I loved the cleanliness, the room was huge! Felt like an apartment. The only thing I didn’t like was that there was no pool sadly but honestly I would stay here again just by the size and cleanliness of the room I loved it.

The was great for a week long stay to visit family. This would be a great place to stay for someone moving to the city and needing a temporary place until finding a home or apartment. Also great for a family as there is a full kitchen where meals can be prepared saving money by not eating out. Nice laundry room and exercise room. Easy access to highways and plenty of restaurants and shopping near by. Only downside was no pool.

Kind staff. Only had 1 luggage cart, which was an inconvenience considering the spread out nature of the property. Deposit is really too excessive. It was almost double what our 2 night stay cost! Otherwise a great experience.

Clean room, nice layout, loved the kitchenette. Staff was very helpful. Loved the patio area with the firepit. Location was great, easy access to the interstate and attractions. Will definitely stay again

I really appreciate the separate sitting area from the bedroom. There was a tv in the sitting area and bedroom, which was great when others wanted to stay up to watch tv. The kitchen was a bonus for us as we prefer to cook meals vs eating out all of the time. Courtyard in the middle if the hotel is great. You can take advantage of the sitting area to visit or use the grill to cook. Fire pit is nice on the cold days.

We checked in with no problem but found our room was dirty. Text the manager and he got us moved to a new room very quickly. Had to use the app to access door and got a new key cards the next day. But then new cards were not working and used app again as a back up. Then the morning we were leaving, we took a load to the truck and we got locked out of building. Key cards and app would not work. It was quickly resolved again but this was an ongoing problem that I’d like seen fixed before our next visit.

I spent the night before in a Best Western in San Antonio on the access Rd between Judson & O'Connor. $85 for Dbl queen with a mini fridge without a freezer and mini microwave. Then I booked at StayAPT. $87 KING SUITE. Unlock the door first it's your living area with a lounge chair and full size sleeper sofa , a huge tv on the wall and your staring at your fully equipped kitchen. 8-10 ft East and prep counter ( maybe granite, not sure) dishwasher under that by the wall behind you is the full size fridge with freezer, sink FULL SIZE STOVE WITH OVEN and full size microwave above. Next down the hall is the full size bathroom then at the back of a bedroom with a king size bed desk huge tv and a side to side walk in closet. Bedroom has black it pull down shade, front rim has wooden blinds. Everything was clean. The floors are some type of wood like tiles. Individual Central Air with a base of 68 ° . I am single 58 yr old female with a small service dog. Feeling safe is a SIGNIFICANT factor in my comfort level. You use your key card to enter the inside courtyard which is open air at the top so you can see the sky and the court yard has fake grass so it's always green, various style seating options and a grill. They have a small laundry room at one end and a small gym at the other with a treadmill, stationary bike elliptical and lay down bench with hand bar weights. If I ever have to stay in hotel again I search out a StayAPT. Groceries over restaurants is healthier. Both EXPEDIA

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very clean, comfortable, and staff was very helpful. It was like having our own little apartment. Full size kitchen with pots and pans, I would suggest the add baking pans. At least a cookie sheet. Bed was very comfortable. Big flat screen tv’s. Love they had a gym and laundry on premises. We had our Son, daughter-in-law, and 2 grand-babies cone over and hang out with us. Made dinner most nights. The courtyard is wonderful. Nice patio furniture, gas fireplace, and BBQ. I felt very safe . You have to have a keycard to get into the rooms area. Fully enclosed by door with keycard access only. Great AC. We even were able to extend our stay. I will be keeping my eye out while traveling for more StayAPT!

My family stayed here for two nights. Our room faced the freeway and it was very noisy all night. The space was perfect but it was not clean. The pull out couch was extremely dirty. Also, I believe the bed sheets were not changed because I found a sticker inside and was definitely not ours.

The hotel check in lobby closes and you have to download an app and go through a process to check in online. The room we checked into was not cleaned thoroughly. There was someone’s bar soap left in the tub, the toilet wasn’t cleaned and there were used dirty dishes on the dishwasher. Disgusting. Will never stay here again.

The staff was friendly and very apologetic.. when first walking in looks very nice but once I got to the bedroom the pillows were stained as well as the blanket and blanket was freyed from stitching being washed I assumed. Also the pillow case had a hole in it. I checked out less than an hour after checking in.

Checked in and room was dirty, went back downstairs and was given another room. Room we were given was ok, but there was 2 broken press on nails on the carpet and grass inside the sheets.

This was an extremely spacious, tastefully decorated suite..quite impressed for the price. Checkin was easy using the drop box. Only concern was the nous3 from I-35..but honestly the bed was so comfortable, i still had a great sleep. Would stay again!

Loud freeway noise and thin walls. We could hear the neighbors all day long. Also didn’t know this was a hotel where people live at. No extra blankets or towels.

The size of this room is amazing. It is truly like a small apartment. The kitchenette has a full stove / oven, a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and enough dishes for four people.

Overall the property was fine. Our first room had and excessive vibration in the floors from something below it, but the front desk was very quick to switch us to a different room. It was nice that it had a fridge, stove, and dishwasher, but the cooking pots/pans/utensils were very limited. A couple of side notes if you stay there: - There is body wash and conditioner in the room, but no hand soap. - The kitchen had dishwasher tablets, but no hand soap or detergent for washing dishes - You have to swap out your own linens daily as needed at the front desk (room service only once a week) While the overall experience was not bad, I do not know that we saved enough from staying in a normal hotel to warrant staying there again.

Our stay overall was good. Bcz its a suite it has a full stove & fridge, dishwasher sink etc. We cooked breakfast & due to the vent exhaust not working (or the light above the stove).the fire alarm got tripped. It clearly needs to be working to avoid future issues as this. Our stay was in 216 it was quiet from the facility, but due to it being super close to 1604, you can here traffic thru the night. I did however enjoy the lockbox check in since we arrived so late. Thats definitely a plus.

You use your key card to enter the inside courtyard which is open air at the top so you can see the sky and the court yard has fake grass so it's always green, various style seating options and a grill. They have a small laundry room at one end and a small gym at the other with a treadmill, stationary bike elliptical and lay down bench with hand bar weights. If I ever have to stay in hotel again I search out a StayAPT. Groceries over restaurants is healthier. Both EXPEDIA

Got double charged and let the front desk know while still in the property. Despite being ASSURED that they would cancel the second charge to my account and it wouldn’t be reflected, 3 days later both charges were applied and now I get no answer from them.

they canceled my reservation when I was One hour away, and I had to look for another hotel. Before I left my house I called them to let them know. I will be there late because it was gonna be a long drive and I got off work late. They told me there were no problem but an hour before I got there they decided to text me and let me know my reservation was cancel I called them and I Told them I had spoke to someone earlier and they told me it was OK that they will leave me key in the box But they cancel my reservation. We will never reserve this place again.

Overall the property was fine. Our first room had and excessive vibration in the floors from something below it, but the front desk was very quick to switch us to a different room. It was nice that it had a fridge, stove, and dishwasher, but the cooking pots/pans/utensils were very limited. A couple of side notes if you stay there: - There is body wash and conditioner in the room, but no hand soap. - The kitchen had dishwasher tablets, but no hand soap or detergent for washing dishes - You have to swap out your own linens daily as needed at the front desk (room service only once a week) While the overall experience was not bad, I do not know that we saved enough from staying in a normal hotel to warrant staying there again.

1 luggage cart in the entire place. I booked for 4 adults, room key/card was left in a lock box in the lobby the code was emailed to me. But only 1 room key/card for 4 people. No staff after 7pm in building. Sofa had stains and comforter on one bed had multiple snags on it. Lobby and elevator smelled of marijuana even though no smoking signs posted in multiple places.

My stay at StayApt was nothing short of awesome! To begin I had the pleasure of dealing with Rachel. She is amazing and truly loves what she does. I was going to be outside of the check-in timeframe and she explained everything with great deal to me. She took time from her "personal time" to come to the front desk to make sure I had no issues with the lock box. This place is quiet and the beds are comfortable. It has a full size fridge and stove, this is really a great place to stay. If you want a very good place to stay, be sure to pay Rachel/ the staff a visit. You won't regret it.

Nice apartment style setup, very clean and well maintained. Not too many things around, but new area and new restaurants and shops are coming. We've stayed before; however, our room was on north side of property. This time our room was on south side by highway and very noisy, however, after 2 nights we were able to move to other side and so much quieter for our last night. Would definitely stay again but request side opposite of highway.

I would give this property 9.5/10. I was unsure at first because how it was priced, but I was amazed how great it was. The only issue I had was the construction on the highway around the property. It made it a little difficult to get to, but if you pass it and then turn right and drive around the stores you will get back to it easily. The manager Jose was helpful and kind! He always had a smile. MJ checked us out and was kind also! The other staff always asked if we needed anything. Overall the customer service was 10/10, the only reason I gave it a 9.5 was because of the road construction and the overnight construction, but that’s not their fault. It was located about 20-30 from Sea World and The River Walk. For the 3 nights we stayed it felt like a small apartment and was perfect for my family of 2 adults and 3 children.

The was great for a week long stay to visit family. This would be a great place to stay for someone moving to the city and needing a temporary place until finding a home or apartment. Also great for a family as there is a full kitchen where meals can be prepared saving money by not eating out. Nice laundry room and exercise room. Easy access to highways and plenty of restaurants and shopping near by. Only downside was no pool.

The property is clean and with a modern feel. However, the bedding is very tough and uncomfortable. The mattresses are too soft. Sofa bed is uncomfortable. Lobby coffee ran out and didn’t restock.

I really appreciate the separate sitting area from the bedroom. There was a tv in the sitting area and bedroom, which was great when others wanted to stay up to watch tv. The kitchen was a bonus for us as we prefer to cook meals vs eating out all of the time. Courtyard in the middle if the hotel is great. You can take advantage of the sitting area to visit or use the grill to cook. Fire pit is nice on the cold days.

The courtyard is a nice touch of greenery with all the construction being down around the building. The suites came with plates, cups and utensils which was is nice that you don’t have to bring your own to use the kitchen. Well designed floor plan for an extended stay away from home.

We’re a family of 4 and in the middle of moving out of state. The room was very roomy, clean and convenient; having the kitchen separate from the bedroom made working with toddlers less stressful. The kitchen was stocked with plates, cups, utensils and pots. So i was able to grab some things from the store and cook a few times, instead of eating out every day. The laundry room was also convenient for us since we stayed for a week and wanted to wash clothes before we hit the road. All in all, we felt comfortable staying at this hotel and will definitely stay again at another location.

I spent the night before in a Best Western in San Antonio on the access Rd between Judson & O'Connor. $85 for Dbl queen with a mini fridge without a freezer and mini microwave. Then I booked at StayAPT. $87 KING SUITE. Unlock the door first it's your living area with a lounge chair and full size sleeper sofa , a huge tv on the wall and your staring at your fully equipped kitchen. 8-10 ft East and prep counter ( maybe granite, not sure) dishwasher under that by the wall behind you is the full size fridge with freezer, sink FULL SIZE STOVE WITH OVEN and full size microwave above. Next down the hall is the full size bathroom then at the back of a bedroom with a king size bed desk huge tv and a side to side walk in closet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very clean, comfortable, and staff was very helpful. It was like having our own little apartment. Full size kitchen with pots and pans, I would suggest the add baking pans. At least a cookie sheet. Bed was very comfortable. Big flat screen tv’s. Love they had a gym and laundry on premises. We had our Son, daughter-in-law, and 2 grand-babies cone over and hang out with us. Made dinner most nights. The courtyard is wonderful. Nice patio furniture, gas fireplace, and BBQ. I felt very safe . You have to have a keycard to get into the rooms area. Fully enclosed by door with keycard access only. Great AC. We even were able to extend our stay. I will be keeping my eye out while traveling for more StayAPT!

I left 5 stars for every category. The staff was extremely accommodating. Only complaint I have is the thermostat is locked to 70F as the lowest temp. This is more of a management/ownership choice, but because of this not being disclosed I would choose to stay elsewhere in the future. It’s funny because I went to wash a load of laundry and the laundry thermostat was locked to 68F, lower than the actual rooms. I keep my house at 67F after 9pm at night and it hardly affects my electric bill. Again, the staff were excellent and the rooms were clean, but I won’t be staying here again. Thanks

I was looking forward to my stay visiting family in San Antonio. I found this "hotel" in the area nearby and they had good reviews so I made my decision to book based on those and the photos I saw. Let's just say the photos I saw compared to the room we received was night and day. Ive never stayed in a room so unclean. The stay was so uncomfortable due to how stained and dirty everything was. The entire bathroom floor was wet upon arrival, there was lots of random hair in the bed as well as the bathroom. There were stains all over all the furniture, and shower curtain, and the lobby smelled like dog. And it wasn't much we could do because the property operates like an apartment. They seemed to not have any rooms, and didn't seem to care much about anything outside of business hours. The front desk does not operate 24 hrs which is pretty inconvenient. I don't ever leave bad reviews (even after bad experiences), but this was terrible...so book at your own risk.
