Bahía de Ávalos

This place was special. It’s situated in an abandon hotel project. Edouardo and his wife were very helpful. There was no hot water in the bubble but we were able to us the shower from another cabine. All in all a good experience. There’s no cell phone connection in the last km to the site which made it difficult to access. Also, there was alot of wind which made it challenging to sleep.

The property is secluded from all the small towns in the island but offers silence peace and comfort in the zone that it is located. The space was perfect for a family vacation of 5 people. I would recommend this property if staying in La Gomera for longer than 2 nights to make it worth your while.

Great place to stay, very helpful staff, and nice comfortable Villa. However the location is remote here, and there are few amenities, it states it is in San Sébastien but it is at least an hours walk from the town. There are no shops or restaurants within walking distance, its a stunning location but you do need a car definitely. Also if you are relying on cabs be warned that it can be difficult to get cabs late at night from san Sebastian town (we were told they stop around 11). Alo be sure to make contact in advance regarding check, we just showed up on the day without advanced contact and found it difficult to check in.

Eine extravagante Unterkunft. Ein besonderes Erlebnis. Genau richtig für 1-2 Nächte. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank ist vorhanden um etwas Wein und kleinere Snacks kühlen zu können. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und super hilfsbereit.
