The good to bad to the worst… Good: Easy check in, very spacious, close to old San Juan, awesome historical building. Bad: The floors definitely were not mopped, windows are not sound proof, kitchen lacks essentials besides the very basic, no paper towels, kitchen towels or spices. Be prepared to walk up some stairs if in the higher level apartments. Worst: Vaulted ceilings, makes it very echoey. You can hear every single outside noise, the construction in the building next-door was unbearable!

Stayed one night. Got on cruise next morning. The room is in historic district so dont expect the holton. But was clean and adequate.

The location is good. However, we were disappointed in several things. The floor was filthy. The coffee pot did not work. The kitchen had only a few things. There was no soap, shampoo, and conditioner. We had to go and purchase these. The furniture was dirty, some even had stains. The one good thing, the bed was comfy and the sheets were clean.

Double check the check in instructions with the host (exact location of the unit and parking + access code).
