No frills hotel, clean basic room; they charged for everything including the shuttle to and from the airport. Hotel is about a 15 minute ride from terminal in an isolated area.

Clean, quiet and quick walk to shopping area and restaurants. Easy shuttle service to airport every 30 minutes. Attentive staff; all spoke englush and easy to communicate with.

Enjoyed the stay even if it was only for one night. Easy and low fee shuttle to the airport. The shopping center nearby has everything that a person would need (ie restaurants, shopping centers, things to do)

This is a no-frills hotel near the airport and a mall. The room is very basic but large and very clean. There was a significant amount of confusion in the morning when the shuttle was due to leave--they needed more than 1 and not all the drivers spoke English. Also, there was confusion about where we were being dropped off and where we needed to go depending upon your airline. The mall was a nice diversion and had a supermarket/

Stayed at the B&B Hotel Roma Fiumicino for a night, to catch a very early flight. Getting there was complex, airport taxis shun you - they obviously prefer the 50 euro ride to Rome. Local taxis weren't available, and after a long wait ai finally got an Uber. The hotel is basic, spartan, but clean. Absolutely no frills - not even a picture on the wall. A bit peicey for what you get. It's beside a shopping center, which is convenient. The shuttle to the airport was a great plus - even when nobody knew from which terminal our flight was leaving.

2 elevator, one of each not working and not indicated about it. Almost lost the shuttle to find enough room in the only elevator. Shuttle bus from airport late and didn’t stop in the designated area (from website zone 3) but it stopped at 5. In the way back the a/c in the bus was not working, with 40 degrees outside. Need to help the driver to load the luggages because he was throwing those Terrible experience, no worth for the money

Parking was very difficult. We were told that only 6 spaces in front of hotel were safe for parking,

They don’t have a restaurant, but there is a mall across the way. A 2 minute walk. Plenty of places to eat there. There are several things to do. There is a cinema and a bowling alley, plenty of shopping. The train is right there. There is a vending machine in the lobby. The lobby isn’t very big, but the check in was quick, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

There was mold on the wall in the room outside the bathroom. Clearly an unaddressed leak from the bathroom shower.

Room had scuff marks all over the walls. There was also a random rollin bed against the wall that had a mattress with no sheets. The showerhead had black mold. Overall, cleanliness was lacking. The staff was great and made checking in quick and easy. Only booked this since it was cheap and had an airport shuttle that was about a 10 mins. drive.

駅からものすごく近いのは良い。駅の向かい側にショッピング施設がある。 スタッフも必要最低限のことは伝えてくれるが裏を返せば手厚いサービスとまではいかない。部屋のテレビもネトフリやYouTubeが見れ、飛行機までの微妙な時間の暇つぶしにはよい。 ただ、トイレがそこまで綺麗ではなく、ユニットバスなのでシャワー中も臭いが気になった。髪に気を遣う人であればシャンプーの持参は必須なことも注意したい。

The rooms were a little dusty and my husband and I felt itchy on the bed, but apart from that, everything else was excellent

O conceito do hotel nos agradou e o atendimento foi muito prestável. O quarto, apesar de limpo, tinha alguns problemas de manutenção - ar condicionado ruidoso, tampa do vaso torta e o chuveiro vazava água para o lado de fora. Nada que tenha afetado seriamente a estadia por apenas uma noite, mas pontos a serem melhorados.

Room was clean but one of our rooms #302 did not have a working air conditioner.

This is a good affordable option near the airport. You can easily get to it on the Leonardo express train or by cab. They offer a shuttle to take you to the airport. Rooms were clean and modern but on the small side.

Stickers à plusieurs endroits pour suggérer d'économiser l'eau. Ne fait pas professionnel.

Room was clean and comfortable. The shower was amazing, water pressure was incredible. Bed was nice.

The Fiera 2 is on one side of the railway tracks, and Fiera 1 is on the other. Need no-frills lodging conveniently located near the airport? It’s literally just a few meters from the train platform and offers 24-hour shuttle service to FCO. Fiera 1 has some shopping and food. Fiera 2 has some basic vending and what looked like a bar. The room was mostly clean, fairly modern, with lots of plugs for charging. The bed was fairly comfortable, and the bathroom was nice too. Staff was friendly. There were two issues that made be rate this room low. First was the impact of the smell when walking into the room. It was mostly cleaning solution left on the floor, but other smells too, and was so strong, it had permeated the curtains. We had to sleep with the window open and the curtains rolled up to keep from being overwhelmed by the scent. We were too tired to complain about it and figured if they cleaned one room like this, they probably cleaned them all the same. Secondly, there’s almost no furniture or a closet in the room. The bed is a built-in headboard and nightstand with a open shelf rack for hanging a couple of hangers. There were two chairs and that’s it. No dresser, no closet, no table. The TV was large. Some of the lights point right in your face. Light switches are in convenience places. This is basically a Motel 6 close to the Rome International Airport. If the smell wasn’t an issue I would have given 4 out of 5 stars. Throw in a table and I’d even bump it up to 5.

Soft floorboards in front of bathroom, possible water leak from shower - to be looked at by maintenance (front desk was notified). Otherwise, overall great experience and excellent location/easy access to airport.

Perfect airport hotel! Difficult to connect with service by phone but everyone in person was so lovely and accommodating.

We had the box breakfast b/c we had to leave early at 4AM. This was a good place to stay before getting our flight at airport. Shuttle service was good, although the driver drove the entire time without a seat belt. Staff was great and understanding! I gave them the return tickets on the train since I wasn't able to use them. The earliest train would have gotten me to the airport at 6:10am and our flight took off at 7am. So they waive the charges for our airport shuttle and room taxes. That was very kind of them.

Staff was friendly. The check in process was fast & easy. Loved the snacks available for purchase at the lobby. The shuttle arrived on time. And the driver was friendly even though it was 5am. Highly recommend, especially if you have an early morning flight. Location is the best! We will definitely be back.

The property is good for a day's layover in Rome but there is not much to do around surrounding areas except for a shopping center that connects with the hotel. It's not a high end shopping center but they had a food court The hotel staff was good however when we checked in, the front desk clerk named Danilo was a bit rude. Breakfast was good and the shuttle service good too but, we had problems communicating with the hotel to reserve our shuttle from Rome's airport to the hotel and they did not have a toll free number. Also, the shuttle did not have the name of the hotel so that made it quite difficult. Overall it was an "average" experience staying here.

Clear directions from the airport to the hotel via shuttle or train would have been very helpful. The hotel staff didn’t even bother to reply to my email.

Reception host was rude (male), did not help at all with A/C not working properly in either room, rooms had small single beds that are very uncomfortable, a bad cot. Never again

Only one thing it would have been very helpful to know the train stop is literally next to the hotel. We tried to reach the hotel to flnd out the best way to reach the hotel and they did not answer my call or respond to my email through Contract Property through the Expedia app. Other than that the hotel was a great stay for what we needed.

Property is located at the last local train stop before the airport. Station name is Parco Leonardo make sure you take the local train instead of the express.

Use used this hotel for the last night of our Italy trip. Close to Fiumicino. Here’s what I didn’t know. There is a local train that goes from the Airport station to the hotel at Parco Leonardo There are Two B and B hotels there one on each side of the tracks It’s a four minutes ride. Make sure you’re on the local that stops here. My wife and I hiked trying to get a cab. (no cabbie wanted a short local trip) We settled for spendi €36 for an Uber We had taken the fast train from Rome out there and it would have been so simple to jump on the local to get to the hotel Big shopping center right behind with a few dining options. Nice hotel if you have an early flight out. The rooms were spacious and comfortable but a little spartan.

We chose this property due to the location right on the train line into Rome an to the airport. The room had very comfortable beds and was very quiet. We appreciated being able to walk right out the front door and hop on a train into town. In the morning, we paid for a shuttle to take us to the airport right to our terminal; and the cost was cheaper than the train ticket would have been. There is also a massive shopping mall right across the train tracks that came in handy. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay if you just need to stay near the airport. It is one train stop away from Rome Airport. The train ticket was €1.10. The hotel is super modern and very quiet, which was surprising since it is located beside a train station and a major airport. The buffet breakfast was included in the price. (Some websites say that there is an additional charge for breakfast.) And the breakfast was very good, lots of sweets but also eggs and sausages, yogurt etc. The hotel is located in an industrial area, so there is no town there, but it is attached to an amazing large indoor shopping centre with tons of stores and a food court. I will definitely go back to this hotel should I ever need a room near the Rome FCO Airport.

Property was clean, lady at front desk was friendly. However, coffee machine did not work at breakfast and a different lady was there trying to fix the coffee machines but with no success. This was disappointing. Quality of food was okay, but not that many choices.

We used it just for one night due to flight connection. Hotel is new, room is simple, yet well equipped with most things you expect. Very comfy bed, fantastic breakfast buffet bursting with variety of culinary options and good quality options from cold and hot drinks, fresh pastry, cereals, choice of breads and buns and cold cuts among others. Hotel is located near the Rome Fumicino Airport and has a shuttle connection. Also just across hotel is a quite big shopping mall with fast food restaurants and movie theatres, which is quite convenient.

The hotel was very modern and clean. Convenient to eating places and shopping mall, as well as the train. The older attendant in the breakfast room was not very friendly. This is probably just an overnite hotel, while catching planes. But we stayed there 3 nights and it would have been nice to have drawers or a luggage rack to use. (Only suggestion) Otherwise, a nice, clean practical room.
