Excellent location, nice local restaurants. Really nice house and the room was very spacious, the bed was super comfy. Access to a nice sitting area downstairs as well. The breakfast was superb. Glen and Elizabeth were excellent hosts , took the time to talk and help with local suggestions etc. would definitely stay here again when in area.

We loved our stay at Seabank House. Glenn and Liz were very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. We chose the dinner option that was offered to us and it was amazing, as was breakfast in the morning! I would highly recommend Seabank House for a great stay in Pictou, NS.

Elizabeth and Glen are wonderful Inn Keepers. The Sea Bank House was pristine and the rooms were very well decorated and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the location was ideal.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Seabank House B & B. The older, but renovated, house, was charming. It reminded us of our past house in Scotland (we now live in Ontario), which had larger rooms, tall ceilings, and an elegance about it. The beds were very comfy with lovely soft linen too. The bedroom and washroom were clean, and had what we needed. The breakfast was enjoyable and set us up for the morning ahead. Any special request we made, was happily accommodated. We would definitely return! :)

The Seabank house BnB offers excellent accommodation. The rooms are large and comfortable. The hosts do an excellent job of making you feel right at home, and the breakfast is very good. There are a number of dining options within a short walk. Highly recommended.

Met at the door by the owner who showed us to our room, which was just spectacular, clean with drool worthy antique furnishings in a wonderfully renovated old home. Everything was just so beautiful. And the breakfast was Michelin star worthy. Elizabeth and Glenn were wonderful hosts. Knowledgeable about their area and enthusiastic to share with their guests

We were in Hummingbird, a lovely room. View of the water over the train station. Easy walk to many restaurants and the kilometers-long Pictou seaside walk. House has been beautifully and lovingly restored. Hummingbird is at the top of the stairs, but was still very quiet. Couldnt hear other guests at all. Hosts very nice and helpful. Breakfast egg bennys anf fresh fruit salad great

My husband and I only stayed one night but loved the experience. This is not a typical, run of the mill home. Rather it’s a lovingly restored Victorian house with many beautiful and original features. We stayed in the Royal Suite (super comfy King bed) and each room offers a unique theme. Elizabeth and Glenn are gracious hosts and despite the fact that I’m sure Glenn has told the story a thousand times of how they acquired the home and restored it, he shared it with us and answered our many questions about the history of the home with enthusiasm. Sadly we had to leave after a great breakfast in the morning. There is a genuine desire to make sure your stay is comfortable and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Breakfast of fruit with yogurt, and eggs benedict was very good. The host was very flexible by making breakfast earlier than they usually serve as I had a client meeting I had to get to in Lower Sackville NS. And, they made my husband scrambled eggs and toast with his peameal bacon.

Elizabeth and Glenn are great hosts and they operate a wonderful Bed and Breakfast. The location is great, and the house is old and beautiful. The furniture is to be respected as it is of great significance :-) Excellent breakfasts in the morning and very easy communications and collaborations.

This is an absolutely amazing B&B. The host are extremely friendly, the accommodation a 10 . Breakfast the next morning was fantastic. Excellent location. Would stay here again in a heart beat

The owners are delightful to talk with and our “Royal room” was comfortable. Breakfast of eggs Benedict was very nice. Pictou is a nice town. We enjoyed the harbor restaurant for dinner. Tske a drive to the caribou lighthouse at sunset.

Elizabeth and Glenn were gracious hosts and made us feel very welcome. The room was beautifully decorated as was the rest of the house. Pictou is a picturesque little town on the water which I wished we had had more time to explore.

This is a beautiful historic property close to shops and restaurants and about 9 minutes drive to the PEI ferry. We enjoyed chatting with our hosts and loved the delicious breakfast. I would absolutely stay here again.

The owners were very accommodating to our schedule. Very nice people. Exceptional fresh breakfast that was better than any restaurant breakfast I have had in a while.

Elizabeth and Glen are wonderful Inn Keepers. The Sea Bank House was pristine and the rooms were very well decorated and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the location was ideal.

This place was amazing. We stayed in a beautiful royal room. The whole house is gorgeous. Very well maintained. The hosts were amazing. You were able to order your breakfast. Great eggs Benedict. This was the best!

Met at the door by the owner who showed us to our room, which was just spectacular, clean with drool worthy antique furnishings in a wonderfully renovated old home. Everything was just so beautiful. And the breakfast was Michelin star worthy. Elizabeth and Glenn were wonderful hosts. Knowledgeable about their area and enthusiastic to share with their guests

Lovely Bed & Breakfast on edge of the town but easy walking to the centre. Room was immaculate & breakfast perfect. The owners want you to have an enjoyable stay.

Breakfast of fruit with yogurt, and eggs benedict was very good. The host was very flexible by making breakfast earlier than they usually serve as I had a client meeting I had to get to in Lower Sackville NS. And, they made my husband scrambled eggs and toast with his peameal bacon.

We were in Hummingbird, a lovely room. View of the water over the train station. Easy walk to many restaurants and the kilometers-long Pictou seaside walk. House has been beautifully and lovingly restored. Hummingbird is at the top of the stairs, but was still very quiet. Couldnt hear other guests at all. Hosts very nice and helpful. Breakfast egg bennys anf fresh fruit salad great

We stayed one night at the charming Seabank House after taking the Ferry from PEI. The home is a classical B&B, beautiful antiques and very warm and cozy setting. The breakfast room and the breakfast itself was terrific and the host were also engaging relaxed and welcoming. I would recommend this B&B for your travels in this area !

We loved our stay. It is such an elegant home with a nice connection to Canadian history. It was expertly updated and is extremely comfortable. Elizabeth and Glenn were consummate hosts, with a warm welcome and delicious breakfast. Parking is easy, location excellent. We traveled to Pictou for a concert at the DeCoste Centre (also amazing and within walking distance) and Seabank House was obviously the right choice because the performer also stayed there. And be sure to visit Grohmann Knives just a but farther along Water Street. Thanks to our hosts. It was perfect.

Stay was great. Owners were very nice and breakfast was great. Only issue is that sheets didn’t seem to be fresh clean. They were probably old carrying used smell. I guess this could be part of ‘bed and breakfast’ experience we are not used to. If the place had new and fresh sheets I’d give it 5 stars.
