Séjours en famille en juillet. Le personnel est très accueillant et a su répondre rapidement à nos besoins (le chauffage électrique de notre appart avait été désactivé, le technicien est intervenu rapidement). Appartement assez bien situé à l’entrée des Menuires. À améliorer: accès à l’appart uniquement à partir de 17h, ça fait tard, et départ 11h, Ça fait tôt. Piscine accessible uniquement de 17 à 19h le samedi, et que jusqu’à 19h les autres jours: on ne peut pas vraiment en profiter puisque le reste du temps ont fait des activités dehors… un peu déçu par rapport à ça. La plage horaire d’ouverture de la piscine doit être plus ample.

Good location with ski in ski out but little else in the location. Apartment specious and ski locker a good size and heated. Pillows were terrible - bring your own! Also coffee machine did not fit ANY of the pods in the supermarket or reception - just annoying. Good value for money.

Great value stay. Lovely restaurant. Spacious well equipped rooms. Would appreciate a tea towel and oven. Only used pool once as it was too cold for our group. This hotel is ski in ski out. But a steep quite challenging route home, although blue, A 100m section was pretty tough each day especially at end of day.

Room was ready, but they wanted to charge €45 to hand us the key 1 hour before 17:00!!!! I complained big time to the manager when I spoke to her, and they handed over the keys without charge! When they charge this much for such poor service, I assume the low quality is due the such high demand. Very disappointed with the hotel/apartment. Just like last years stay at another similar venue in Val Thorens!

Déçue car nous avions sélectionné ce logement grâce a ses prestations de soins hors il n’y avait qu’un masseur donc pas de duo possible, et personnage un peu atypique pour des massage au 1er abord et les accès au spa payant… Le ménage avait été fait de manière assez succincte…poubelles pas propres et wc non plus… Assez déçu !
