon & left to go cold , only when brought out to put under the heat lamps, having to warm up again. We did approach a staff member but said there's nothing they can do ! The reception staff were friendly but felt the hotel was lacking atmosphere. The location to the beach is perfect so a plus there .
