Office is open every day from 9 AM until 9 PM
Check in time: 2 pm - 9pm & check out time: 11 am.
We don't take credit card payments.
**For any reservation in private room the full payment is required to secure your reservation. It is your responsibility to make sure it is fully paid prior arrival.
**Regarding bookings for the full moon and Half Moon periods: - We require a full payment in advance in order to secure your reservation - it is your responsibility to contact us for the full payment in advance
Your booking may not be confirmed if you do not send us the full payment in advance.
Please note that if we do not receive your payment (Regarding bookings FOR the full moon or half moon periods), we have the right to cancel the booking at any time.
- No Prepayment = No Confirmed Booking!
- No Show = No Refund!
- Once the payment is done, there will not be any refund!
A refundable security deposit is required on arrival in Cash : 1,000 THB or a passport
Your security deposit will be refunded on check-out.
You can get s*faced all you want, all day, every day, but on the legal stuff only. Anyone found with drugs will be asked to leave.
As our sister hostel is a Party Hostel, we cannot accept bookings for anyone under the age of 18. Please be aware that there may be music playing often and people drinking all day! So, if this is sounds like it wouldn't be for you, please contact us and we will help find you alternate accommodation.
- Due to our high demand, make sure to book in advance to secure your stay.
- During our busiest time, we may be over booked. In this rarely case, the customers would be sleeping to our sister hostel which is just next door. The rooms are as good as ours! And everyone can enjoy the best of both hostels!
