Unfortunately, the condition of the property was significantly different from what was advertised and created substantial concerns for my family throughout our stay.Some of the issues we encountered included:* Visible mold growth in multiple areas of the property, including the bathroom, shower area, bedroom, ceilings, walls, and HVAC vents.* Water damage and active water intrusion, including water running down an interior wall near the ceiling fan.* Peeling and bubbling ceilings caused by moisture damage.* A front door with a damaged locking mechanism and deteriorated door frame, creating security concerns.* A toilet that was loose and not properly secured to the floor.* Air conditioning that did not function properly.* Large stains and unsanitary conditions on the couch.* Insufficient towels for a family staying five nights.* No practical way to wash or dry clothing during the stay.* Lack of basic cleaning supplies.* An extremely small bed that could not comfortably accommodate two adults.* Cracked and deteriorating stair and foundation areas that created safety concerns.* Accessibility challenges that significantly impacted me due to my lower extremity disability and mobility limitations.* A unit that was considerably smaller than represented in the listing.In addition to the physical condition of the property, the accommodations did not match what was advertised and represented at the time of booking.

Yes, this property is directly in the flight path, but no, it isn’t a problem. They provide ear plugs, even, but I didn’t use them, it can be a bit jarring at first, but after a bit I didn’t even notice the planes. Very well kept property, really cute place stocked with everything you could need, airy, centrally located, very walkable, just a great place to stay. I highly recommend getting out and walking this neighborhood, a really great area of San Diego. The property managers are quick to respond if you have any questions and are just so pleasant. I have stayed in a couple properties owned by the same people and each one is just as wonderful. Not a single complaint.

I had a great stay. The host was responsive and communicative, and the space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The amenities were well thought out and made the stay easy and enjoyable. One thing to note is that planes do fly over the property between approximately 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM, so guests who plan to stay in during those hours may want to keep that in mind. This did not bother us at all, as we were out exploring the city from morning until late evening, and by the time we returned, there were no more planes flying overhead. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would stay here again.
