Das Konzept gefällt mir. Eigentlich Studentenappartements bei denen wohl die freien Einheiten vermarktet werden. Pool im Innenhof, Gym, Aufenthaltsräume und Dachterasse sind vorhanden. Das beinhaltet allerdings auch mal lautstarke Musikbeschallung. Zudem sind die Appartements etwas hellhörig. Die Zimmer sind mit Küchenzeile, Bett und Badezimmer ausgestattet. In meinem Zimmer hat die Qualität der Einrichtung aber nicht überzeugt. Der Wasserablauf im Waschbecken und der Dusche brauchte ordentlich Zeit. Der Türrahmen zum Badezimmer fiel auseinander. Und wenn man nach dem duschen barfuß durchs Zimmer lief hatte man mehr Dreck an den Füßen als vorher. Plus die Haare der Vorgänger. Der Zimmerservice war aber jeden Tag da. Great property, in good condition and located near the beach. I felt very safe and welcome and the studio was in good condition. Some small tips for improvement; Change towels more then 1x 4 days, ensure there are hooks to hang towels on / ensure clothing hangers are available and ensure that there is cleaning clothes & material in the gym to clean the equipment with.

Für den Preis top. Super Lage, freundliches Personal und schöner Pool. Nur die Küche ist unnötig, da die Töpfe nicht für Induktionsherd geeignet sind und ein Wasserkocher ist nicht vorhanden.

Muy agradable el edificio y facilidades. Cerca de la playa y bien comunicado con los transportes al centro. Todo bien, solo me hicieron falta, y debi haberlo leido para organizarme mejor, cafetera y secador! Nada grave, el resto fue muy comodo y a buen precio!

Wirklich gute Unterkunft, Studentenwohnheim sehr gut in Schuss. Sauberkeit war in Ordnung, lediglich über das WC habe uch noch mal drüber gewicht.

Note that you are staying in an empty student dormitory. There are no amenities in the room that you would have at a typical hotel (no hair dryer, clothing iron, kettle/coffee, paper towels, tissues, etc). The Expedia listing also stated that there is no front desk and host will meet you upon check in. There IS front desk, which is a plus, and you can leave you luggage at the facility prior to check in (I paid to leave it elsewhere since the listing said there is no front desk). Bathmats and towels were not changed during my 4 day stay (I asked for an additional towel and was given a hand towel). Housekeeping comes very early and only makes the bed. Nice surrounding area and desk staff was nice and helpful. Would recommend paying some more money and staying elsewhere, especially if you plan to go to the beach.

While this is priced low and its location is fine, I felt like I was in a prison. There is a large gate and security for an area I felt safe to walk all hours. I have been to this part of Spain many times. This property had zero flavor of Spain. It has basic homogenized decor- you could basically be anywhere in the world. Zero charm. If you are fearful of a place then this is an option. I do not travel to have no experience of where I am going. They had no amenities- no soap, towels were tiny... they were friendly and it was clean. But for my money, I will go elsewhere in the future.

The staff that I encountered was really nice and easy to talk to. The property is a 3-5 min walk from the subway which is quite convenient and roughly 15-20 min walk to the beach. The room looked exactly like the pictures. I do think they should caulk around the shower. I think the room should be better dusted. Our room had a whole kitchen with dishwasher and a mini fridge however, no utensils, pots, dish soap, plates or cups which I find quite odd. I'm guessing if we asked for some items it could have been provided. However, I do believe those items should be in the room. They provided this 2-1 shampoo/body cleanser, however it would have been nice to have a separate bar soap just to wash hands instead of moving the 2-1 from the shower to the sink. I also wished there was a hair dryer and a iron/iron board in the room as there is plenty of space for that. From what I understand, there are actual residents living there, so I wonder if that's the reason there are certain things not available in the room since ppl come with their stuff but I still think for the rooms used "hotel style" certain things should be provided. Bei meiner Ankunft waren das Badezimmer und insbesondere die Dusche schmutzig. Außerdem hatte ich einige Kakerlaken im Badezimmer. Die Badezimmertür war defekt und ließ sich nicht richtig schließen, und es gab einen Stromausfall. Da ein "Bitte nicht stören"-Schild nicht vorhanden war, klopfte die Reinigungskraft jeden Morgen und weckte mich. Diese Unterkunft kann ich nicht weiterempfehlen.

Realmente fue frustrante somos una pareja y las habitaciones son de dos camitas separadas por por un mueble , muy apropiada para los estudiantes que se albergan ahí pero no para una pareja, baño con moho y la bañera se llenaba de agua lo reportamos y nada, el aire no funcionaba bien y el calor no te dejaba dormir, tampoco hicieron nada, realmente para lo que lo usan está bien pero no como hotel y no costó barato

This is a really great place to stay in Valencia. Primarily being long-term accommodation option for students, I loved how space was distributed for meals, work / study, clothes and for sleep. All was excellent. Only the "problem" I had - stay on a beach or go home to work 😆 My room was single with great quality bed of 120cm wide For short trips I would suggest to take your own toiletries.

The studios are convenient and reasonably priced. The staff was great, very attentive. However, they need maintenance. Freezer door was off, stove hood did not work. They only provide very basic kitchen utensils.

The room looked exactly like the pictures. I do think they should caulk around the shower. I think the room should be better dusted. Our room had a whole kitchen with dishwasher and a mini fridge however, no utensils, pots, dish soap, plates or cups which I find quite odd. I'm guessing if we asked for some items it could have been provided. However, I do believe those items should be in the room. They provided this 2-1 shampoo/body cleanser, however it would have been nice to have a separate bar soap just to wash hands instead of moving the 2-1 from the shower to the sink. I also wished there was a hair dryer and a iron/iron board in the room as there is plenty of space for that. From what I understand, there are actual residents living there, so I wonder if that's the reason there are certain things not available in the room since ppl come with their stuff but I still think for the rooms used "hotel style" certain things should be provided. Alojamiento correcto para el precio. No dispone de nada de menaje para cocinar,ni sartenes ni nada apenas una olla. Mucho ruido por el pasillo y ningún cartel que indique no molestar o que pueden pasar en el caso que tengan que arreglar la habitacion. En cuanto situación,perfecta. Realmente fue frustrante somos una pareja y las habitaciones son de dos camitas separadas por por un mueble , muy apropiada para los estudiantes que se albergan ahí pero no para una pareja, baño con moho y la bañera se llenaba de agua lo reportamos y nada, el aire no funcionaba bien y el calor no te dejaba dormir, tampoco hicieron nada, realmente para lo que lo usan está bien pero no como hotel y no costó barato

Note that you are staying in an empty student dormitory. There are no amenities in the room that you would have at a typical hotel (no hair dryer, clothing iron, kettle/coffee, paper towels, tissues, etc). The Expedia listing also stated that there is no front desk and host will meet you upon check in. There IS front desk, which is a plus, and you can leave you luggage at the facility prior to check in (I paid to leave it elsewhere since the listing said there is no front desk). Bathmats and towels were not changed during my 4 day stay (I asked for an additional towel and was given a hand towel). Housekeeping comes very early and only makes the bed. Nice surrounding area and desk staff was nice and helpful. Would recommend paying some more money and staying elsewhere, especially if you plan to go to the beach.

While this is priced low and its location is fine, I felt like I was in a prison. There is a large gate and security for an area I felt safe to walk all hours. I have been to this part of Spain many times. This property had zero flavor of Spain. It has basic homogenized decor- you could basically be anywhere in the world. Zero charm. If you are fearful of a place then this is an option. I do not travel to have no experience of where I am going. They had no amenities- no soap, towels were tiny... they were friendly and it was clean. But for my money, I will go elsewhere in the future.

Bei meiner Ankunft waren das Badezimmer und insbesondere die Dusche schmutzig. Außerdem hatte ich einige Kakerlaken im Badezimmer. Die Badezimmertür war defekt und ließ sich nicht richtig schließen, und es gab einen Stromausfall. Da ein "Bitte nicht stören"-Schild nicht vorhanden war, klopfte die Reinigungskraft jeden Morgen und weckte mich. Diese Unterkunft kann ich nicht weiterempfehlen.

Muy agradable el edificio y facilidades. Cerca de la playa y bien comunicado con los transportes al centro. Todo bien, solo me hicieron falta, y debi haberlo leido para organizarme mejor, cafetera y secador! Nada grave, el resto fue muy comodo y a buen precio!

Room was great - we didn’t use the pool. Area perfect, right next to the metro to get into the main centre and short walk to marina and beach. We also walked to the science museum and oceanografic. Great location

Baño con 1 único bote de jabón/champú para todo. Solo eso, escasísimo. Cocina equipada en la habitación pero con pocos accesorios, sin cafetera, solo 1 vaso.. Solo tiene 4 ascensores y puedes tardar 5 minutos en coger uno. Ojo! Es una residencia de estudiantes tambien

Large room with cooking facilities, but not much in the way of utensils. Room seemed reasonably clean, but let down by mould in the shower grouting. If cleaning services could get some mould magic or something similar and really have a good go at the mould in the bathrooms it would improve the overall image of the properties. Getting initial access to the property was a bit stressful especially when carrying heavy bags in the heat as the pedestrian access wasn't very clearly marked as was the high security entrance gate which somewhat gave the impression of entering a high security prison. However once inside, pretty good facilities for the price. Gym well equipped. Pool served it's function although not the most picturesque location, however you would be unlikely to get a pool in most establishments at that price point. Location a little bit sketchy, felt safe enough walking around it during the day, did not go out in the evening as not part of my plans, although did see the odd local character who looked as if the may have a somewhat edgy lifestyle. But as someone who is happy to go out in Camden Town area in London on a Saturday night, nothing I couldn't handle, but may explain the high security. Other residents of the studios seemed nice enough. Most of staff helpful and pleasant. No kettle, but was able to borrow one plus a hairdryer, so was able to have my morning cuppa! All in all good value basics covered, but don't expect 5 star luxury for the price.

Les points positifs : logement plutôt bien situé (15 minutes de la plage à pied, centre-ville accessible en bus, la cité des sciences et des arts accessible également en bus/velo). De quoi faire des courses alimentaires à proximité. Le logement est bien, la climatisation fonctionne très bien, il y a des vrais stores aux fenêtres. Les points négatifs : pour les dormeurs au sommeil léger, ça peut être un peu bruyant, je pense notamment si vous êtes dans les étages inférieurs qui donnent sur cour. Également, le ménage n’était pas parfaitement fait, et personnellement dans mon logement, il y avait beaucoup d’eau en dehors de la douche, des joints mériteraient un renouvellement. Mais malgré tout ça, pour le prix, il n’y a rien à redire. Très bien situé si vous voulez profiter de la ville et de la plage. Pas mal de bus à proximité, un métro, un tram et une station de vélo. Il y a également une laverie automatique, très utile quand on reste un petit moment.
