Hotel Infa - 400m From Golden Temple

Do not believe what staff tell you? No restaurant, breakfast option was room service only. No hot water and was told by staff how to operate tap although staff could also not get hot water! Taxi driver was told that the taxi had been cancelled, luckily i arrived in the lobby as the taxi driver was leaving!

first of all check in time was 12:00 i reached there around 5:00pm then didn’t make a bed yet everything was messy everywhere and room was so dirty there was mark on bedsheet. drain problem in sink. don’t waste ur money on this hotel.

Despite being in the heart of the city, the hotel's location proved to be a challenge. There were no visible signs or banners indicating the hotel's presence, making it difficult for us to find it. We had to rely on calling the hotel staff to guide us, which felt inconvenient. Upon check-in, I was not informed about the complimentary beverage per stay, which was part of the VIP amenities. When I asked about it, I was surprised that I hadn't been notified earlier. Furthermore, the staff seemed unaware of the amenities and services, which was disappointing, especially considering I was a silver Expedia member. However, I must mention that the room's ambience was pleasant, and the decor was nice. It was a lovely space to unwind after a long day. To improve, I would suggest that the hotel work on its signage and visibility. Additionally, staff training and awareness about the hotel's amenities and services would go a long way in enhancing the guest experience. *Positives:* - Pleasant room ambience *Negatives:* - Difficult to find due to lack of signage - Staff unaware of amenities and services - Not informed about complimentary beverage Overall, while the hotel had some redeeming qualities, the lack of visibility and staff awareness left
