breakfast is great and the lady driver very helpful and nice

The room was big enough, nice. It was clean, the bed was comfortable. Though I did not like the fact of having the light switches hiding behind the pillows where the head board should be. The ac/heater was a little noisy and it sounded like there was water bubbling inside.

We went over and they told us we didn't have a reservation and here I am still charged for a room I didn’t get to stay in. The woman didn’t even take my ID to clarify.

Room layout was strange. Big center island separates the room but it blocks tv viewing from the couch side. Light switches are located where a headboard would be so accidental switching them on while sleeping can happen. Large mirror runs along the entire wall where a headboard would be. Sitting up on the bed had me leading on the mirror or on those light switches.
