A séjourné 2 nuits

Notre séjour s’est bien déroulé , avons bien mangé au restaurant Gourmet . Spa bien et agréable en dehors des heures de pointe (beaucoup d’enfants ). La chambre était confortable toutefois la salée de bain est vétuste et pas à la hauteur du prix . Manque de place , crochets , etc…. Au petit déjeuné , dommage de ne pas trouver un bon beurre et des produits maison ou du terroir (miel confitures) et pas de thé vert .

Rooms were very clean and maintained every day, food was great and staff were extremely friendly and helpful they definitely helped increase the atmosphere of the hotel and made the stay feel more comfortable. However, since the hotel didn't have a reception it was a little difficult to find staff or know when they are available / know how to check in since information was incorrect online. Furyhermore, our door handle was slightly broken so would come off every now and again and within the hotel there were TOO many flies in the dining areas inside, meaning eating was stressful, the hotel could work on that to find ways to deter or decrease amount of flies. The location is amazing with surrounding scenery and was a perfect location within the town itself.

The breakfast was very good. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed the uniqueness and Swiss feel of this location.
