The staff was incredibly nice and this hotel is great if you’re traveling with dogs because there’s easy access to grass. Our family had 3 rooms and one flooded and ours had a bathtub that drained incredibly slowly. Parking is free which is great but fills up quickly and is very limited if they’re full. Breakfast is bare bones, hallways are very warm, pillows lumpy, very humid and warm in the lobby. It’s a $15-20 Uber ride each way to the French Quarter from the hotel.

The stay was great the staff was awesome the breakfast is good no waffle maker but the real juice and not the fountain juice make up for that the parking is free and the whole vibe is just nice the people around the place are nice you can ride the trolley where ever you need gas station is right down the street 40 min walk at most to downtown to the main strip then your everywhere you want to be but yeah will definitely stay again thank you St Charles inn for a awesome time and yes you are safe here people and your car I did not see or feel not safe anywhere I went and all around the people are nice love the south

Nicest most helpful folks ever! We arrived a few hours before check-in. We were tired & hangry and they were kind enough to let us check in early. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.

Staying in the Garden District was sooo much better than staying in the city center. Lovely hotel in lovely neighborhood. Free parking allowed us to have a rental car and freely explore beyond New Orleans. I would choose this place again.
