Clean room comfy bed, TV didn’t work, basic tired kitchen for the 12 rooms to use, cheap shower without thermostat as it flipped from hot to cold whenever another room flushed toilet.

Spotlessly clean. Comfy bed. Wardrobe had sticky things all over the outside. Not a good look. Shower was good as was sink. Toilet squashed in a bit. Pipes [including soil pipe] intrusive. Architraves were in poor condition
