Hot continental breakfast with some day to day variety. Helpful staff. In addition to pool and exercise room has basketball court for those inclined. Room a comfortably suite with seating and kitchenette. Metro access a medium walk away.

I really enjoyed our stay except you do not have ice machines and the refrigerator ice makers do not work. You may want to indicate that on your website. The night I arrived, the front desk gave me ice from the kitchen but could not gurantee that every night so I bought a bag of ice. He did give me a free water. WHen checking out, I gave the feedback to the GM. She apologized and said I could have had ice every night. She did offer me free snacks which wasn't necessary. I just wanted to give feedback for future guests.

This is a good property. The hotels dot com listing says it is 3.8 miles from the airport but it is actually over 6 miles. There is no airport shuttle.

Was in town for a 3-day/2-night stay. Our room was available for early check-in. I initially was not too keen on having a 1st floor room but it was awesome and easily accessible to the gym, breakfast, and the exit doors. The breakfast was amazing with lots of options. Nice gym!!! Also, I did laundry before I left and the laundry room was well kept. Room was comfy and clean and location was perfect! Will stay again! Also, Allison at the front desk was kind and funny!

Room was great. Comfortable, clean. Free breakfast was excellent. Outdoor pool was really nice and water very clean. It didn’t open until 11am which frustrated me. There were towels by pool, lounge chairs and umbrellas. Very pretty. There were trees overhanging the pool deck that were dropping messy berries and flowers and they were everywhere. On the chairs, tables, cement…. Property should have wiped down the chairs and tables each morning. Some leaves were brown and glued onto surfaces so they had lain on chairs/tables for days. Gross. We didn’t have any issues with our reservations. We did however, see a lot of people at the desk over our 5 night stay who were arguing with desk staff and having issues. Sounded like it was very mismanaged and reservations lost. The workout room was huge.

It smells terrible as soon as we entered the Hotel. It was like walmart bathroom odor lolz. Also when we went inside our room the carpet was all wet. They didn't gave us complimentary slippers so make sure you keep your own. Over all it was very clean Hotel. And the free breakfast is good and kid friendly.

The Hyatt was roomy, quiet, & convenient. The room was mostly clean, but the bed linens were not. We found hair & dirt in the bed before we even slept init.

We enjoyed the size of the room, parking is easy, location was great, karaoke night looked like tons of fun, the breakfast was good. Unfortunately someone vomited 4 times in our hallway and elevator and it took 3 hours after being reported to the front desk to be cleaned up! Really not okay that everyone in the 4th floor had to walk around it on their way to breakfast. Also, our toilet was broken on check in and they never sent anyone to fix it and suggested WE go to Home Depot and buy a plunger. No change of room was offered or any compensation. If they had fixed these things, I would have recommended but that was very disappointing.

Though my stay was reasonably comfortable, the staff were friendly and my room decently clean, there were a few negative things that really stuck out during my stay. First, the toilet had a running/dripping water noise issue that closing the door of the bathroom could not block out. And even though the shower was decently cleaned, it had old grime on the edges, which really ought to be scraped off or covered up with calk. Secondly, the bedroom TV dresser drawer stayed permanently opened, unable to jam shut, so I had to prop something against it to be able to pass in front of the bed. Lastly, at breakfast there was only one staff member trying to prepare/replenish dishes and it seemed unfair to her to have multiple people asking for multiple things of her at the same time, especially since she had trouble easily understanding what they were asking for. There was also an unseemly sight of overflowing trash at the breakfast cafe on both mornings of my stay, where plates and utensils had overrun the trash and people had begun stacking their dirty plates on the nearby table, which quickly became overrun with dirty plates/cups/utensils. Nobody wants to see that in a hotel! I'm only giving 3 stars not 2 because the room itself was decently cleaned and the staff were friendly.

We have stayed at this hotel before and the main reason is because of the large rooms with two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms… along with the kitchenette, it is very convenient for our party!

Very nice hotel- The room seemed like a small apartment. Minor things- There are no tables to place drinks or laptops on unless you sit at the kitchen counter- a weird complaint, but something I missed on a business trip where I would have preferred to have a table for my drink and laptop while I watched TV on the couch. The AC unit in the bedroom was super loud - It not the average AC unit in a hotel- I think it was behind a closet type door. I was also surprised how much I could hear in the hallways and also multiple toilet flushes and showers running throughout the evening. Just didn't seem like something you'd expect from a Hyatt- not major- but woke me up a couple of times.

The room was spacious but definitely not new… everything seemed old. Some lights didn’t work, a fire alarm was missing from one of the rooms. The breakfast was one of the worst I have had at a hotel. Went and got coffee after we left in the morning and didn’t event attempt breakfast there on day 2.

The hotel is average, nothing bad, nothing great. One thing that really amazed us was that the TV was bolted to a dresser so that it only faced one way...to the door. While there was a sofa and a bed, they were not arranged so we could watch it. We finally pushed the entire dresser so that it could be seen from the bed, albeit still at an angle,

It was disappointing that the fireplace in the room did not work. You could see where there was previous water damage on the ceiling in the living room area. Some of the outlets did not work.

I was really impressed with the rooms I stayed in for the price of the room. Each was a mini suite with a full (mini) kitchen, king-sized bed, and pull out sofa bed. I needed a lot of accommodations as my sister got sick when we arrived and I had to move to a different room. Service was excellent.

I was really impressed with the rooms I stayed in for the price of the room. Each was a mini suite with a full (mini) kitchen, king-sized bed, and pull out sofa bed. I needed a lot of accommodations as my sister got sick when we arrived and I had to move to a different room. Service was excellent.

The staff was absolutely amazing. From the moment I got there until I checked out they helped us with anything we needed. The place was clean and peaceful. This location was close to a lot of things to do and places to eat.

We enjoyed the size of the room, parking is easy, location was great, karaoke night looked like tons of fun, the breakfast was good. Unfortunately someone vomited 4 times in our hallway and elevator and it took 3 hours after being reported to the front desk to be cleaned up! Really not okay that everyone in the 4th floor had to walk around it on their way to breakfast. Also, our toilet was broken on check in and they never sent anyone to fix it and suggested WE go to Home Depot and buy a plunger. No change of room was offered or any compensation. If they had fixed these things, I would have recommended but that was very disappointing.

Was in town for a 3-day/2-night stay. Our room was available for early check-in. I initially was not too keen on having a 1st floor room but it was awesome and easily accessible to the gym, breakfast, and the exit doors. The breakfast was amazing with lots of options. Nice gym!!! Also, I did laundry before I left and the laundry room was well kept. Room was comfy and clean and location was perfect! Will stay again! Also, Allison at the front desk was kind and funny!

Hotel clean and every member of staff from front desk, bar, maintenance and housekeeping all very friendly and accommodating. Smoke alarm started chirping in our room and it was late so no maintenance but within 20 minutes we were in another room.

The room we stayed in was definitely smaller than any Hyatt that I stayed in, the room was still roomy and comfortable and clean. The location was great and a short 35min commute to D.C. The staff were friendly.

Stayed for 3 days with wife and daughter. The hotel and room are very clean. Quiet location. A couple of traffic lights away from food stores and other shopping venues and restaurants. Staff friendly. Breakfast is adequate. Price is unbeatable. Would definitely stay there again in the future.

This is a good property. The hotels dot com listing says it is 3.8 miles from the airport but it is actually over 6 miles. There is no airport shuttle.

We stayed for 4 nights. The staff were extremely hospitable and kind!! We noticed that immediately and appreciated it. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. We liked that it is a reasonable walk to the Metro rail (about a mile?) and a short drive to the Reston Town Center area of restaurants etc. Thank you for the wonderful place to call 'home' for four days!

Flew into Dulles and the hotel was about 15 minutes away. We went to Shenadoah National Park which was about 1.25 from the hotel. Clean and wifi was good.

I stayed 5 nights and my room wasn't cleaned throughout my stay. I asked for towels around 7am and when I got back at 9pm I didn't have any towels. The front desk clerk acted like it was an inconvenience to bring me towels. The breakfast options were very limited, food not hot. The hallways smelled like curry and were very hot. Guests placed trash bags and towels in the hallway.

Breakfast was very lacking. Potatoes were still cold / watery, bacon often overcooked and eggs patties (premade and steamed). BBQ area was also lacking with only onebbq that qas poorly maintained and broken in sections. AC unit in room was very loud with extra noise when kicking on. Room was clean and staff friendly. Kitchen was equipped ok. No menu system on tv, so you need to channel surf to find something to watch. Laundry was good on second floor.

The room was spacious but definitely not new… everything seemed old. Some lights didn’t work, a fire alarm was missing from one of the rooms. The breakfast was one of the worst I have had at a hotel. Went and got coffee after we left in the morning and didn’t event attempt breakfast there on day 2.

Though my stay was reasonably comfortable, the staff were friendly and my room decently clean, there were a few negative things that really stuck out during my stay. First, the toilet had a running/dripping water noise issue that closing the door of the bathroom could not block out. And even though the shower was decently cleaned, it had old grime on the edges, which really ought to be scraped off or covered up with calk. Secondly, the bedroom TV dresser drawer stayed permanently opened, unable to jam shut, so I had to prop something against it to be able to pass in front of the bed. Lastly, at breakfast there was only one staff member trying to prepare/replenish dishes and it seemed unfair to her to have multiple people asking for multiple things of her at the same time, especially since she had trouble easily understanding what they were asking for. There was also an unseemly sight of overflowing trash at the breakfast cafe on both mornings of my stay, where plates and utensils had overrun the trash and people had begun stacking their dirty plates on the nearby table, which quickly became overrun with dirty plates/cups/utensils. Nobody wants to see that in a hotel! I'm only giving 3 stars not 2 because the room itself was decently cleaned and the staff were friendly.

When we tried to check in there was no one at front desk. After 5 min I started calling the main number over and over, no one answered; I chose talk to manager, no answer, chose talk to assistant manager, no answer, chose customer service, rang on and on. Finally someone who I later saw bartending came over and checked us in (by now there was a line behind me). I didn’t expect much since it was cheaper hotel, but with the Hyatt name I expected better than usual. Eh. We got the two bedroom suite. The beds were decent but old. And weirdly, the counters are all much lower than we are used to. Hard to wash your face. But again, you can’t get a two bedroom suite around here for this price. Breakfast was good. Parking free and plentiful. Pool was ok. So why the one star review? 1. To get a hot shower, you have to turn it all the way to the hot side and you lose water pressure in the process. So either a strong lukewarm shower or a soft hot shower. 2. Bedrooms have cheap french doors that swing inward to the bedrooms but don’t close all the way with a gap in between. No privacy. No noise reduction. 3. Half the lights in the room didn’t work. This is just cheap maintenance not being done. Which makes me question the maintenance in general. 4. Three TVs - 2 didn’t work. Cable only, no smart TV log in for any streaming services. 5. My husband is allergic to animal dander and I am allergic to mold. Both our allergies were bad the whole time. Wouldn’t take much to be a better hotel.
