The house was perfect for our visit to the University of Georgia. It was conveniently located to the University of Georgia and away from the busier downtown. The house was very clean. Check in and check out was seamless. The house is well stocked, although we did not cook in.

This property is adorable and welcoming. It feels bigger than the square footage says it is, it uses the space well, it has everything we needed. Everything in the kitchen was in the first place I looked. The water heater easily held enough water for 4 consecutive showers. Definitely stay here, we would book this again. Great location.

My wife and I loved staying at this small house on Epps Bridge Pkwy! Everything was clean, well-organized, and updated (nice the kitchen!), and the washer and dryer were a huge plus, as we didn't have to bring as many clothes. The location was also ideal--away from the busy downtown university traffic, but also within 10 to 15 minutes of everything to do in Athens. Although the house is located right off the road, a berm of trees offers both privacy and sound protection--we did not have any issues with too much road noise. The only thing we didn't love about his property was the bed--we're used to a softer, memory foam feel, and the quite firm bed was a bit difficult to get used to. But definitely not a deal-breaker! We would 100% stay at this rental again, and will be recommending it to our friends and family for when they visit Athens!

We needed a place to stay that was convenient to the University of Georgia (for a graduation). This clean, well care for, newly remodeled bungalow was perfect for us. It is at a great location with wonderful sidewalks and is in close proximity to shopping and eating. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. We didn’t have any issues at all. Overall 5/5 stars! Well-supplied house in a quiet neighborhood about 20 minutes from UGA campus and downtown Athens. Five minutes from shopping and restaurants. Limited dining space in the kitchen for eating in. Not a problem for us, but could be an issue for a family with children. We would definitely rent here again!

Traveling as a mom with two daughters, safety and comfort is important to me. This place gave me both and was so nice. My youngest daughter asked to move in there permanently haha.Host was easy to communicate with but also didn’t over do it.

It is at a great location with wonderful sidewalks and is in close proximity to shopping and eating. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. We didn’t have any issues at all. Overall 5/5 stars! We needed a place to stay that was convenient to the University of Georgia (for a graduation). This clean, well care for, newly remodeled bungalow was perfect for us. It is at a great location with wonderful sidewalks and is in close proximity to shopping and eating. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. We didn’t have any issues at all. Overall 5/5 stars! Fantastic property for visiting our daughter at UGA and enjoying some great SEC football. The house was in a great location, close to Downtown Athens, had a cozy feel and was stocked with everything needed

The house was perfect for our visit to the University of Georgia. It was conveniently located to the University of Georgia and away from the busier downtown. The house was very clean. Check in and check out was seamless. The house is well stocked, although we did not cook in.

Well-supplied house in a quiet neighborhood about 20 minutes from UGA campus and downtown Athens. Five minutes from shopping and restaurants. Limited dining space in the kitchen for eating in. Not a problem for us, but could be an issue for a family with children. We would definitely rent here again!

This property is adorable and welcoming. It feels bigger than the square footage says it is, it uses the space well, it has everything we needed. Everything in the kitchen was in the first place I looked. The water heater easily held enough water for 4 consecutive showers. Definitely stay here, we would book this again. Great location.

A delightful cottage. Beautifully decorated interior, comfortable beds and furniture, and well-appointed kitchen. The cottage was spotless when we arrived. Extremely convenient to shopping (Publix), downtown Athens and UGA. We’ll definitely try to book here in return trips to visit our daughter who is an undergraduate at UGA.
