No water for 2 days. Could not shower. Could not even flush my toilet. When I was forced to check out to seek a more hygienic situation I was told “we will not refund you”. Shocking attitude and poor hospitality skills during a a situation that was “out of their hands”. What isn’t out of their hands is my money. Which they are keeping. Good luck. If there was a zero star I would have gladly clicked on it.

Honestly, I just loved how peaceful it felt here. It’s super modern and stylish but it actually felt like a home rather than just another hotel stay. The views over Pretoria in the evening are something else. I spent way more time on the 16th floor than I planned to. Check-in was easy, the place was spotless.

Super clean, perfect views, surrounded by shops therefore everything is within reach.

1 hour 28 minutes to check in. Not enough towels provided for number of guests. Poor front desk communication and support. Will not use this facility again.

Shouldn't be termed luxury. It's like the Donald Trump of hotels, say it and it's so. Air conditioning was not working. I don't term a queen bed as luxury, especially not one that moves everytime one of us moves. The interleading door, while locked, is not soundproofed and that ensured hearing cackling from the neighbours after their night out until 4am. Only one towel hook in the bathroom. NO euro plugs in the room, just one in the kitchen. The Netflix that they keep ok touting is just the app, you still need to sign in with your own account just like dstv streaming that is specified. Also, luxury in my mind means you at least get a bath sheet, but no, standard towels that could be fluffier. Worst was the fact that the bathroom, or at least toilet, did not have a door. It is in full view of the bed and balcony, so be sure you travel with someone you are VERY intimate with. While I just got married a few months ago, we have not reached that level of comfortability with one another and I hope we never do. It was clean though, definitely self catering with crockery and cutlery sufficient for your stay. Proximity to shops and Sunbet Arena can hardly be beaten.
