Basic room was okay. They advertised coffee in the common areas, but there was none to be found and no coffee maker in the room. The staff was only there from 9am to 10pm (?). Our room was upstairs, so if you left the building before 9am, you could get locked out.

The facility is dilapidated. No amenities in the room: no phone no hairdryer, no extra blanket. Building surrounded by construction garbage. Cheap room, very low end, pay the extra for a nice place.

This place was unclean. The fridge smelled. I think there are ppl living there or something but there were ppl all out by the doors the entire time. Had a whole table set up for dominos and everything. Vending machine didn’t work. The attendant didn’t even stay at the desk. You had to call a phone number to get someone to come out. I don’t know how they get away charging so much. Wouldn’t pay $20 to stay there again.

The room was spacious enough but there were 2 tv in the room and 1 was not working.The parking lot had a horrible smell probably coming from the Creek and also the dog smells was pretty bad in the lobby area .there’s never a staff in the front desk .

No cots, no shampoo, says ADA compliant, but as a person that uses a wheelchair, zero ramps and shower bars. Took an hour and a half for more towels and toilet paper. Trash from previous customers were left under the bed. Never staying here again!

This room was terrible, carpet had stains, room melled nasty. Would never stay against. If it wasn't for being tired from driving 14 hrs and we couldn't find a different hotel as all were full we would of left. Worst experience we have ever had.the picture of the room on website was totally different than what it was.

This was the most disgusting, dirtiest, smelliest hotel I’ve ever seen. I witnessed bed bugs. There were blood stains on the blankets. There were cigarette burns on all of the blankets. This place should be condemned. I can’t believe they take money from people. We couldn’t even stay the night we had to leave it was so bad. Just wow.

The room had a strong pungent odor like dog urine that they had tried to cover up with deodorizer. There were cigarette burns in the bed coverlet. The bathtub had black and orange mold, and the carpet was sticky. The only saving grace was clean sheets on the bed. If I didn’t have a dog with me, I’d have gone elsewhere. This motel is not worth the low price. It need to be redone or bulldozed.

This stay was a stay from hell. The room was distinguishing. Dried blood on the bedspread. Didn't dare to sleep in the bed. Had to buy a sheet set with pillowcases. The flooring was so dirty and smelled that we not dare walk in stocking feet let alone bare feet. As far as taking a shower, we did not due to mold and uncleanliness which also had blood on the outter side of the tub. The lights by the bed were connected by two wires and were wired together attached to a plug. There were dead bugs in and on the windowsill. The smoke detector was questionable. It was filthy and looked like wasn't operational. The air inside the room, even though it was a smoking room, was deplorable...and we smoked outside! We would and SHOULD have sleapt in the car! I will be contacting the board of health and code enforcement!!! The town needs to investigation and condemn it due to being a health hazard and not up to code! I want and deserve a full refund!!!

Couldnt get into our room. The batteries on the door lock died so we had to have someone at the front desk come with us to our room and let us in each time. Said it would have been fixed before 9 and even at midnight it still didnt work. Along with that not working we found some food and drinks in the refrigerator from the past people .

We didn’t even stay yet were charged. We showed up and their entire system was down so they couldn’t check us in. One group I was with was able to cancel their stay and we weren’t. They didn’t know their own policies, how embarrassing. When I had explained it was their fault we couldn’t check in, they just kept cutting me off saying it isn’t their fault. It smelled moldy. Additionally the owner Mahir, had a dog behind the desk that was barking at my friends and I. It was a terrible environment and I wouldn’t go back. If you can check in anywhere else, I highly suggest you do.

The front desk was a prik had to call him the wait 20 min for him to come let you in wouldn't rent u a room himself you had to do it on line he just printed your card. Good one night stay if you just need a bed. Very clean and crisp sheets, quiet but feels abandoned. Arriving, you have to call for a front desk person for assistance. Then you’re on your own for everything else. But expected at these rates. Overall an average stay.

The property itself was in disrepair and was quite dirty. Stains on the walls, carpets very dirty, toilet dirty and didn't flush properly. Cobwebs in room, handles and screens missing from very old windows, view of roof and soffit that were both in poor condition. The bed itself looked to be made up ok, and I'm sure the cleaners did as well as they could given the state of the facilities. It just really felt gross just being in the room with all of the grime and visible stains. Staff did their job to check us in and did not do anything wrong, but they certainly did not go the extra mile. I would have been fine with an older and non-updated facility as long as it was clean, but it wasn't. We took one look at the interior hallways and room and walked away from our booking and went to stay somewhere else. We didn't talk to the staff when we left because no one was at the desk; we just wanted to get out of there and away from the germs. Also didn't look like it was in a great area of town.

The bed itself looked to be made up ok, and I'm sure the cleaners did as well as they could given the state of the facilities. It just really felt gross just being in the room with all of the grime and visible stains. Staff did their job to check us in and did not do anything wrong, but they certainly did not go the extra mile. I would have been fine with an older and non-updated facility as long as it was clean, but it wasn't. We took one look at the interior hallways and room and walked away from our booking and went to stay somewhere else. We didn't talk to the staff when we left because no one was at the desk; we just wanted to get out of there and away from the germs. Also didn't look like it was in a great area of town.

Basic room was okay. They advertised coffee in the common areas, but there was none to be found and no coffee maker in the room. The staff was only there from 9am to 10pm (?). Our room was upstairs, so if you left the building before 9am, you could get locked out.

The room was clean to the eye, outside of another person's hair in the bathtub(I didn't shower). Upon entering the room, I was struck by an unpleasant odor eminating from the carpet. The site info stated hot tub as well as being renovated in July 2026. This only applies to upgraded efficiency units in the back. My room was very dated and in desperate need of new carpeting. On the upside, the bed was comfortable and linens appeared clean. Definitely not worth the price I paid. I do not recommend staying at the Red Roof Inn in Sutton, MA.

Very run down, it was hard to locate the place at night since there was no sign outside. Also found the previous occupants court documents in our room for aggravated assault.
