Everything was gracious and elegant at this gem of a hotel. The staff were attentive and informative, the spa treatments were excellent. Cafe treats were great and the room - huge, spotless and well-equipped. We liked it so much we are staying again after our trip to Cambodia’s islands!

The White Mansion- previously the US Ambassador residence in Phnom Penh - is a great hotel in location that is convenient to most of the major tourist attractions. Staff are friendly and efficient. Classic architecture- clean and well Maintained- pool and restaurant on first floor- rooms are large, clean with good furniture and line - solid ac in the room- plenty of hot water- easy walk or grab to sites- breakfast options are good and good coffee in the restaurant- worth including - safe area- I didn’t need to park a vehicle- overall - great hotel that I would recommend to family and friends

The staff at this property are incredible. They are attentive, quick, polite and go above and beyond. We were upgraded room, and it was a great size, with a lovely bed and incredibly clean. The one minor problem is you can hear a lot of noise from outside of the room, and we’re woken up on a few occasions by children running around and playing in the corridor directly outside - but this seems to be a parenting issue and not the hotels fault, whilst other guests slept it’s poor form. The pool could be cleaner, especially with debris at the bottom of the pool, but is still a lovely space to sit outside. The sun loungers could be cleaner and the pool towels but this is a minor issue. The hotel is great and it’s easy to get tuktuk anywhere. The food quality for room service could be better again, but for a four star hotel it’s understandable. The breakfast is good. The staff really made our experience and we would stay here again, maybe slightly overpriced however if the small improvements were made the price would be completely fair.

This is the nicest hotel ever. It has vaulted ceilings in every room and hallway. I think it used to be an embassy. It has beautiful winding staircases everywhere. Full spa and restaurant on site. Staff are incredibly friendly and professional. I would recommend this place 100%

Great stay in a good quality boutique hotel, loved the room on the 4th floor (but note lift only goes 3 floor!). The restaurant is the LeCafe as part of the property while breakfast is limited the quality of food is excellent. Stand out is the staff, who are always smiling and helpful to get tasks done quickly. Les chambres présentées sur le site sont des chambres du premier et du deuxième étage. Nous étions au 3 eme étage et il fait très très très chaud. La climatisation doit tourner toute la nuit pour parvenir à abaisser un peu la température. L'hôtel est agréable, pas de salle de sport, la piscine est agréable mais ne pas loger au 3 eme étage car il fait véritablement trop chaud

This is a nice little hotel. People are very good and foods are also nice. One problem is that the hotel is under renovation and very noisy inthe early morning starting at 7am. I would perfect this information could be passed on to the customers when they made booking. If I know this, then I would not book this hotel at this time. Expedia should put a sign on the booking web page, because you should know better than the customers.

We were upgraded and our room was amazing, a suite with plenty of room and very clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly and we had an amazing massage whilst there. The swimming pool was very calming and private. The cafe attached to the hotel had some great treats and meals were very good.

元アメリカ大使館だけあり、趣のあるホテルでした。 朝食も4種類から選べて、とても美味しかったです。 全体的に満足出来ましたが、問題点をあげると、部屋のシャワーの水量が非常に弱かったり、排水が悪い。 また、プールの水の水質が非常に悪く循環されてるのか疑問に思いました。 スタッフは丁寧で、笑顔絶やさず、非常に良かったと思います。

A very colonial hotel on a quiet side street, tucked away behind a small entrance and featuring beautifully landscaped gardens. The room was spacious and grand, with a comfortable, large shower in the expansive bathroom. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff at the front desk are polite and pleasant, responding promptly to a couple of requests that I had. The hotel itself was formerly the American Embassy, which contributes to its grand interior, including an amazing staircase. I couldn't find any faults; the hotel is truly first class by Phnom Penh standards. This gives it a five-star feel at first sight, along with genuine warmth and charm. The location is central to key historical sights and local restaurants, so I highly recommend it. It was a truly amazing stay, and I will return.

We were upgraded on arrival and everyone was so welcoming. The fresh passion fruit juice on arrival is also so tasty. Our room was comfortable and spacious with views overlooking the city and included shampoo, conditioner, body wash, comb, toothpaste and toothbrush and q-tips. There was a plate of fresh fruit on check in as well. We also booked a massage that was high value for the price and available at the time we inquired for one. Breakfast was delicious every day and we enjoyed traditional Cambodian breakfast. Easy location within the city and Tuk-tuk easily available.

Beautiful older building and well maintained grounds. Nice breakfast and attached restaurant. Staff were great, very welcoming and attentive. Only minor downside was in our room on the upper floor, the shower was open and between the door and toilet, meaning you got wet feet if needing to use the toilet after someone had showered. (Understand the bathroom layout is due to sloping ceiling of rooms on this floor).

I have stayed several hotels in PP and met good staffs with several hotels but the staffs at this hotel seems to be best in my experience. the staffs are excellent and kinder than 5 star hotels. The staff was giving me a hard time when i asked for some towels. They didn't clean my room so i asked for new towels but was being lectured before giving it to me. They are only respectful to foreigners.

The White Mansion- previously the US Ambassador residence in Phnom Penh - is a great hotel in location that is convenient to most of the major tourist attractions. Staff are friendly and efficient. Classic architecture- clean and well Maintained- pool and restaurant on first floor- rooms are large, clean with good furniture and line - solid ac in the room- plenty of hot water- easy walk or grab to sites- breakfast options are good and good coffee in the restaurant- worth including - safe area- I didn’t need to park a vehicle- overall - great hotel that I would recommend to family and friends

White Mansion is located in a good part of Phnom Penh. Easy access to all the markets and riverside and the location makes getting around really easy. At night thay area can be a bit quiet but thats okay. Hotel is very clean, everyone was so nice, helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay here and will book again innthe future.

This was an amazing stay with some of the most friendly and helpful staff a hotel could have. I was welcomed every time I entered the main door, was offered help with many little requests, and for me the location was great because I love walking. It was 30-40 minutes from central market (I walk a lot) or about 10 minutes or 2 dollars with local taxi. They helped organize a local taxi (tuk-tuk) for 25 a day, and I used a regular taxi for considerably more, but well worth the freedom as I went solo to Seam Reap with the luxury of freedom.

A very colonial hotel on a quiet side street, tucked away behind a small entrance and featuring beautifully landscaped gardens. The room was spacious and grand, with a comfortable, large shower in the expansive bathroom. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff at the front desk are polite and pleasant, responding promptly to a couple of requests that I had. The staff at this property are incredible. They are attentive, quick, polite and go above and beyond. We were upgraded room, and it was a great size, with a lovely bed and incredibly clean. The one minor problem is you can hear a lot of noise from outside of the room, and we’re woken up on a few occasions by children running around and playing in the corridor directly outside - but this seems to be a parenting issue and not the hotels fault, whilst other guests slept it’s poor form. The pool could be cleaner, especially with debris at the bottom of the pool, but is still a lovely space to sit outside. The sun loungers could be cleaner and the pool towels but this is a minor issue. The hotel is great and it’s easy to get tuktuk anywhere. The food quality for room service could be better again, but for a four star hotel it’s understandable. The breakfast is good. The staff really made our experience and we would stay here again, maybe slightly overpriced however if the small improvements were made the price would be completely fair.

Hotel incrível, bem localizado, com muito conforto e atendimento nota 10! O quarto que eu fiquei era enorme, com cama muito confortável, frigobar, varanda e até sofás! O atendimento dos funcionários foi excelente, sempre educados e muito prestativos. A única coisa que não achei tão boa foi o café da manhã que, apesar de ser bem saboroso, vem em pouca quantidade, pois é servido a la carte. Considero um ótimo custo-benefício por tudo que o hotel oferece.

The boutique hotel was quite lovely with a wonderful cafe that had both traditional and Khmer offerings for breakfast that we enjoyed every morning while we stayed there. Our room was spacious and clean and would definitely stay here again.
