The property owner was very unprofessional. He demanded you park a certain way and stated he had to make room for other paying guess. I was confused because I was inside of the parking spot already and had to reposition my car to meet his requirements. Once checked in the room was infested with roaches and when I told the manager her acted nonchalant about the situation and refused to give me a refund or change rooms my family and I had no other hotel choices available that was within our price range for a two night stay. We had Events sent up to attend so for the most part we spent a total of 8 hours out of the 3 days we booked so to the poor conditions and rude staff.

It was sketchy. Limited parking. Not in a very good area. Smelled wet in the room. See why there is no pics of the outside. Onto the rooms. Outlets didn’t work. Fridge not cold.

This was in fact a budget inn. It was good for the price I paid but the exterior was unclean and old feeling. The room itself was very basic and exactly what I needed and felt clean enough. Worth it for the price.

Staff was very friendly. Rundown on the outside, paid $428 for one night as we missed our flight. It was memorial day weekend but the price for what we got was outrageous. Comforter did not appear to be washed and floors were dirty. No furniture besides bed and a table in room. Poor lighting no lamps. In a very rundown area.

Doesnt look like the advertised photo at all. Looks rundown on outside but the inside looked new. Staff was helpful. Inside was clean and convenient to most places in area. Great price and would stay again for same price.

The motel was older and looked run down, I was actually shocked when I arrived. The room I was given was a lower level part of the hotel and the room had recently been remodeled. Room was clean but sparse. When checked into the room the ac had apparently been off earlier and had just been turned on, so room was warm. Fortunately I had a 5 hour meeting to attend so temp was fine when I arrived back. I wouldn’t stay there again, so I’ll spend more money for a little more luxury.

Staff was cordial. Room was in like new condition. Outside appearance was like a slum. This place is under renovation and not ready for prime time! (They charged me a $75 damage/security deposit which has yet to be credited to my card.)

Everything in the room was very clean down to the sheets and bathroom. The younger guy who checked us in was very nice and accommodating. When checking out there was an older guy who was bickering with another guest but that’s not my business. Nice affordable place though.

It is one of the worst experiences, their place is dirty and have bugs everywhere. Their mattresses are old but it is okay, they can keep it clean but they do not. They only care that you book the place and you pay for them.

This is absolutely the nastiest motel I have ever stayed at! I was afraid to even lay down on the bed. My daughter had her shoes off when we got there and her feet were black from the dirt. I would rather sleep in my car than stay there again!

We couldn’t stay the night when we seen the hotel we checked out. Don’t look like the pictures! Bugs were on the bed the door was opened before we walked in. Sheets weren’t clean. We couldn’t find any other hotel because everything was booked so we slept in the car.

We arrived to find that the hotel is in a rundown area and our rooms had german roach infestations. We didn't even put our suitcases down before we decided to leave and spend double the price for a hotel in a better place that was actually clean. I guess you get what you pay for with this place.

Air conditioning machine worked intermittently. No coffee or breakfast (they don’t offer it in the booking so I didn’t take that into account). Biggest gripe is that my $50 holding fee was never refunded and I have been unable to contact them through their phone number regarding it.

Upon arrival our room was not prepared, they then proceeded to place us in a so called suite and tried to do with no extra cost like it was a privilege ? But it WASNT. The AC wasn’t working properly, the bed was not on any frame , with one small thin blanket which makes sense seeing the AC didn’t work. The TV didn’t want to work half the time . The internet was in and out the whole time .i had three fridges in my room as if it was a storage unit. THE BIG ISSUE WAS THERE WAS NO HOT WATER IN THAT UNIT . I had the faucet turned all the way to hot. I had to take cold showers for two days. The location was horrible the parking spaces was way to close to the public sidewalk constantly worried if my car was going to be stole or broken into. I WILL NEVER go there again . 0/10 do not recommend. 2 nights 275$ and 50$ deposit a waste of money. Please do not book with this establishment

So many problems with this place. Location - it is located on a busy street so it was VERY noisy. There was a huge gap around all edges of the door when it was closed - including at least 3/4 of an inch on the bottom. I'm sure they have a rodent problem as the bottom of the TV stand/dresser had a big whole that looked like it had been chewed up. The walls were paper thin so you could hear everything around you. There was no mirror in the bathroom - not sure how a man would shave here. The bed was hard as a rock and there wasn't a blanket - just a sheet and a cover that was also the weight of a sheet. The TV was terrible - small and the reception was so bad that the picture was constantly pixelated. The exterior of the property is in need of many repairs, the property name lights are partially burned out, the paint is peeling and there is cracked concrete everywhere. Don't stay here unless your only concern is price. Even then, there are better options.

The hotel was very ran down, staff was very rude and argumentative. I did NOT stay there due to the staff making us feel very unsafe. They refused to give any refund even tho it said i could cancel the second night. Made a complaint with Hotels.com they attempted to reach out to the property management via phone and email to no avail.

The property requires a 50.00 deposit and refuses to return the deposit. Coming up with all kinds of excuses and lies to not returning the money. I would avoid staying at this property.

Very Misleading. Hotel states "Eglin AFB" and is NOT on the base. I had to wait 47 mins for extra towls and 3 different people came to help me each time I went to the front desk to ask for the towls. I spit harder than the shower head pressure. I would not let my worse enemy stay here. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The owner and staff were extremely friendly and courteous. I upgrade to an efficiency due to the length of my stay and they were super accommodating and fair for the price. The location is great. It's not in the middle of chaos and not far from anything. The food options were bountiful and easy to get to. The room was spacious, allowing plenty of room for work. The only suggestion would be to add a desk, which I didn't not ask for and they probably would have assisted. Very pleased with my stay and will recommend them to anyone visiting the area.

Great location to everything you need. Staff was friendly and eager to help with anything we wanted. Extra towels were easy. Very friendly. Rooms were in great condition and A/C had room super chilled. Will definitely stay again.

I'm sure they have a rodent problem as the bottom of the TV stand/dresser had a big whole that looked like it had been chewed up. The walls were paper thin so you could hear everything around you. There was no mirror in the bathroom - not sure how a man would shave here. The bed was hard as a rock and there wasn't a blanket - just a sheet and a cover that was also the weight of a sheet. The TV was terrible - small and the reception was so bad that the picture was constantly pixelated. The exterior of the property is in need of many repairs, the property name lights are partially burned out, the paint is peeling and there is cracked concrete everywhere. Don't stay here unless your only concern is price. Even then, there are better options.

Staff was very friendly. Rundown on the outside, paid $428 for one night as we missed our flight. It was memorial day weekend but the price for what we got was outrageous. Comforter did not appear to be washed and floors were dirty. No furniture besides bed and a table in room. Poor lighting no lamps. In a very rundown area.

Doesnt look like the advertised photo at all. Looks rundown on outside but the inside looked new. Staff was helpful. Inside was clean and convenient to most places in area. Great price and would stay again for same price.

The owner and staff were extremely friendly and courteous. I upgrade to an efficiency due to the length of my stay and they were super accommodating and fair for the price. The location is great. It's not in the middle of chaos and not far from anything. The food options were bountiful and easy to get to. The room was spacious, allowing plenty of room for work. The only suggestion would be to add a desk, which I didn't not ask for and they probably would have assisted. Very pleased with my stay and will recommend them to anyone visiting the area.

Air conditioning machine worked intermittently. No coffee or breakfast (they don’t offer it in the booking so I didn’t take that into account). Biggest gripe is that my $50 holding fee was never refunded and I have been unable to contact them through their phone number regarding it.

I booked the room for one night. I paid the rent through hotels.com already. The hotel manager made me give them my card for incidentals deposit. I left everything fine. However, there was no floor mat in the restroom. So I had to use one towel as mat so that after shower it doesn’t wet the floor. For this, the hotel considered it as stain in the towel and charged me $7. When I asked, the manager is behaving so rude like barking and who considers stain towels as incidental? Other hotel they don’t even reuse a towel. They throw it out. I will never again book this hotel for this high price. Also, they advertise as laundry service available . There was no laundry. Walls and floors are broken. When sleep at night people outside are just partying which makes you feel uncomfortable. I had my 2.5 months old daughter with me and my wife. At some point, it felt unsecured as well. In the middle of the night, that manager came to my room to make me shift my car in the parking space. They don’t even have parking space marked. This was so intimidating experience.

Budget in name only. Newly remodeled. Bath fixtures and bedding seemed more like a comfort hotel. Inn keeper friendly.

Overall a good stay for couple of nights. The noise of the traffic was loud due to it right by the road. Had to keep the ac unit running to drown out the traffic noise. Ac ran good & kept us nice & cool. The room we stayed it was updated. Bed was somewhat comfortable but needed more pillows. Staff were nice and friendly. If needed quick place stay this is the place & conveniently right by the airport.
