The hotel is very nice and clean, because is a new building the spa area still needs some finishes that don’t affect use but would make this area even nicer. The staff is supper friendly and helpful, we ate the best dinner in the room. We truly loved our stay.

Dit hotel volfoet in ruime mate aan alle verwachtingen. Kwaliteit op alle fronten, bijvoorbeeld kamers, ontbijt, betrokkenheid, service en niet te vergeten de introductie. Vriendelijke dames met veel aandacht voor de interesses en verwachtingen van de gasten. Binnen en buiten incl. Zwembad ziet er elke dag prima uit. Het was ons eerste bezoek aan dit hotel in Moraira. Komen we weer in de buurt, dan kunnen ze op ons rekenen.

Le personnel de la réception est super professionnel et très réactif contrairement au personnel du bar qui sert en même temps le restaurant et qui ne peut prendre votre commande quand vous voulez un simple verre le soir Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses La salle de bain est parfaite manque juste des verres à dents L emplacement est super 10 minutes de belles plages avec transats et grand parking Le restaurant de l hôtel est très bon Le petit déjeuner copieux avec des heures en fonction de votre réveil tôt ou tardif ce qui évite trop de monde en même temps La piscine magnifique il manque juste des parasols ils ne sont pas en nombres suffisants

Ok - this hotel is a lovely place in a quiet location but good for walking to local bars - the staff are lovely - all of them are truly nice and Carmel in the restaurant was brilliant with our grandson. Do not expect a big hotel experience it is a smaller set with only a few staff but all working very hard. It is a great relaxing place. Not a place though I would recommend for children but on saying that they made the children there very welcome - it just doesn’t have any obvious children facilities.

Nos gusto mucho el descanso , tranquilidad y opciones de comida. No nos gustó el estado de la piscina , muy caliente, en plena ola de calo. Falta mejorar la limpieza y rellenar las botellas de agua tal y como describe el cartel de la habitación. El resto todo bien.

staff very unhelpfull. they would even provide an invoice and said to get it from expedia. room very small and very minimal. uncomfortable bed and bedding. floor dirty. I would not recommend it to anyone. Very epensive too. this should be a one start hotel

This hotel appeared to be modern and clean at first sight, but the lack of essential furniture and sewage smell made our stay unpleasant. In addition, poor breakfast menu and birds flying around food made us disgusted. Overall it was a very unpleasant stay for 4 nights.

Only here for one night but would gladly return to this impressive hotel. Rooms were excellent value, hotel is clean with a fresh feel to it , breakfast was very good and plentiful. Terrace provides an ideal place to just relax in what is a comfortable and pleasant environment very well supplemented/supported by helpful, polite and friendly hard working staff.

As soon as we entered the hotel we were very pleased with our choice. The reception was a pleasant experience nice and friendly welcome. The room was was clean and modern. The continental breakfast was plentiful and of a good quality. The terrace was a lovely place to have a drink and relax. All the hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. The one downside for us was the bathroom door to an otherwise nice bathroom. It was a triumph of design over function having gaps between the wooden battens that made up the door, it was a sliding type door ad also stood off the door frame to much. If you were in the room not only could you see the other person on the toilet but also here every noise This isn't unique to this hotel and I would stay here again as the good points far outweigh that one bad.

Really comfy beds very large but leaves little space in the rest of the bedroom. We booked a room with a terrace which was very nice but didn’t get the sun till around 11.30. Excellent breakfast you can order fried eggs, scrambled eggs or omelette as well as the buffet food. It’s about 25 min walk down hill into Moraira town but you pass some great bars and restaurants on the way

Séjour agréable au Serawa Horel. L ensemble de l établissement est joliement decoré. Emplacement très pratique, belle piscine et bon petit déjeuner avec fruits et jus frais. Un bémol néanmoins sur l insonorisation ( couloir et chambres voisines) et des peignoirs serait un plus.

Great location, clean, nice common areas. We enjoyed our 3 night stay here even with a few issues and opportunities. The common areas are very nice. The rooms are tiny and very poorly designed. There’s no room for luggage and the room was so tight the door to the large terrace could not even be opened all the way to get outside making the huge uncovered terrace largely useless. The only place to hang towels was inside the shower. The fitness room was very unappealing. The smell was terrible, it was dark and poorly laid out like to person who designed it clearly never worked out before. Last, the dining and bar service was non-existent. There’s minimal staff. I had to track down someone after waiting 15 min in the bar with no help in sight. Service in the restaurant that evening was even worse. There was one person working. We felt bad for him and tipped him anyway. Good mgmt doesn’t set your team up to fail. Not his fault.

La estancia ha sido como esperaba, tranquila, profesional, cercana y elegante. El buffet del desayuno es variado, todo de excelente calidad. La habitación es pequeña pero con todo lo necesario, la terraza muy grande para dos personas. Una única cosa sobre la habitación que no es agradable es el olor ha comida sobre todo por la tarde ya que por la mañana no es tan molesto al oler a la bollería que se prepara para el desayuno.
La estancia ha sido como esperaba, tranquila, profesional, cercana y elegante. El buffet del desayuno es variado, todo de excelente calidad. La habitación es pequeña pero con todo lo necesario, la terraza muy grande para dos personas. Una única cosa sobre la habitación que no es agradable es el olor ha comida sobre todo por la tarde ya que por la mañana no es tan molesto al oler a la bollería que se prepara para el desayuno.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, rooms cleaned to high standard. We stayed in a terrace room which had great balcony space however room was not very big and the balcony door could not fully open, hitting against the end of the bed making it difficult to access the balcony. No tea/coffee making facilities. Overall we had a lovely holiday.

We stayed for two nights. The last night was a disappointment. The hotel acknowledged the issue but couldn't find a solution. We did receive a polite email from the manager later. The restaurant staff were fantastic, and Mr. Hassan at the reception desk was a great guy.

We were part of a larger group here for a wedding and this hotel is one of the best we’ve stayed in. The staff are so friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay the best possible. We would definitely come back again.

Great location, clean, nice common areas. We enjoyed our 3 night stay here even with a few issues and opportunities. The common areas are very nice. The rooms are tiny and very poorly designed. There’s no room for luggage and the room was so tight the door to the large terrace could not even be opened all the way to get outside making the huge uncovered terrace largely useless. The only place to hang towels was inside the shower. The fitness room was very unappealing. The smell was terrible, it was dark and poorly laid out like to person who designed it clearly never worked out before. Last, the dining and bar service was non-existent. There’s minimal staff. I had to track down someone after waiting 15 min in the bar with no help in sight. Service in the restaurant that evening was even worse. There was one person working. We felt bad for him and tipped him anyway. Good mgmt doesn’t set your team up to fail. Not his fault.

Ok - this hotel is a lovely place in a quiet location but good for walking to local bars - the staff are lovely - all of them are truly nice and Carmel in the restaurant was brilliant with our grandson. Do not expect a big hotel experience it is a smaller set with only a few staff but all working very hard. It is a great relaxing place. The hotel is very nice and clean, because is a new building the spa area still needs some finishes that don’t affect use but would make this area even nicer. The staff is supper friendly and helpful, we ate the best dinner in the room. We truly loved our stay.

Hotel nuevo, de hecho, algunas partes estaban todavía en construcción. La decoración es preciosa, muy acorde a la zona. Tienen incluso una mini tienda con productos locales. Wonderful staff and welcome. Very helpful- all spoke great English and very professional friendly and personable. Hotel is a great location and walkable to seaside restaurants and bars. Large swimming pool for warmer weather times . Only criticism is breakfast - buffet style offering of cold cuts- cold boiled egg and bread ( toast and coffee machine). It would be perfect with even just a simple egg station!? Overall I can recommend this hotel. Thank you to the charming and very helpful staff!

As soon as we entered the hotel we were very pleased with our choice. The reception was a pleasant experience nice and friendly welcome. The room was was clean and modern. The continental breakfast was plentiful and of a good quality. The terrace was a lovely place to have a drink and relax. All the hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. The one downside for us was the bathroom door to an otherwise nice bathroom. It was a triumph of design over function having gaps between the wooden battens that made up the door, it was a sliding type door ad also stood off the door frame to much. If you were in the room not only could you see the other person on the toilet but also here every noise This isn't unique to this hotel and I would stay here again as the good points far outweigh that one bad.

3rd trip to the Serawa. Excellent small hotel with amazing staff. Joanna on reception is an asset to any business and is very very helpful. And Vania and Carmen made every breakfast fun and friendly. All of the guys in the kitchen help make what I can only say is my favourite breakfast. The gardeners are also very friendly and have done a fantastic job. The pool area does need some attention. New sunloungers and a bit of money spent on the poolside itself
