freundlicher empfang Bademeister etwas streng ;) Fussballplatz und Pool waren offen und wurden genutzt, Pool nur kurz, weil das Wasser noch recht kalt war;) Poiano Buss fuhr regelmäßig, EV Ladestation funktionierte einwandfrei, wird über die Hotelrechnung abgerechnet.

The view from the property was amazing. Lots of activities to do but most come at an additional charge which is added to your bill at the end of the week. Self catering accommodation was clean and spacious but dated. Self catering really is totally self catering...you need to provide all cleaning materials e.g. sponge, tea towel, washing up liquid. 1 loo roll provided at start of week but that's it. Shuttle bus is a welcomed bonus and we used it nearly every day especially for getting supplies from the shop in Garda. Site shop has limited opening hours and stocks only the very basics. The lake and area is stunning which is why we enjoyed the holiday so much. Communication was difficult for English speaking guests and a lack of a welcome pack meant we had to keep asking at reception about the basics. We were self catering but booked in at the restaurant for one meal after the receptionist told us it was 14 euro per head for adults and 8 euros per child. We were misinformed and the meal ended up being nearly 90 euros for 2 adults and a child plus drinks on top. The meal was lovely but we felt rushed through with little break between courses. We used the spa during family hour which my daughter loved although it was obviously very full of families so if you want a relaxing spa experience pay extra and go on your own when it's adults only. Gym was a bonus and one of the few things you can use for no additional charge. The yoga man was helpful but not pushy which was good.4 out 5.

Beautiful resort, room was really nice with an excellent view of the lake. Really enjoyed the pool area. The "shuttle bus" back and from the town is a 7-person seater car that runs every 20 - 30 minutes during certain hours of the day. The latest being 6:30pm which can be annoying as after this hour you rely on taxi's that charge like a tenner per head, despite a 10-minute drive. It was really frustrating as there's no queuing system in place, so you could be waiting a few trips from the driver to get a seat, people who's been waiting 5 minutes will push and shove people who has been waiting 40 minutes. Also, my family was staying at the resort due to my father getting married in the next town. We asked the reception if it was possible for them to arrange for a taxi for us at 11:30am the following morning, they said no problem. The next day there was no sign of the taxi, asked the girl behind the counter if she could call the taxi company and see where it was, she did, and we were told it would be 10 minutes due to traffic. More time went on and no sign of the taxi, we asked the girl behind the counter for an update from the taxi company and was just being told "traffic" with shrugged shoulders without calling the company. When we tried to explain it was my father's wedding, which he may now be late for, she just looked at us with smiles and a hand in the air. Taxi arrived 45 minutes late.

Dejlig beliggenhed, smukt anlæg, gode faciliteter. Morgenmaden var tilpasset et internationalt publikum. Ikke italiensk, og selvsagt anlagt med stordrift for øje. Den olympiske pool var delvist beslaglagt (2-3 baner) af en svømmetræningslejr. Men ellers lækkert med et bassin der gav mulighed for både leg og at svømme nogle baner. Ret "let" vand, sikkert renset med ozon i stedet for klor. Virkelig god svømmeoplevelse. Tennis, paddle tennis og fitness virkede fint, golf så også ud til at gå godt. Pæne værelser med velfungerende aircon. Nogle vil finde stilen lidt bedaget, men absolut inden for skiven. Generelt gode materialer/løsninger. Der hvor hotellet skal se på upgradering er miljøvnelighed, og få sat nogle solceller op til at aflaste generatoren oppe ad bakken. Vandspild kunne man også se på med fordel. Grunden er kuperet, og det kræver ordentligt bentøj at komme rundt. Hvilket egentligt var et godt tilskud i forhold til fitness(!) Vi boede dog også med den højeste beliggenhed. Meget hjælpsomt personale. Også to destinationsladere skal nævnes. Shuttlebus til Garda by fungerer fint. Specielt med den "glade chauffør" ved rattet og masser af dytten og "vai, vai!". Nok den mest "autentiske" del. ;-) Vi havde kun morgenmad, men der var en flere restauranter lige uden for området, så vi led ingen nød.

Skønt resort med dejlig beliggenhed. Meget ren og pæn lejlighed og suveræne udendørs faciliteter. Lejligheden var utrolig sparsomt udstyret. Meget lidt køkkenudstyr - ingen vinglas eller proptrækker (i Italien :)) og prisen for leje af padelbane er absurd dyr.

Personal an der Rezeption freundlich, Sauberkeit auf der Frühstücksterrasse lässt zu wünschen übrig, Spinnweben am Fenster neben den Tischen , gerade nicht sehr appetitlich. Einwegbecher beim Frühstück und bei der Poolbar, nicht gerade umweltfreundlich und für eine 4 Sterne Anlage ein totales no Go . Frühstück sehr eintönig und nicht viel Auswahl . Je 1 Sorte Schinken,Salami und Käse , und das jeden Tag das gleiche.

Der hvor hotellet skal se på upgradering er miljøvnelighed, og få sat nogle solceller op til at aflaste generatoren oppe ad bakken. Vandspild kunne man også se på med fordel. Grunden er kuperet, og det kræver ordentligt bentøj at komme rundt. Hvilket egentligt var et godt tilskud i forhold til fitness(!) Vi boede dog også med den højeste beliggenhed. Skønt resort med dejlig beliggenhed. Meget ren og pæn lejlighed og suveræne udendørs faciliteter. Lejligheden var utrolig sparsomt udstyret. Meget lidt køkkenudstyr - ingen vinglas eller proptrækker (i Italien :)) og prisen for leje af padelbane er absurd dyr.

The view from the property was amazing. Lots of activities to do but most come at an additional charge which is added to your bill at the end of the week. Self catering accommodation was clean and spacious but dated. Self catering really is totally self catering...you need to provide all cleaning materials e.g. sponge, tea towel, washing up liquid. 1 loo roll provided at start of week but that's it. Shuttle bus is a welcomed bonus and we used it nearly every day especially for getting supplies from the shop in Garda. Site shop has limited opening hours and stocks only the very basics. The lake and area is stunning which is why we enjoyed the holiday so much. Communication was difficult for English speaking guests and a lack of a welcome pack meant we had to keep asking at reception about the basics. We were self catering but booked in at the restaurant for one meal after the receptionist told us it was 14 euro per head for adults and 8 euros per child. We were misinformed and the meal ended up being nearly 90 euros for 2 adults and a child plus drinks on top. The meal was lovely but we felt rushed through with little break between courses. We used the spa during family hour which my daughter loved although it was obviously very full of families so if you want a relaxing spa experience pay extra and go on your own when it's adults only. Gym was a bonus and one of the few things you can use for no additional charge. The yoga man was helpful but not pushy which was good.4 out 5.

Beautiful resort, room was really nice with an excellent view of the lake. Really enjoyed the pool area. The "shuttle bus" back and from the town is a 7-person seater car that runs every 20 - 30 minutes during certain hours of the day. The latest being 6:30pm which can be annoying as after this hour you rely on taxi's that charge like a tenner per head, despite a 10-minute drive. It was really frustrating as there's no queuing system in place, so you could be waiting a few trips from the driver to get a seat, people who's been waiting 5 minutes will push and shove people who has been waiting 40 minutes. Also, my family was staying at the resort due to my father getting married in the next town. We asked the reception if it was possible for them to arrange for a taxi for us at 11:30am the following morning, they said no problem. The next day there was no sign of the taxi, asked the girl behind the counter if she could call the taxi company and see where it was, she did, and we were told it would be 10 minutes due to traffic. More time went on and no sign of the taxi, we asked the girl behind the counter for an update from the taxi company and was just being told "traffic" with shrugged shoulders without calling the company. When we tried to explain it was my father's wedding, which he may now be late for, she just looked at us with smiles and a hand in the air. Taxi arrived 45 minutes late.

Resort is far from town, only restaurant on the resort charges €30 per person- no other options. Wait staff unfriendly, waited very long for service, not accommodating. Resort has free shuttle to town but limited hours, asked reception about taxi service was told limited taxi service but once in town could get taxi easily. Setting is beautiful, nice pool but terrible service, not for people with mobility problems. Would not recommend, overpriced. Had to pay extra €5 per person to sit out on the restaurant terrace!

O tratamento exceto o rapaz que nós recebeu e terrível, todos mal humorados, má vontade de trabalhar. Pedi de manhã que viessem ver o porquê a água não estava esquentando na noite anterior estava, liguei 3x para a recepção falaram que iam mandar alguém não mandaram ninguém e nem falaram mais nada. No café da manhã pedi que deixassem a gema do ovo bem frita, falaram que não podiam virar o ovo na chapa só podiam fazer um lado parece mentira pra um local caro e era pra ser um resort. Não indico, não sei se o problema é a região porque já estive em Veneza e o tratamento e ruim igual, indico que fiquem em Varese em Milão o tratamento e ótimo.
O tratamento exceto o rapaz que nós recebeu e terrível, todos mal humorados, má vontade de trabalhar. Shuttlebussen som går mellan Poiano och Garda är gratis och chauffören körde en extra runda bara för att hämta oss när sista shuttlebussen (som var fullsatt) gått. Mycket god service!!

Resort is far from town, only restaurant on the resort charges €30 per person- no other options. Wait staff unfriendly, waited very long for service, not accommodating. Resort has free shuttle to town but limited hours, asked reception about taxi service was told limited taxi service but once in town could get taxi easily. Beautiful resort, room was really nice with an excellent view of the lake. Really enjoyed the pool area. The "shuttle bus" back and from the town is a 7-person seater car that runs every 20 - 30 minutes during certain hours of the day. The latest being 6:30pm which can be annoying as after this hour you rely on taxi's that charge like a tenner per head, despite a 10-minute drive. It was really frustrating as there's no queuing system in place, so you could be waiting a few trips from the driver to get a seat, people who's been waiting 5 minutes will push and shove people who has been waiting 40 minutes. Also, my family was staying at the resort due to my father getting married in the next town. We asked the reception if it was possible for them to arrange for a taxi for us at 11:30am the following morning, they said no problem. The next day there was no sign of the taxi, asked the girl behind the counter if she could call the taxi company and see where it was, she did, and we were told it would be 10 minutes due to traffic. More time went on and no sign of the taxi, we asked the girl behind the counter for an update from the taxi company and was just being told "traffic" with shrugged shoulders without calling the company. When we tried to explain it was my father's wedding, which he may now be late for, she just looked at us with smiles and a hand in the air. Taxi arrived 45 minutes late.

Dejlig beliggenhed, smukt anlæg, gode faciliteter. Morgenmaden var tilpasset et internationalt publikum. Ikke italiensk, og selvsagt anlagt med stordrift for øje. Den olympiske pool var delvist beslaglagt (2-3 baner) af en svømmetræningslejr. Men ellers lækkert med et bassin der gav mulighed for både leg og at svømme nogle baner. Ret "let" vand, sikkert renset med ozon i stedet for klor. Virkelig god svømmeoplevelse. Tennis, paddle tennis og fitness virkede fint, golf så også ud til at gå godt. Pæne værelser med velfungerende aircon. Nogle vil finde stilen lidt bedaget, men absolut inden for skiven. Generelt gode materialer/løsninger. Der hvor hotellet skal se på upgradering er miljøvnelighed, og få sat nogle solceller op til at aflaste generatoren oppe ad bakken. Vandspild kunne man også se på med fordel. Grunden er kuperet, og det kræver ordentligt bentøj at komme rundt. Hvilket egentligt var et godt tilskud i forhold til fitness(!) Vi boede dog også med den højeste beliggenhed. Meget hjælpsomt personale. Også to destinationsladere skal nævnes. Shuttlebus til Garda by fungerer fint. Specielt med den "glade chauffør" ved rattet og masser af dytten og "vai, vai!". L'appartement est fourni sans accessoires de bain ce qui est vraiment minimaliste pour ce type d'établissement et le menu du soir contrairement à ce qu'on peut croire est un menu fixe adapté au groupe de passage ce qui est dommage quand on ne fait pas partie de groupe de voyage où on prefererai manger à la carte

The view from the property was amazing. Lots of activities to do but most come at an additional charge which is added to your bill at the end of the week. Self catering accommodation was clean and spacious but dated. Self catering really is totally self catering...you need to provide all cleaning materials e.g. sponge, tea towel, washing up liquid. 1 loo roll provided at start of week but that's it. Shuttle bus is a welcomed bonus and we used it nearly every day especially for getting supplies from the shop in Garda. Site shop has limited opening hours and stocks only the very basics. The lake and area is stunning which is why we enjoyed the holiday so much. Communication was difficult for English speaking guests and a lack of a welcome pack meant we had to keep asking at reception about the basics. We were self catering but booked in at the restaurant for one meal after the receptionist told us it was 14 euro per head for adults and 8 euros per child. We were misinformed and the meal ended up being nearly 90 euros for 2 adults and a child plus drinks on top. The meal was lovely but we felt rushed through with little break between courses. We used the spa during family hour which my daughter loved although it was obviously very full of families so if you want a relaxing spa experience pay extra and go on your own when it's adults only. Gym was a bonus and one of the few things you can use for no additional charge. The yoga man was helpful but not pushy which was good.4 out 5.

Personal an der Rezeption freundlich, Sauberkeit auf der Frühstücksterrasse lässt zu wünschen übrig, Spinnweben am Fenster neben den Tischen , gerade nicht sehr appetitlich. Einwegbecher beim Frühstück und bei der Poolbar, nicht gerade umweltfreundlich und für eine 4 Sterne Anlage ein totales no Go . Frühstück sehr eintönig und nicht viel Auswahl . Je 1 Sorte Schinken,Salami und Käse , und das jeden Tag das gleiche.

Nice hotel with a great pool and easy access to other activities. Liked the aircon in all the rooms and a lot of sun chairs available at the pool. The breakfast was okay but after a week with the same things to choose from, we needed a bit more change in the menu

This is a beautiful hotel with a stunning view. We booked a junior suite away from the main hotel, sadly this wasn’t practical and easy with a 17 month old baby as it meant we had to get golf carts up and down. Due to baby schedule this also made it difficult to plan eating during the opening restaurant hours for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Food was okay, i would say lunch is the best from their à la cart menu. The facilities were amazing especially the soft play but if you have a bad back, this hotel is not for you as it’s very hilly and tough to walk around.

I forhold til pris er dette et sted som absolutt kan anbefales. Stort område med mange ulike aktiviteter for alle aldre, svært hyggelig personale og ikke minst nok ansatte til at servicen er upåklagelig. Resortens beliggenhet er svært godt utgangspunkt for utflukter i området.

Beautiful resort with a disappointing restaurant – head down the road instead! The resort itself is very beautiful. We stayed in a nice Junior Suite with a lovely room. The pool area is great with very reasonable prices at the pool bar, though it tends to get dirty around the pool quickly. There is a free gym, but keep in mind that all other activities cost extra. Also, our room safe had no lock, which we assume you have to pay extra for. The biggest downside was the food. Since the resort is located quite far from Garda, eating at the on-site restaurant is the most convenient option. They offer a buffet for starters and desserts, plus two choices for the first and second courses. Unfortunately, the quality is very poor and really not good at all. It costs €35 per person (excluding drinks) and half price for kids. For one of the children's meals, they ordered a hamburger with fries, but only received two plain burger patties with no bun or toppings. After two nights, we couldn't bring ourselves to eat there anymore. My tip: Walk 900 meters to Ristorante Stafolet instead! We had the best meal of our entire holiday there—delicious meat, pasta, and pizza for the same price as the resort. Lastly, housekeeping was a bit sloppy, as they forgot to replenish both shower gel and coffee in our room.

Wonderful views and good amenities. We were told we had been upgraded to a lake view room but they didn't tell us, being above the restaurant area, there would be a singer on until 11pm each night. Fortunately didn't bother us but family with small children would have found that irritating
