Posizione comoda , vicino alla stazione e vicino all'autobus che porta a Mont Saint Michel ( non più di 200 metri). Il check-in si fa in un altro hotel quasi di fronte all'hotel de France.Sono stati molto gentili, siamo arrivati in anticipo e ci hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli. La stanza era molto pulita, non c'è l'ascensore(può essere un problema per salire i bagagli). L'aspetto della struttura e della camera è migliore rispetto alle foto.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. Arrived to find the building looking near derelict with paper stuck over the inside of the ground floor windows, no pavement outside the reception door (just mud), the reception door was locked but with a notice saying that reception was at a different hotel. This hotel was just around the corner but only found that out after putting the address into my sat nav. Went to this other hotel where they eventually confirmed our booking and told us our room was in the Hotel de France but parking and restaurant was at this hotel. We were given a key and a code to enter the building. After dragging our cases from one place to the other and through the mud, got into the building. The reception desk was there but the place was deserted and did not appear to have any staff present at all. The room had no heating and the hot tap and shower had to be run for a good 10 minutes before the water started to get warm. I appreciate that hotels usually fit a mattress protector to the beds but this one felt like it was made from a creased plastic sheet so sleeping on it was like sleeping on an uninflated air bad. The following morning was awoken by the sound of construction machinery and upon attempting to exit the building found workmen digging up the kerbstones and the remains of the mud outside the only exit door. This hotel should not be taking bookings while in this state and, with the complete lack of any staff on site, I suspect it may even be illegal.

Actually stated in the hotek you check in with and it was great undercover parking forvuur motocycles

The check in was actually at a different hotel across the road (and a much nicer one at that). My room was basic, though clean and the bed was comfortable. The problem was that the building was very old and had no soundproofing. I was on the 1st floor, so I could hear every noise (including all movement, etc.) from the upper room, which was very disturbing for my sleep. It also sounded structurally unsafe due to the creaky floorboards (even though it was probably fine

Manque un peu de rénovations, en effet les chambre sont assez "vieillotte". Cepandant les chambres sont propres et salle de bain aussi. Il manquerai juste une petite table pour poser ses affaires. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux et il y du choix (sucrée/salées), par contre ils se prennent dans l'autre hotel.

Bon rapport qualité prix / chambre sous les toits / petite et confortable .. cet hôtel est l annexe de l hôtel Ariane et n a pas de réception ..du coup on se sent un peu seul …mais aucun problème !

A l'arrivé pas de réception il faut aller a l'hôtel à coté de l'autre coté de la voie ferré wifi très faible voir inexistant Télévision fonctionne très mal ( TNT) bruyant pas d'ascenseur , pas compatible avec des personnes âgées ou handicapés. Parking de la gare est la seule offre gratuite.

Outside looked like an abandoned property Parking was in one place reception in another, When I arrived asked to see property to see if it really was a hotel. Inside was ok, no shower curtain still under a state of remodel. Wouldn’t recommend or stay here again

Struttura in pessime condizioni,muffa ovunque, sulle pareti, sui letti...puzza nauseabonda proveniente dal bagno..lenzuola sporche e ammuffite.. ragni sul letto. Insomma la struttura è abbandonata a se stessa. Vi consiglio di starne lontano. Pessima.

It was all about location for us. Unfortunately, the hotel is located right by the train tracks. It was okay for noise until about five in the morning. The biggest issue was the bathroom smelled horrible. Musty and moldy, we had to go out and buy air freshener and a candle to kill the smell.

Vi bare sovet, men det var barr eg som dusjet der pga det var svart veggene, våt toalett papir og det lukte veldig dårlig. Eg kunme ikkje hvile denne natt, men det er som det var. Første og siste gang der.😡😡😡

Zum Glück haben wir nur für 1 Nacht auf der Durchreise gebucht. Die Einrichtung unseres 4-Bett Zimmers war alt und verbraucht/teilweise kaputt, dazu auch nicht sauber (z.B. Haare auf der Bettdecke). An den Wänden und im Badezimmer gab es Schimmel und einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch! Im Obergeschoss an den Betten der Kinder waren die Lese-Lampen mit Klebeband befestigt und die Stromkabel lagen offen. Positiv: das Personal ist nett und das Frühstück im benachbarten/zugehörigen Hotel Ariane war gut!

We had an amazing time at this comfortable hotel. We traveled as family four, the space was clean and well maintained. We appreciated the two spacious bedrooms, and spacious living areas. We would stay here again, one block away were tons of restaurants and a grocery. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious.

Nous sommes étonnés de tous les avis positifs publiés sur Hôtels.com. Cet hôtel est l'annexe d'un autre établissement et la décoration de l'hôtel s'est arrêtée dans les années 70. A conseiller uniquement pour les fans de Derrick. Chambre minuscule, moquette d'époque partout, pas d'accueil et porte d'entrée à code qui ne ferme pas. A 20 m de la voie ferrée (heureusement peu utilisée je pense).

Location is great because it is by the train. No shower curtain so get water everywhere and my clothes got wet

convenable pour un court sejour en famille. 4 adultes et 1 enfant. Peu de places mais suffisante malgre tout. Une des pieces de la suite familiale ( Mezzanine) est mansardée . Les seules fenetres sont de de toit . Local avec décoration ancienne. Buffet petit dej suffisant. Localisation tout a fait interessante // mont st michel. Accueil tres sympathique .

Location is safe and close to the railway station. The owner is a nice person. One problem I encounter during my stay at this hotel was no hot water for shower. Please fix this problem. Thanks

Séjour convenable. La proximité de la gare est pour nous un plus, du fait que nous voyageons en train. Les petits déjeuners sont très corrects.

Quel genre d'hôtel vous vertit des horaires de sa réception plus d'un mois après la réservation - le jour de votre arrivée ? Quel hôtel délocalise son petit déjeuner ailleurs (la photo est celle d'un autre établissement, il n'y aucune salle dans l'Hôtel de France !!!) Enfin ça aurait pu passer avec un peu d'eau chaude...
