We had a work meeting and staff very kind and helpful. They agreed to reimburse us one night so that we could do an unplanned 2-day safari. Good was excellent and room well appointed.

Rooms are huge and in excellent condition, as I shared with one of the staff that it should be a 5-star property (and she agreed). Breakfast buffet spread was excellent too. Staff were all nice and friendly. The pool area could do a little sprucing up though. But overall, I would definitely stay here again.

We have never enjoyed a hotel stay as much as we did at Four Points Kigali. From the moment we arrived the staff was so warm and accommodating. They treated us like family during the stay and checked in with us daily to see if we needed anything. From Queen in customer relations, to Pascal in dining, Aymen and his team preparing that amazing breakfast buffet, Lydia and Valentine who took care of us in the mornings, John who supplied us with the best cappuccinos and spiced ginger teas and Innocent who kept our room spotless and supplied us with plenty of water, and SO many more, we felt very well cared for. We also loved the heated pool! The stay was fantastic.

Brand new hotel…opened June 2022. Large room…twin beds were double rather than single so very comfortable. Pool and gym not open yet but we were allowed to use the facilities at the Marriott across the road which was excellent. Location excellent…short walk to the business part of the city and some markets. Good breakfast spread. Excellent customer service. We were offered a 3pm late checkout as our flight was in the evening.

The staff is your greatest asset. We had just returned from Uganda gorilla trekking. They arranged for our very dirty shoes to be cleaned and ready for our early morning departure the next day. Our meal in the dining room was delicious. Our room was spotless and very well equipped. I will gladly recommend this hotel to my friends who visit your beautiful city of Kigali!

The staff and service at this hotel were top notch - so pleasant and helpful. The property was very clean and had an necessary amenities. The hotel is also very centrally located, making getting around the city a breeze. The only thing that requires improvement, from my perspective, is adjusting the water temperature in the shower as the flow is not consistent (scalding one moment, cold the next). On the plus side, water pressure was excellent.

I greatly enjoyed my stay at Four Points. The staff were very attentive and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. I was traveling without my baby and they went out of their way to accommodate me storing milk for my child. I greatly appreciate everyone at Four Points

Check in with Jusua was very quick and friendly he took care to expedite process since we arrived in the middle of the night and we wanted to sleep. Breakfast had a great variety and was plentiful. Staff were really nice and service was efficient. Check out was a breeze. 15 min from the airport.

Stayed there for two nights and the staff was amazing! Helpful in finding me restaurants and a private car. I left for a few nights and needed a place to take a shower before our long flight to America and they allowed me to come back over and shower. Staff was very nice and the breakfast was the best breakfast buffet I have ever had. Price was great too!

Excellent hotel to stay if you are in Kigali convenient to nearly everything.

The staff and service at this hotel were top notch - so pleasant and helpful. The property was very clean and had an necessary amenities. The hotel is also very centrally located, making getting around the city a breeze. The only thing that requires improvement, from my perspective, is adjusting the water temperature in the shower as the flow is not consistent (scalding one moment, cold the next). On the plus side, water pressure was excellent.

Brand new hotel…opened June 2022. Large room…twin beds were double rather than single so very comfortable. Pool and gym not open yet but we were allowed to use the facilities at the Marriott across the road which was excellent. Location excellent…short walk to the business part of the city and some markets. Good breakfast spread. Excellent customer service. We were offered a 3pm late checkout as our flight was in the evening.

Centrally located hotel with the most fabulous team of staff - nothing was too much trouble. Great food at the Coco Fizz pool bar and a really great city tour organised for us by Queen. We would have no hesitation in returning when and if we come back to Kigali

Stayed there for two nights and the staff was amazing! Helpful in finding me restaurants and a private car. I left for a few nights and needed a place to take a shower before our long flight to America and they allowed me to come back over and shower. Staff was very nice and the breakfast was the best breakfast buffet I have ever had. Price was great too!

There is lot of room to improve in Food quality and taste. Restaurants inhouse are just mediocre. I suggest they bring in some good chefs to add variety. As an Indian, I did not like any Indian inhouse cuisine. I had to order both meals from Khana Kazana

We have never enjoyed a hotel stay as much as we did at Four Points Kigali. From the moment we arrived the staff was so warm and accommodating. They treated us like family during the stay and checked in with us daily to see if we needed anything. From Queen in customer relations, to Pascal in dining, Aymen and his team preparing that amazing breakfast buffet, Lydia and Valentine who took care of us in the mornings, John who supplied us with the best cappuccinos and spiced ginger teas and Innocent who kept our room spotless and supplied us with plenty of water, and SO many more, we felt very well cared for. We also loved the heated pool! The stay was fantastic.

The hotel was great, but the staff was AMAZING! Everywhere we went in the hotel, the staff was kind, helpful and so very welcoming. Breakfast was excellent and the room was very clean and comfortable.

I stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Kigali for one night after a long flight home. I had wanted to experience this hotel for some time, but unfortunately, the overall stay was rather disappointing. I would first like to thank the receptionist who handled our check-in. He was efficient, courteous, and kindly arranged a late check-out for us, which was greatly appreciated. However, my first impressions of the hotel were not very positive. There is a bar near the entrance, which we were told closed at 11:00 p.m. Yet when we returned at around 2:00 a.m., several staff members were still gathered in the area chatting among themselves, while the floors appeared dirty and unattended. The corridor on the floor where we stayed had a very unpleasant smell coming from the carpet. The carpet also looked visibly dirty and in need of proper cleaning or replacement. The room itself was comfortable, particularly the bed, but the bathroom was not maintained to the standard I would expect from a Four Points property. The biggest disappointment, however, was breakfast. The waiters were friendly and the coffee was very good, but the buffet was poorly maintained. Several items were not replenished promptly, the boiled eggs were heavily overcooked, and I had to wait around ten minutes for just two slices of cheese because the station had been left empty. Overall, I was not satisfied with my stay and would probably not choose to stay here again.

The overall ambience at the hotel was easy going and peaceful.Breakfast was varied and interesting. My room was spotless and the cleaners made some adorable shapes out of my towels when they changed them Only minor gripe was there was insufficient areas down in reception to either sit down and chat or do some work- unless you went to the onsite coffee shop.
