False advertising. No business section to utilize. Breakfast was till 9:30 instead of advertised 10. Three times I came down in 730 and there was no hot food available. Very disappointed.

Very nice place for the price. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean. The less than perfect review was because our shower was completely out of shower gel, the treadmill in the Fitness Center did not work, and the ice machine on our floor was broken. Certainly not dealbreakers but kept it from being a great experience. However, I would definitely stay at a Baymont property again.

The room could have been cleaner. The halls of the hotel smelled weird - not sure what or where it was coming from. Ice machine was out of order and outside my room. All night long there was a high pitched noise coming from the machine like it was trying to work.

The hotel and the king bed room were basic but good for the price. The parking lot had good lighting for late night arrival. Very basic free breakfast. The mattress felt like a wood box covered with a thin foam topper. Pillows were lumpy and not comfortable. Noise from hall sounded like the voices were in the room.

Staff was very kind. We found a bag of condoms in the dresser drawer so I don’t think the rooms had been throughly cleaned.

Room was not clean, rug very dirty and in need of vacuuming and shampooing, bathroom sink and tub clogged and water would not go down.. Hallways had odor that was being masked with air purifiers and obnoxious perfumes.. Towels needed replacing and was told, wait for housekeeping which didn’t come till late in day, had to be insistent at desk for them to give two hand towels. Breakfast was minimal, fruit was non existent, told that they only get certain deliveries of food and when gone cannot replace as they will not get reimbursed.. Stayed a week and went to local supermarket and brought in our own fruit and breakfast items. Bread ran out and guests were told no more till truck comes in a few days???? Had what looked like permanent guests coming into breakfast every day in skimpy underwear, embarrassing to say the least.. ???? Will never again stay at any of your locations.. Very lacking in all services and not hospitality friendly, major language barrier..

Unfortunately, our stay was impacted by odor issues in the room. Upon entering, there was a strong, unpleasant smell that lingered throughout our stay. The carpet felt sticky underfoot, and the shower curtain was visibly stained and in need of replacement. Some of the bed sheets had marks on them, and the towels provided were old and discolored. These factors made the space feel uncomfortable.

The hotel was just OK. The shower in our room was HORRIBLE felt like someone was peeing on you. No pressure. Can’t say all the rooms are like that though. The rooms and hotel were just ok. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast but not bad if you’re in a rush.

It Looks like they recently removed something off the wall, maybe a thermostat, and left about 2 inch hole in atleast two rooms that i can say forsure (but I'm sure its more than two rooms).. Its a little creepy when there is an uncovered hole in wall, makes me think there could be a camera inside, can the person from next room see through? Very uncomforting. 2. Was unable to get same two rooms to cool down.

I booked this hotel hoping for a relaxing stay, but unfortunately, I couldn’t get much sleep at all. There was constant noise—late at night you could hear every step from the people walking upstairs, and early in the morning (around 6–7 a.m.) there was a man yelling and knocking very hard on a door because someone wouldn’t let him in. He was cursing loudly, and it took quite a while for staff to respond. On top of that, there was a baby crying, so between the late-night and early-morning noise, rest was impossible. The staff themselves were nice, and the price was very reasonable—very cheap, actually. But honestly, I would have preferred to pay $50 more for a place where I could have peace and sleep well. I came here to relax, but unfortunately, that just didn’t happen.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Check in was easy and fast. The breakfast was not replenished when we came down at 8:15. No eggs or meat and no staff around to ask for anything.

I will never stay at Baymont by Wyndham again after this experience. We were forced to move out of our room in the middle of the night because the person on duty said he was not qualified to replace batteries in the room smoke detector, which was chirping loudly every 30 seconds and keeping us awake.

I stayed here on three different occasions within a ten day period with my grandchildren. My first two visits were great, Ashe at front desk was kind and accommodating. On my third visit I was made to feel less than welcome by the male who was working the front desk. I went back the third time because it was accommodating for myself and grandchildren…however, after the third time I likely won’t return. There was an obvious misunderstanding.

The hotel gave out to another couple sometime in the night and they had a key and opened the door at 3:30 am and scared us to death. Then the next day because they did that our card keys no longer worked and the lady at the desk couldn’t get the computer to work so we weren’t able to get the cards turned back on.

Staff was friendly and responsive! We had an issue with a bed frame that stuck out too far and we stubbed our toe on it. We spoke with Ash at the front desk and she had the issue remedied immediately. Real nice experience!

Staff were never at the desk or answered the phone. Rooms were cleanish but lots of holes in the wall from old pictures and furniture. I would only stay here again if I absolutely had too. 2-3 star at best.

We have travelled many places and stayed in the hotels but this Baymount Wyndham Bud Lake NJ USA was one of the worst experience we can ever have. First the lady who was at the check in on Oct 2, 2023 at around 6pm was extremely rude and have no clue about the customer service. Also the gentleman aftwards was also had the same attitude. In room we had some really bad smell like Urine. We complained and requested to change our room due to the bad smell. They refused and Manager of the Hotel claimed that all is good and refused to change our room. Because we paid already they refused to refund also for the rest of our stay in this hotel. We booked for 4 nights and had to stay in the same room with that bad and ugly smell. The only guy who helped us was the house keeper who tried to clean it. Overall it's pathetic hotel and especially the bad management along with the staff. We will not forget this ugly experience by staying in this hotel.

It's a very small hotel with the nicest people working there. It wasn't immaculate but it was acceptable for our needs. My boys really enjoyed being there. I loved that there was a fridge and microwave. A lot of places we've stayed lately don't have microwave in the rooms. Made things more convenient. The only issue i had was getting back out onto the highway during heavy traffic with my truck. They come very quick around the corner, but it wasn't a deal breaker.

AC was very irregular. Coffee and juice machine not working during breakfast. Eggs gone half way through breakfast time. No one monitoring to refill. No water in vending machine. Clean and comfortable enough otherwise.

Everything was very good EXCEPT the free breakfast. Fortunately, I had to leave early and wasn't hungry, but a meat patty and nothing else? No eggs? No potatoes? No yogurt or even cream cheese? No whole wheat bread? I didn't expect a 5-star buffet, but the offerings were not satisfactory. Again, the room, location and staff were all terrific.

False advertising. No business section to utilize. Breakfast was till 9:30 instead of advertised 10. Three times I came down in 730 and there was no hot food available. Very disappointed.

I was very pleased with the hotel. It was clean, reasonably priced and very comfortable. Breakfast was good and there was a large selection. It was quiet and I slept very well. I highly recommend!

Room was dusty and dirty. It looked like it needed a good, deep clean and much better attention to detail. The breakfast included the bare minimum. We only tried it the first morning, and didn’t go back again.

Staff was welcoming and helpful. Room was lacking a little cleaning, especially the bathroom floor. Appreciate the breakfast, but the coffee was very bad, thick and instant tasting. We understand possible challenges in finding adequate support staff and low profit margins

Everything good except for the Continental Breakfast. We arrived half hour before the closing time and there was nothing to eat other than cereal and coffee. The waffle mix had too much water or the machine was broken. There was nobody around him ask.

The bed was comfortable, bathroom had a black spot around the drain, the tile was broken, carpet looked dirty and stained. no coffee creamer in room, no microwave. The breakfast was minimal.

We had two rooms for three nights and had a variety of small issues. The room key didn’t work for one room the first night and they were moved to a different room, kept hearing a buzzing sound in hallway, the bathroom drain was broken, the rooms smelled somewhat musty and the location is a little out of the way. Overall it was okay for the short stay.

No soap in bathroom only lotion and body wash. Cable didn’t work. For the price though, and 1 night stay was pretty much worth it. Need better breakfast options like bananas and/or chips. Overall 8/10

The motel's location was okay - convenient to the interstate, but on a VERY busy state road (with a high speed limit) which made entering/exiting the parking lot somewhat difficult. The staff was "hit or miss" in helpfulness. The young woman who checked us in couldn't have been less interested in doing her job. When we discovered that the "permanently attached" hair dryer in our bathroom was not working AND that we had a wedding to attend the next day, she responded, "The wedding isn't until the afternoon, right? So you can just let the person at the front desk know tomorrow." Needless to say, that wasn't what we wanted to hear. We BOUGHT a hair dryer and mentioned to the person at the front desk the next morning the issue with the hair dryer. This person immediately said, "Oh, we have portable hair dryers in the closet behind me, I'll be right back!" We were floored that the solution was a few feet away and the other employee couldn't be bothered to do her job! Beyond that, the furnishing were a bit worn/run-down, the lighting in the bathroom was HORRIBLE - my wife had to apply her make-up with a portable mirror, using day light near the window in our room. If you need to book a hotel because you're attending a formal event, you might want to look elsewhere - or come prepared with your own potable lighting source.

They charge $50 on your credit card when you check in, then they state that it will be reimbursed after they inspect the room. They state it will be 3-5 business days for the reimbursement. I had prepaid the stay.

The lobby area smelled like a gog or something peed on the rugs, my room just felt dirty, towels had stains on them, the shower wall and shower curtain looked dirty. I booked a room for myself and my toddler, but my older daughter stayed with me in a room with two beds and they charged me from $175 to $189, so basically they charge per adult, even though the room I booked was for two queen beds
