O quarto é grande e espaçoso. Ter uma cozinha equipada é um frigobar foi essencial para economizar na alimentação que é cara na ilha. O ponto ruim é que o banheiro não tem janela, apesar de ser enorme e por isso não ficar abafado.

Good sized room, helpful friendly staff. Perfectly located to access sunset by Cafe Mambo and only around 10-15 minutes walk to San Antonio bus stop. After check out there were towels and showers so we could use the pool until it was time to head to the airport. No complaints!

This is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. We paid for a balcony room and didn’t receive a balcony room. When this was raised at reception, showing proof of receipt, they said they had no balcony rooms available. Why did they sell a room with a balcony if they didn’t have any available?! Management did not offer any compensation or apology, and simply pushed us to contact Expedia support. Great service team (not). When we got to our (wrongly) allocated room, it had been “cleaned” to a very poor standard. That is to say, it hadn’t been cleaned at all. There was a half eaten sandwich in the microwave, the bin underneath the sink was still full from the previous guests, there was hair all over the bathroom, and the shampoo bottles had not been refilled. These are basic things that we shouldn’t have needed to raise. We will not be staying here again. I love Ibiza and visit often, so I suppose this was a learning experience. There are plenty more nicer options in the town.

Booked months in advance, showed up to a foreign country, walked in the blistering sun to get there, the room I reserved months in advance was given away, wanted to put me only available rooms with NO A/C in the summer in Europe... Sent me to a sister hotel where I got lost going to. Many options in the area, poor communication and treatment of guests here.
