Hotelux Oriental Coast Marsa Alam

1- For the food, most of the fruits were not fresh, actually they were almost rotten. Overall food experience was like 5/10, big variety but not very good quality. 2- For the rooms, the towels are not clean, we got some with stains and others ripped. 2 small bottles of waters were not enough for 2 adults all day, but the staff was generous enough to offer two more bottles free of charge :D. I had to call them for room service, but the response was immediate, except for one day which I had to go to the reception to ask for it. You dont get robes or bathroom slippers.Otherwise, the rooms are good. 3- The pools and beach are great, you'll always find a spot and its very good. Snacks however are so bad at the beach and very unhealthy, not good for anyone who's dieting. And no fruits on beach too. 4- The gym needs a lot of maintenance, it looks good from the outside but in the inside almost 3/4 of machines are broken and the gym is so dusty and full of lizards. The tennis is at the sewage which makes playing there impossible. Conclusion: Its a budget friendly hotel, but you dont get the full all enclusive hotel experience as you expect. And if in season, you might not find a place to park :D I had that issue and I had to check it for myself because the staff was a bit lazy to check.

​We had a frustrating experience with the room comfort and dining, as the food quality was quite low and the AC didn't work even after we moved rooms three times.
