Excellent Hotel. James and Amy could not have been more gracious and welcoming. Beautiful room and the hotel was full of charm highly recommended.

Easy to find just outside Lanberis. Host Amy is lovely and very helpful - makes you feel nothing too much trouble. Great breakfast served. Our room was on the small side but all we need to a couple of nights stay. No tea & coffee in the rooms but plentiful tea & coffee making facilities and seating in public areas. On a busy road so some noise during key times but otherwise a quiet location.

Great location for what we wanted to do. Amy and James were very helpful and friendly and communication before and during the stay was great (why can’t more places use What’s App?!). Breakfast included cereal and juice and coffee if one wanted and a full cooked breakfast that was wonderful. I really appreciated the gluten free bread. There are a lot of areas in the building to relax and there is even a hiking trail by the parking lot. There is an eating place just down the road but we chose to drive to the main part of town to eat. Our room had two beds and plenty of space for us. The bathroom was modern and there was plenty of hot water. I would happily stay here again; we had a very pleasant stay.

The moment we arrived at the Lake View Hotel we were greeted by Amy who’s a wonderful host. We stayed here for two nights while exploring the local area and climbing Snowdon. The hotel has a real warm, cosy feel with a log burner and different areas to relax after a long days hike. The tea and coffee making area in the lounge was always fully stocked and Amy and James were only a text away for a well deserved gin and tonic. The cooked breakfast was delicious and freshly made to order. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel itself is next to a bus stop which takes you to the starting point of the Pyg and Miners track or alternatively it’s only a 20 minute walk into the village. I can’t recommend this hotel enough especially if you want a home from home stay.

This is a fabulous little hotel and we were delighted with our three night stay. James and Amy are wonderful hosts who put their heart and soul into their place and nothing is too much trouble. Our room had plenty of space and the bed was very comfortable. The common areas were lovely, and the breakfast was great. An easy 20 to 30 minute stroll to town, or short drive, so a great base for all that this region has to offer.

The ingredients were of good quality and they were cooked superbly. The hotel is about a mile outside Llanberis which was perfect for me as I was able to walk there in about 15 mins. There is also the option to catch a bus just down from the hotel (on the opposite side of the road) and these run twice an hour and go straight into Llanberis. The return bus stops right outside the hotel on request. All in all, a very lovely stay at this hotel and I would definitely stay there again without hesitation. Thank you Amy and James.

We highly recommend this place. Amy and James are welcoming, friendly and very organised hosts. The room was comfortable and very clean. The location is convenient to visit the beautiful surroundings. It’s been a wonderful stay!

My stay was perfect. Amy the host couldn't have been more welcoming and professional. She explained everything to me, welcomed me into the property and was easy to speak to. The room was spacious and very clean. Nothing was too much bother and the owners were on hand as needed.

I had a lovely stay at the Lake View Hotel. It is more of a B&B than a hotel and the owners are very kind and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and overall everything was great. It's about a 20 minute walk into the charming village of Llanberis so it's not necessary to take the car and pay for parking. Highly recommend staying here if you're in the area.

James and Amy were delightful hosts and although we were only there 1 night nothing was too much trouble and they were very helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a lovely home cooked full English breakfast with lots of toast and more offered.

Fantastic stay, James and Amy were incredibly friendly and helpful with great recommendations for the local area, the room very clean and tidy and the breakfast delicious! As well as all of this I had a lovely view over the lake which I was not expecting. I would definitely stay here again!

This is a lovely hotel that has been converted from opd miner's cottages into modern rooms. The rooms are comfortable and clean although a little on the small side if you have a lot of luggage. It is conveniently located just a short walk from the town and the bus stop outside is handy for the sherpa bus. Unfortunately the lake view is now almost obscured by trees across the road. Amy was very welcoming and helpful throughout the stay and is always available. I would definitely recommend this hotel over others that I have stayed in at the town.

Well located to Llanberis (20min walk). Bus stop just outside to get to pen y pass for snowdon walks. Amy and James were very attentive hosts, only negative was the firmness of the bed but some people might prefer that. Overall a lovely couple of days at lakeside hotel.

The Lake View is awesome. Amy, the owner, made me feel so so welcome. Incredible location in relation to Snowdon. Would highly recommend. So comfortable and great rooms. Super happy. 100% worth it

Hosts were very welcoming and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Hotel is very cute and quaint, single bedroom very comfortable with nice view over the lake. Breakfast was delicious. Very attentive to details

Lovely Hotel. Owners very flexible. Close to a restaurant and close and convenient for transport links into town and to Snowdon paths. Amy was a mine of useful information. Breakfast was lovely. Good hotel choice. Good communication prior to arriving, and afterwards.

Amy and James were incredibly welcoming and always available for anything we could need. The room was perfect and exactly what we needed for our trip. The breakfast options were incredible: 4 different hot breakfasts to choose from, as well as a very good variety of cereals and toast. Highly recommend this lovely B&B to anyone visiting the area!

Amy and James were absolutely wonderful! We were warmly welcomed to their hotel, and they were great at providing helpful tips on the surrounding area. Their place was very comfortable and I felt right at home. Delicious breakfasts! I would gladly return :)

Had a wonderful 2 night's stay, breakfast was delicious, eggs cooked ro perfect! Both James and Amy were very friendly, helpful and very professional. We will definitely tell our friends and families about the Lake View hotel!

Great location for what we wanted to do. Amy and James were very helpful and friendly and communication before and during the stay was great (why can’t more places use What’s App?!). Breakfast included cereal and juice and coffee if one wanted and a full cooked breakfast that was wonderful. I really appreciated the gluten free bread. There are a lot of areas in the building to relax and there is even a hiking trail by the parking lot. There is an eating place just down the road but we chose to drive to the main part of town to eat. Our room had two beds and plenty of space for us. The bathroom was modern and there was plenty of hot water. I would happily stay here again; we had a very pleasant stay.

Enjoyable stay at the Lake View. Amy and James are lovely hosts. Amy was very friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. Amy left us cereal out for when we had an early start, the other days i enjoyed the porridge. I would stay here again.

James and Amy were delightful hosts and although we were only there 1 night nothing was too much trouble and they were very helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a lovely home cooked full English breakfast with lots of toast and more offered.

We highly recommend this place. Amy and James are welcoming, friendly and very organised hosts. The room was comfortable and very clean. The common area is super cosy and it was a pleasure coming back from hiking and finding a nice sofa, the fire and refreshments. The breakfast was also really good. The location is convenient to visit the beautiful surroundings. It’s been a wonderful stay!

Well located to Llanberis (20min walk). Bus stop just outside to get to pen y pass for snowdon walks. Amy and James were very attentive hosts, only negative was the firmness of the bed but some people might prefer that. Overall a lovely couple of days at lakeside hotel.

The Lake View is awesome. Amy, the owner, made me feel so so welcome. Incredible location in relation to Snowdon. Would highly recommend. So comfortable and great rooms. Super happy. 100% worth it

I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable from the moment I arrived for my two night stay. The hotel is very quaint and whilst not modern it is extremely comfortable and clean and it met all of my needs. There is access to tea and coffee in the lounge area and there is plenty of space to sit and relax. There is a good selection for breakfast and I had the full English on both mornings. The ingredients were of good quality and they were cooked superbly. The hotel is about a mile outside Llanberis which was perfect for me as I was able to walk there in about 15 mins. There is also the option to catch a bus just down from the hotel (on the opposite side of the road) and these run twice an hour and go straight into Llanberis. The return bus stops right outside the hotel on request. All in all, a very lovely stay at this hotel and I would definitely stay there again without hesitation. Thank you Amy and James.

This is a lovely hotel that has been converted from opd miner's cottages into modern rooms. The rooms are comfortable and clean although a little on the small side if you have a lot of luggage. It is conveniently located just a short walk from the town and the bus stop outside is handy for the sherpa bus. Unfortunately the lake view is now almost obscured by trees across the road. Amy was very welcoming and helpful throughout the stay and is always available. I would definitely recommend this hotel over others that I have stayed in at the town.

We had the most wonderful stay. The property is situated just a small, enjoyable walk away from Llanberis. Amy and James were amazing hosts, always showing interest and being super helpful with their knowledge of the local attractions. Breakfast was amazing, the porridge proved great fuel for the Snowdon climb. The room was clean, comfy and had its own personality. Thoroughly recommend to anyone interested in completing Snowdon and travelling around North Wales.
We had the most wonderful stay. The property is situated just a small, enjoyable walk away from Llanberis. We absolutely loved our stay at The Lake View Hotel. Amy and James were wonderful hosts, the breakfast was delicious, rooms comfortable and well appointed. Easy walk to the town of Llanberis and bus stop across the street to Mt. Snowdon. The back garden is absolutely stunning. Highly recommend!!

excellent location and really lovely property, that has been decorated and maintained to a good standard and is well equipped to cater for guests Amy and James are a really lovely couple and deserve to well, as they clearly do the best they can for the guests stay here. we only stopped for 2 nights during the really hot weather, so will return during normal weather to make more of the area, and when we do we will definately look to stay at the Lake View Hotel.
