Un séjour + que parfait. L’hôtel est magnifique comme sur et mieux que sur les photos. L’accueil du personnel et la gentillesse. Le service excellent, le petit déjeuner, la propreté de la chambre. La vue est splendide, calme et reposant. Plusieurs piscine à disposition ainsi que jacuzzi. Détente absolue. Très bien située, à 10 min même pas à pied du centre de Oia et lieux à visiter. 25 min de Fhira en voiture 30 min de l’aéroport. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel. Bravo à l’équipe et le service qu’apportent à notre séjour.

The staff were very friendly and personable, and the caldera views were beautiful. The rooms were spacious, and the layout was functional. The on-site restaurant also served good breakfast and lunch at reasonable prices. Unfortunately, the condition and maintenance of the hotel did not match its four-star rating. The property felt dated, and several basic room features did not work properly. The toilet often required multiple flushes, and the shower drained so slowly that we had to finish showering while standing in a puddle of soapy water. We reported the shower issue, but there was no follow-up and it was never fixed. The bathroom had no ventilation, which caused unpleasant odors to spread into the room. The room television was also not functional and only displayed a blue screen. We stayed for four nights and experienced power outages on two of the days. The hotel did not have a backup generator, and during one outage we were without power for nearly an entire day. The Wi-Fi then remained unavailable for another day until we checked out. There was no tea or coffee provided in the room, and there were no nearby restaurants, cafés, or other convenient food options outside the hotel. Although this is advertised as a four-star hotel, our overall experience felt closer to a two-star stay. We would not return and would not recommend it to others.

I loved our stay here. The hotel is just 15 minutes walk from Oia, which is a great advantage if you want the crowded Oia by day and a quiet relaxing evening. Staff were superb! I'd definately like to go back
