Everything was absolutely perfect. The signature villa is spacious and private. Room service was delicious and affordable. Literally would not change a single thing. Will be staying here anytime I come to Bali

We just love this place, sure it a bit weird having to go outside to go between floors but you soon get used to it. We have some useful feedback to the management regarding storage in the bedroom area but really minimal problems. The staff are all amazing thanks to Dewika, Kiki, Hendra and Owinda for excellent service. They also arranged to get our broken suitcase fixed Thanks to Agus the Guest Experience Manager for all his help in arranging special bits, like the Flower Pool and Dinner Poolside We love Eq and will return.

Everything was perfection! The staff, the rooms, the amenities. I can’t say enough positive things about this place. I will be returning when I come back to Bali
