Dejligt hotel og ok mad, vi havde bestilt halvpension og der manglede intet. Desværre ventede vi 45 minutter ud over vores faktiske tid for at overtage vores værelse. Havde et værelse på 1. sal, hvilket var fint, men der kunne høres meget larm under musikunderholdning i baren en af ​​dagene. Nice pool area and decent breakfast.

We only stayed one night. We were spending the time with family visiting from the UK. We live in Malta, but have long weekends in local hotels. The Santana is among the top 5.

They couldn't find my booking, and I had to wait for almost 2.5 hours and then ended up paying for the night. I had to wake up early and got a refund for the first night after 2 days. I had to ask for compensation so they upgraded my room. After being in the room, I observed several bugs. Some of the staff was also rude.

Unfortunately we didn't realise the room we have booked it was very small (the door didn't open because of the bed, there was no space to walk around the bed). The bathroom was very small and damp, no balcony, only a small window. The window was pointing towards the inner garden terrace which had karaoke, loud music and loud conversations.
