The area access for food, gas, with some shopping, safety, parking, well lighted, and responsiveness to request and assistance to needs of the guest. There are still some repairs needed to be repaired to ceiling in the bathroom and the sink in the room draining very slowly.

Everything was clean and well stocked. Advertised pool, but it was not operational. This was a deciding factor for booking so it was disappointing. Breakfast selections were not the best, actually went elsewhere to eat.

The ac was louder than my pickup keeping my toddler up all night house keeping did not restock any of the stuff in our room the second day and the breakfast was very limited then when I rebooked another night and paid in advance they called me back and informed me that it took house keeping 1.5 hrs to sweep some random crumbs frm an almost 2 yr old that wasn’t even that bad it’s was maybe 5 mins worth of sweeping tops and the compained bc we parked handicapped on the second night we have a permanent handicap parking place card on my rear view mirror bc my husband is an amputee he has no left leg but they wouldn’t give us a handicapped room

Spiders crawled out of my sheets onto me as I was trying to go to sleep after working a 16 hour shift. I was very upset and requested a refund and they denied it but I immediately left the hotel and went ahead and drove the 2 hours back home which made it for an even longer day. The customer service is horrible!!!!! I paid $180 for my stay and they expected me to sleep with spiders! SMH!

Check in was great but the cleanliness of the bedding and towels wasn't. They had stains on them. The bathroom ceiling had mold on it due to know ventilation in the bathroom. The sink in the room had the cold water turned off.

The owners were very nice and respectful. They were friendly and cared about our experience there. The beds had enough blankets and the heat worked good. The breakfast had good choices and the owners made sure we had enough there.

We stayed here a few nights ago on our way up north to a family reunion. Knowing that we were going to be back this way and had reservations, they kept our information and put us in the same room that we had on Thursday, which was a great room. We have not been treated with such care before!

The hotel was great! Very comfortable and in good shape. The man at reception and the housekeeper I met were very friendly and helpful. The only problem I had was it was too far from I-40, it took an hour to get to the hotel from I-40 and then back to I-40. If you are staying in the area of Ripley TN I highly recommend staying at this hotel. If you passing through via I-40 and have no issue traveling 45 to 50 miles from I-40 then go for it, it is worth the stay.

It’s clean but definitely a no frills place. Coffee for 1 in a king room, no utensils to use though. The continental breakfast is hardly worth looking at. If you want a place to sleep, it’s fine. If you prefer a few nice amenities, pass on this one.

The room was clean, but in need of repairs. Ducting needs cleaned and the toilet needs to be rescured. Air conditioner works well. Walls are not as soundproof as wished. The bed was more than comfortable. We didn't try the continental breakfast, but their choice of coffee was phenomenal.

Everything was good. Beds were clean and looked new. Just wish the fridge wasn’t in the bathroom area and on some small stand. I hit my toes a few times because the fridge sat on floor and judging where it opens you better patient (lol). It’s a preference thing. It would have been better between tv and desk. Also a minor thing the shower handle wouldn’t let us change temp of water. But overall - I did enjoy this hotel & location. I would stay here again and recommend it. Oh and wish it had a laundry on-site. You wouldn’t want to go to the one in this town - just fyi.
