Otel aile için uygun.Oda gittiğimizde hazırdı temizlenmiş ve eksiksiz teslim edildi.Yemekler lezzetliydi.Personel ilgili ve güler yüzlülerdi fakat tesiste gözle görülür bir personel eksikliği mevcut özellikle çocuk aqua parkında civarında personel sıkıntısı nedeniyle çöp toplama ve temizlik konusunda sorunlar oluyordu.Otelin en büyük sıkıntısı bence şezlonglara havlu koyulma durumları nedeniyle düzensiz şezlong sorunları ortaya çıkıyor.Aynı aile çocuk aqua,plaj,yetişkin havuzları dahil hepsine havlu bırakıyor ve tüm gün şezlonglar boş bekliyor.Otele tavsiyem 1 saat bir duran şezlonglarda havluları toplanması ve şezlong düzeninin sağlanması olacaktır fakat bunu organize edecek yeterli personel malesef mevcut değil.Çocuk aktivite miktarıda artırılırsa çok daha güzel bir tesis olabilir.

Pools for each family member. Great proximity to the beach, fun night life. Nice Villa lifestyle although louder at night due to hotel dance scene. I wish I had a better understanding of all of the amenities available.

This hotel is pretty close to being a true 5-star. Stayed here for over a week. Special thanks to Mursel at front desk. Can't think of a better option in the area at this price point. It was a good choice. Would come back. Liked: - the food was delicious and the quality was better than at similar 5-start hotels nearby; - very large area and only contains 429 guest rooms plus villas, look up how many rooms some nearby hotels have; - unlike at some other hotels, here all alcohol drinks are included, including premium brands - it is a true all-inclusive; - hosted different shows every day and they were enjoyable; - live music; - great for families; - the water park has several slides; - replaced uncomfortable pillows with "feather & down" type on demand; - located not too far from the airport; - provided great service overall; - there's a public bus that can take you to the nearby shops in 10 min. Didn't like: - no free airport shuttle; - following booking, they didn't respond to my message on Hotels.com - had to send an email directly where I received a response; - some rooms require maintenance, they are quite worn out; - the WiFi didn't work upon arrival, but was fixed the next day; - the public hamam didn't have towels nor shower gel or shampoo (very strange); - not all staff knew how to prepare cocktails, there should be training; - the water-sports & activities were way too expensive; - the mattress was too firm, took whole week to get used to.

Bu otelin en büyük artısı kesinlikle personeli. Hepsi çok güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. 7 aylık bebeğimin ek gıdası konusunda oldukça endişeliydim ama her gün verdiğim listeye göre özel yemek çıkardılar. Birçok otelin problemi olan şezlong savaşı bu otelde yoktu. Havuzlar büyük ve şezlong sayısı yeterliydi. Çocuklar için eğlence ve aktivite alanları da gayet güzeldi. Eksik yönler ise şu şekilde: 1. Otelde sivrisinek olmasına rağmen odalarda sineklik yok. 2. Buhar odasının bayağı bakıma ihtiyacı var. 3. Yemekler oldukça lezzetli olmasına rağmen çeşitlilik az. Özellikle et, tavuk ve balık çeşitliliği oldukça sınırlı. 4. Otelin marketindeki fiyatlar korkunç. Tabi dışarıdan pahalı olması çok normal. 2 kat 3 kat da olabilir. Ama 2 kilometre ötedeki markette 150₺ olan mayo beze 1080₺ istediler. Bu bayağı bir abartı oldu.
