Ice machine still down

Rooms and pool area where exceptional, beds where too soft and lumpy, facility needs to control loud and obnoxious tenants at night and also needs a designated smoking area away from building (Cigarette and Marijuana smoke blows back into rooms).

Ice machine was broke

It was clean but and ok location but no maid service for the 3 days we were there we had to ask for towels and toilet paper. No toiletries so don't forget to bring some. Indoor pool was ok.

What I like? Accesible to some reataurants like Burger King, church's, McDonalds in 2 blocks. Pets are free to stay, this was very important to me, since I traveled with 2 pets. What I dislike? Even though we stayed for 3 nights, nobody cleaned out our room Pets area was not clean enough. Since the motel is under the i-70, there's much noise from cars. For some people this might find difficult to relax, specially at night. Overall I recommend it, since it's a good place for the money.

Pool is nice. Beds are comfortable. A/C works well. Overall a good stay 4/5 star.

A microwave and mini fridge would have been ideal, but overall worth the typical weekday rate of $55-$65/night. No deposit depending on availability, and no pet fees was a key deciding factor for me bc that's unheard of. There's almost always one or the other (if not both) in my experience. Parking is convenient and abundant. Showers get very hot and last a long time. Laundry facilities were available and affordable. 24 hour check in and depending on who is working, 24 lobby access (this is where the only available, microwave is loaded. No breakfast but there's gross coffee available in the front desk lobby from 6-9am.

I picked this hotel just because it had an indoor heated pool! I thought there would be a microwave and mini fridge in the room or atleast a coffee pot but there was not. The rooms are all accessed outside. I only swam once because it was a bit chilly to walk outside to my room not completely dry. If I had known that I probably would have booked a hotel more like an apartment but whatever it was cheap, had a pool, staff were very friendly & rooms were clean!

We checked in to two different rooms and both reeked of cigarettes even though it’s a non smoking facility. My allergies were through the room. There was hair on the “clean”sheets and hair in the shower. The shower drain took forever to drain, which is quite foul. The place had single panes windows so all I heard in the morning were people yelling at each other and I couldn’t get away from the cigarettes being smoked all over the property. It was as seeping into the room through the cracks of everything. Terrible.

While check in was simple my room was dirty, lots of hair in the bathroom, floors not clean etc. staff was wonderful

Room was dirty, floor not cleaned, bathtub partially plugged with hair and something slimy. Windows dirty and window seal dusty. The wall towel holder was nasty with dust and dead bugs. Will avoid this motel in the future and currently wouldn’t recommend it. Nasty

Our room wasn't cleaned very well and for the first time staying here we saw cockroach. The staff is always very wonderful. I don't recommend any of the room's by the highway as the noise is horrible

Not the cleen

The room was dirty . When I woke up there were ants on the floor and the place was just gross. The manager has a bad attitude. I'm just curious whatever happened to customer service, it's a shame how bad customer service has gotten!!! I will say this the next two nights we decided to go to Motel 6 in Greenwood village and it was a 100% better the customer service was terrific and the rooms were definitely cleaner.

There were bed bugs in room 112. I got bitten and woke up at 2:00 am only to find I had bites from bed bugs. I also found one where I was sleeping. The sheets smelled clean, but they had hairs that were obviously not mine. I had booked this hotel for two nights on this trip but after that, I checked out after the first night. I had booked this hotel for two more upcoming trips, but I have cancelled already. Not staying here again.

My room was located on the highway side of the building. It was terribly loud. Door wouldn't close properly.

Our shower was clogged from the moment we got there and had to shower in water up over our ankles. The bed was trash and super small. There were 3 ambulances that came very late into the night on two of the nights.

The pictures online made the hotel look fairly new or updated and safe. That however was the opposite of the truth. Extremely sketchy neighborhood. Appears that most of the tenants probably reside there, leaving their doors open all hours of the nights. Vagrants ask over the parking lot, even walking up and down the stairs of the motel. Bad WiFi connection. Tiny rooms with very little walking room. Our whole bed headboard was slashed open. Had a weird smell to it as well. The only plus side was the clerk up front was very friendly. I would never stay here again😔

We checked in and were told the key machine was down. This was a little uncomfortable because it meant we'd have to be let in each time we left which made me uneasy if anyone cpuld just walk in. Also, the door in our room had a huge gap in the frame when we closed the door. The night clerk was able to change rooms which was nice and felt a little better but the key thing made the overall experience not great. We've stayed here multiple times in the past so maybe this time was just a fluke.

Good: Bed was clean, bathroom as well. TV was good and had a number of channels. Bad: no noise cancellation and there is a lot of light that comes through the door. It can lead to little bugs getting in at times. The sink drain didnt work and I had to pull it out at times to drain the sink.

Expected a queen size bed, no hot water in the sink, one pillow per person, no plug for bathtub. Luckily we were only staying the night (traveled from WI for Broncos game) , its been a minute since we've "slummed it". The lady that checked us in was lovely and check in was fast and simplistic.

Quite a gap around the door so the rain came in and the interstate noises 😵‍💫 The beds hurt everybody's backs, no hot water in the sink and the TV didn't work. But we didn't feel unsafe.

Staff was great. Room only had enough plugs for what most people have if you unplugged lights and things. Pretty sure there was mold in the bathroom vent.

I was not able to check in using my credit card, since it didn't exactly match my driver's license. One had Henry and the other Hank and the clerk wouldn't accept that it was me. The next day, another clerk readily accepted this, but was not able to get into my expedia reservation, so I didn't use it. The first night I had to pay cash.

Lady at the front desk Shantell was awesome and understand never rude helped however she could wondrful woman

We noticed our air conditioner was malfunctioning and maintenence fixed it within 5 minutes of us calling the front desk. Front desk personnel are friendly and helpful.

I booked this Motel 6 in Denver through Expedia, and I strongly urge fellow travelers to avoid this place at all costs. When I arrived, I immediately noticed that the area felt dangerous. There were homeless individuals wandering with blankets and bags, clearly seeking shelter in the winter cold. The property itself was dirty, broken down, and surrounded by trash. There were abandoned cars in the parking lot and even someone appearing to do drugs behind a dumpster. The fact that the lobby had protective glass shielding the employees was a clear indication that safety is a major concern here. The parking lot felt unsafe, and I wouldn’t have trusted leaving my vehicle there overnight. Getting to the rooms from the lot was also inconvenient, adding to my discomfort. I had arrived a day early and quickly realized that I couldn’t stay here due to safety concerns. Since I had missed the cancellation deadline by just a few hours, I tried working with Expedia to cancel the reservation. Expedia attempted multiple times to contact the hotel for a refund, but the hotel completely ignored their requests. I was still charged for a room I never used. This Motel 6 is nothing like the photos on Expedia—it’s a complete dump. Instead of staying here, I felt safer sleeping at a truck stop down the highway. If you care about your safety and peace of mind, DO NOT book this motel. You've been warned!

The hotel itself was exactly what you would expect for the price not bad at all! I would totally rebook although the area around there is not the best do not go out at night !

The woman at the front desk Sharrman said she was going to lose her job then chased me out of the lobby with a closed fist. She refused to switch my room even though the shower water wasn’t draining and would have flooded. Ruined my vacation and first day in Colorado. Thanks a lot Sharrman I know you know that you were wrong. Worst motel 6 and hotel experience I have ever had. Avoid this location at all costs!!! Unless you want to get beat up by Sharrman, that woman is a nightmare.

The staff is great, especially Glenda. She’s amazing and very helpful always with a good attitude and makes our stay feel great.

Stay was fine. Stayed 2 nights. Was somehow double booked and was charged for both bookings. Not ideal..

The property was not as shown on Expedia website - very noisy - so I rate it poor, I asked the morning after my first night if I checked out that day could I get a refund for the rest of the week I paid for - desk clerk said no problem and pulled my file and said you booked through Expedia so you have to go through them for a refund - the word I get back is the property refused refund - it seems because I used Expedia that prevented my refund - then Expedia had the gall to say I could call the Motel 6 and try to negotiate a refund - you use a third party to handle all these issues - so my rating of Expedia is Terrible!

I always try to book a room here when i go to concerts in Denver. Clean, quiet, and not far from everything

Next to freeway, you will always here cars zooming by no matter which room you are in. The area is ghetto as well.

The hotel was in extremely poor condition. We left because of vagrants and the police having to come by.

The ice machine on the first floor is down, with a sign that says go to the second floor, which then has a sign that says ask management. Not helpful at all. The room was fine, although only two pillows and small towels. The room key had to be reset each day we were there, which wasn't helpful. The explanation that my wallet demagnetized it wasn't sufficient, as I didn't keep the key in my wallet. Security is higher, as you have to show ID anytime you ask for anything. Not my first pick, but was convenient for what we needed, and the area we needed.

Crime everywhere

place is good for concert or football at mile high. nothing special. but decent. the price is right. older motel. about 3.9 miles from mile high. near interstate.

RUN DOWN AREA. IFFY OCCUPANTS. BUT THE STAFF WAS HELPFUL AND ATTENTIVE.THEY WERE CLEARLY TRYING THEIR BEST TO KEEP UP THE PLACE BUT IT MAY BE A LOSING BATTLE. HOTEL IT'S SELF IS RUN. THE AIR CONDITION WOULD NOT GO BELOW 76 WHICH WAS JUST BARELY TOLERABLE. THERE IS A GREAT DINER NEXT DOOR CALLED MCCOYS WHICH WE ATE AT TWICE.

So when I booked this place it was saying it had a queen sized bed, outlets, etc. When we checked in we had a full sized bed, only 2 outlets (one was in the bathroom area and the other you had to move the nightstand to reach it near the floor), the room smelt like pee, the neighbors were shouting and screaming at 1am, no continental breakfast when the website said it had it, the whole hotel was in desperate need of repairs and looked pretty run down (once again, didn't look that way online), and many other things that we definitely were not comfortable with. I couldn't leave because we came from out of state for an event and we didn't have time to leave and find another hotel so we had to stay there for the whole 2 nights. This place needs to update their website information and their pictures posted. I feel lied and cheated out of a comfortable stay.

Reasonably priced clean accomodation in central Denver. Comfortable bed. Downside: room was a little small, no coffee, some traffic noise.

It is close to downtown and inexpensive. But they didn’t have any coffee in the room, which is a big problem for me.

Well lit and clean hotel. Although other guest are noisy and a lot of talking in the parking lot. But they have security and police presence and work hard to keep it safe. I did not hear the people next to me in their room. I do think the front desk had a nice guy work the night shift but the dayshift front desk, girl Was unreasonable. Put me on hold forever when I requested late check out and I hung up after 15 minutes. She then called back after 11 and I told her I was requesting late check out after house keeping had already told her the same. She then showed up at the door with a security guard like I wasn’t gonna leave by 12 which was ignorant considering she put me on hold so long when I was requesting late check out that I finally had to hang up! no microwaves in the rooms only fridges and no coffee machines. Love the restaurants nearby

Good for the price. Position not downtown but close to I70. Restaurant next door has great food.
