Modern sleek hotel on Keele Uni campus. Beautiful spacious rooms with large walk in showers. Full marks to the cleaning staff as everything is imacculate. The staff at check-in, the bar , the restaurant were all very friendly and professional. Have to call out Connie who was really welcoming and managed to find me a table for dinner. Superb breakfast too. 👌 The only downside was the EV charging points were all taped up except one This could have been an issue if you were relying on charging up your car here

Great property , convenient to Keele University. Nice to have a Starbucks on site. The restaurant was good , we had a lovely dinner . The breakfast buffet was just okay. It would be convenient to travelers to have coin laundry available.

Picked this hotel for the electric car charging and only 3 of the 10 worked which of course were already in use. No notification on the chargers that they were faulty so spent considerable time trying them all late at night

The restaurant was excellent, the staff friendly and helpful, the bed comfortable. But we relied on their website and planned to have laundry done while we were there, but the promised laundry service did not exist. Also, it was booked as a double but there was only one chair!

Nice clean, modern hotel. EV charging was a nightmare, 3 out of 6 working and blocked all night. Car park next door has lots of charging points that were empty, i found the charger too late as i was leaving. Friendly staff, lovely breakfast.

The hotel is very new, so the facilities are spotless. Staff was very welcoming on reception, and the room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable (although I found the pillows a bit too big), and I had a good night's sleep. The only thing I didn't like is that the curtains were short which allowed sunlight to come through from below the windowsill.

Lovely and attentive staff! Building is lovely to see and be in - only down side was the room I was in was not as clean (finger print marks on the mirror, bathroom flush and I could see dust and shredded hair on the floor) it could do with a deeper clean! Staff were lovely and did change my room without question - just wish the rooms were more cleaner, even with the change still.

Really beautiful hotel. Very clean. The rooms have a beautiful modern layout. Big comfy bed with good amenities. Staff helpful and friendly. The food and bar is on the pricy side but was still nice.

The hotel was very nice. However there were two faults. 1. Having paid for the hotel on booking, it seems petty to charge £3 for the car park. Especially when the car park is large and parking is not at a premium. 2. The WiFi was not great and very difficult to access. WiFi is a basic nowadays, just as much as hot water is.

Convenient for the university and Izzy who checked us in was welcoming and on the ball. Breakfast was nice- although they cleared everything away at 10 (not 10:30 as described). Room was clean and tidy but having glass doors on the bathroom meant whenever it was used the whole room was lit up.

The hotel is nice and new, very clean. Checking in and out was no problem. The shower was quite weak though and the room very warm, even with the heating switched off. The Aircon didn't really do anything apart from make a noise. We were most disappointed with the breakfast though. The selection was good enough and the food tasty enough, but we prefer our full English breakfasts to be hot, or at least warmer than 'quite warm'. The tables and chairs in the breakfast room are not right for the purpose. The chairs very low and the table normal height, so not a great eating position. If you just need a bed for the night, it's fine, but for the cost we expected a higher calibre all round.

The stay was very pleasant, especially because we were provided with connecting rooms. Lots of space in the family room. The reception staff was just amazing, friendly, accommodating and helpful in every sense.

Excellent new looking Hotel . A little out of the way with no facilities nearby but short taxi ride into town . Room was very clean and bright . Bathroom was excellent with lots of toiletries and towels provided . Bed and pillows a little soft for our liking but that’s personal preference. Staff were lovely and very helpful . The only downside for us was the buffet breakfast . The selections were limited and the hot food looked as though it had been sat there for a while and needed refreshing but we only arrived about 25 minutes after service had started . Sausages and bacon did not appear to be very high quality . Hash browns were very greasy . Not the worst I have had but if it was improved a little then the Hotel would be perfect . Thanks to them for a great stay and we would use them again . Just please work a little on the breakfast :)

We enjoyed our short stay at the hotel. Staff was friendly, room was clean and spacious. The area around the hotel was quite and peaceful being the university area. Breakfast was great.

This will be our new go-to place to stay in North Staffordshire. It is convenient for Newcastle, the Potteries, and Stafford. The location is super safe and being on the perimeter of the Keele University campus, there is access to walks around the grounds of Keele Hall.

The hotel is conveniently located for the University however there are limited facility around it if you do not drive. However, this is also a common theme with the University itself. The property is lovely and clean, the rooms are spacious and the staff of exceptionally friendly and accommodating. If you have business at the university it’s a definite must.

The restaurant is awful, food not great, no choice and the service is horrendous! Hotel is nice and rooms are good. Stay here but go out and eat somewhere else!

Excellent new looking Hotel . A little out of the way with no facilities nearby but short taxi ride into town . Room was very clean and bright . Bathroom was excellent with lots of toiletries and towels provided . Bed and pillows a little soft for our liking but that’s personal preference. Staff were lovely and very helpful . The only downside for us was the buffet breakfast . The selections were limited and the hot food looked as though it had been sat there for a while and needed refreshing but we only arrived about 25 minutes after service had started . Sausages and bacon did not appear to be very high quality . Hash browns were very greasy . Not the worst I have had but if it was improved a little then the Hotel would be perfect . Thanks to them for a great stay and we would use them again . Just please work a little on the breakfast :)

Clean Room - Noisy in halls at night. Staff were pleasant. Food wasn't the best i've had and Breakfast was a buffet but the heating plates were not keeping the food particularly hot. Otherwise it was ok. Area is on top of the university and nothing else close by.

Great hotel with air conditioning that works which was needed on a very hot day. Have to say £4.00 for a half of lime and soda is a little expensive

Superb stay from start to finish. Dinner and breakfast was delicious and met expectations. Staff were friendly and chatty. I ordered sandwiches for lunch to take away and whilst it was ok, the container the sandwiches were put into didn’t keep it fresh and the bread was stale by the time it was ate. I’d be happy to stay again.

Good buffet breakfast and good quality evening meals. Service in dining room variable - one night it was 45 minutes before food arrived. Much better on another night when Malik (?) was in charge. Little consideration for my wife who is on crutches as each morning we were directed to a table furthest from the door. Disappointing.

Surpassed my expectations in every respect. Clean, modern and relatively spacious room. Breakfast offered a good range and was very good. I ate dinner in for 5 nights and was never disappointed. Will certainly stay again.

The hotel is nice and new, very clean. Checking in and out was no problem. The shower was quite weak though and the room very warm, even with the heating switched off. The Aircon didn't really do anything apart from make a noise. We were most disappointed with the breakfast though. The selection was good enough and the food tasty enough, but we prefer our full English breakfasts to be hot, or at least warmer than 'quite warm'. The tables and chairs in the breakfast room are not right for the purpose. The chairs very low and the table normal height, so not a great eating position. If you just need a bed for the night, it's fine, but for the cost we expected a higher calibre all round.

An absolutely gorgeous hotel. It’s a delight from the time you walk in and meet the friendly staff to the time you sadly have to leave. Communal areas well light and spacious. Bedrooms were beautiful, simply set and effortlessly classy. The bathroom was perfect, the range of products were spot on and quite tasteful. Breakfast had a splendid array to choose from and definitely had something for everyone. Staff were very polite, helpful and knowledgeable, very smartly dressed in their uniform. From start to finish we enjoyed every second of our time here and wouldn’t hesitate in returning nor recommending it to anyone.

I enjoy staying at this hotel. Its location is good. The setting is peaceful; so is the hotel itself. Before my stays (happened a number of times) the hotel can be difficult to contact via the hotels.com site. They tend not to reply. The hotel is generally clean, but this trip, my room was only thoroughly cleaned after 5 days. Not sure why. But the difference was noticeable. Generally, I enjoy staying here, but there are some relatively easy fixes that might make it much better.

Checking in and checking out were both slow, only one person working and multiple people waiting. You have to pay for car parking. The restaurant is not big enough for the size of the property. No tables available when I went down for dinner and had to wait 20 minutes at the bar. I then heard a staff member telling the bar staff not to take any more food orders for at least 10 minutes because the kitchen had too many orders.
