When call ahead to reserve Reservation management tells you got rooms available when they do not, as well you let management know are disabled they promise put on bottom floor since no elevator, but lie bout that, Worse things iswhen you show up on time for Your reservation the management tell no rooms open come back 3pm then when we come back another person working tells are no rooms at all, we got lie to wasting out time and money there

Parking lot needs help & needs some better curve appeal. Our room is in the back of the motel,but are not allowed to enter from the back doors not even with key, Have to walk all around the building to the front entrance. Overall maintenance!! The maintenance man (Chris) is rude and disrespectful.

Do NOT Stay here!!!! Worst place ever!!! Holes in the wall, the bathroom door, ac wouldn't work our room was over 80 degrees when it was only 66 outside. Was dirty, no TV, no pool, nothing in the kitchen area. No microwave, no cookware, just a fridge and a stove. There was hair on the counter and in the tub. A cutting board was used to hold up the little kitchen area. A cutting board!!!! We only got 1 nightstand, 1 pillow and 1 set of towels, when we had 2 adults. They wanted 10 dollars to give us a towel service for more. The wall was dirty with specs of something where our heads go. The plan smelled awful! Just plain out nasty! And this was suppose to be a deluxe room!? yeah right! I would never pay to stay at this sh**ty place. This place is nothing like advertised! We had to leave and pay for a different hotel room and they wouldn't give a refund! Very angry!!!!

This place was so dirty. This place had bugs and was very unsafe. They stopped my keys from working befor checkout. The heating and cooling didn't work the tv didnt work. The wall had several holes in it. The door looked like it was kicked in and it wasn't repaired properly. The bathroom had no light and the toilet was not stable it lifted up every time I used it. I booked a week and only stayed one night. They should be closed down. I have photos I can share.

The staff was very understanding & helpful in our situation. The front desk worked woth us till our issue was resolved. But THE PLACE IS OVER RAN BY ROACHES!! ROACHES crawling on hallwalls. We checked in there was roaches crawling up our door to our room.

THIS IS SUCH A NASTY PLACE! THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT WILL BE CALLED BY ME! ROACHES RUNNING, EVERYTHING BROKE IN THE ROOM, SHEETS HAVE STAINS AND THE BATHROOM OMG MOLD AND MILDEW-THE FRONT DESK IS SO DUDE AND GHETTO, CRACKHEADS IN THE PARKING LOT SHOOTING TO DRUGS, NASTY SMELLS JUST TERRIBLE! YES I’M FILING A COMPLAINT

The room we were in was nasty, the toilet was broken when you sit down on it. AND THERE WERE ROACHES EVERYWHERE!! The staff said the orkin man was coming to spray when he did come he only sprayed a little around the frig..IT DIDNT HELP!! It price was cheap so i guess u get what u pay for!!!

I 100% do NOT recommend this place. Got there and it was dirty and dusty and gross. They guy walked us to the room and the hallway smelled like pee, the paint was peeling off the walls and doors. The room wasn't ready after all that. They couldn't find anyone to clean the room. There was nasty stuff all over the bathroom. Since they couldn't find someone to clean the room they said we would have to come back the next day. We chose to cancel and go somewhere else.

There was nothing about this place that was satisfactory. Upon checking in, the only thing that even looked clean was the bed linens might have been changed. The TV remote had tape on it to keep the batteries in it and the tape covered some of the buttons so you couldnt even use the remote. Roaches were crawling around, my husband killed a dozen or more within the first half hour and we had to clean the room ourselves. The floors were so dirty that I had to change my mop water several times and they still could have stood to be mopped some more. Upon checking out, we were told that we would not be getting our deposit back because we were smoking in the room. We dont even smoke. There are people that stand outside the side door, at night, that try to sell meth and crack. I do not recommend staying here.

Most part its quiet. Close to 7eleven. Not very clean. You get one free roll of toilet paper then have to pay $1 a roll after that. Had to use hall light to see in bathroom. Couldnt really use microwave, it was dirty with no plate. Cabinets dirty. It has roaches. Couldnt use dresser it was dirty and has cigarette ashes in it. Couldnt lock window or securely lock door.

Dog's barking all the time .Dog's poop in the hallway. Someone got shot while I was staying there.

The room was not what we expected but we made the best of it. We have had to fix our shower faucet,buy a new toilet seat in the bathroom. The ac leaked all in the floor from not draining properly. We fixed that...And now the rent has went up 100more dollars a week...beginning to not be worth staying here for the.price we pay now.

I work nights so when I Came home from work my key would not work, could not get anyone from the office to rescan my key or come to the desk for rent payment. On the very next day,the motel automatically ran my debit card with no call or email or text saying they were doing that.

Please do yourself a favor, do not stay here I had the unfortunate experience of staying here a week. When I arrived at 3:30, there were 6 women sitting in the office behind a glass (one of which was wearing pajamas) all talking to each other. It took 5 minutes for one of them to acknowledge me and said, "You are going to have to wait sir, we are having a shift change." They proceeded to talk to each other about nothing work related for 10 minutes before checking me in. When I got to the room, there were no towels, trash can or TV remote. They did bring me one towel (to use for the entire week), a trash can, and a remote, however it took them 3 tries with the remotes to find one that actually works. The place was filthy, moldy, and I had to kill a few cockroaches. There were nails sticking out of the wall just waiting for you to cut yourself on them. The door had no working deadbolt, and latch was barely holding on where anyone could easily push hard enough on the door and the door would open. They advertised 40" TVs, but it was a 32" at most. The fridge was probably 60 degrees at the coldest setting (when I complained, they did nothing). The walls are paper thin (I could hear my neighbor\'s TV all night long). On top of all this, after 2 days there, I got bacteria pink eye that took over two weeks to get rid of and two doctor visits. This just shows how well they clean the room between guests. Avoid this place like the plague.

I reserved the room for 5 days paid, just for them to say they just sold the last room out from under me. Now only wanting to refund two nights because they sold the room out from under me

The staff are the worst group of employees I've ever dealt with in my life. They are rude and considerate they don't know what they're doing the front desk it's closed a lot when it should be open they tell you the wrong check out dates. You pay for certain amount of days and they tell you your check out date as sooner than when you pack up all your things you come down they tell you you have a few more days left. When I arrived I put down $100 cash deposit upon departure they kept my deposit stole my money because it was cash and gave me a bogus reason why they kept it. Stay away from these people and this hotel they will steal from you and laugh in your face. The new manager is arrogant pompous arrogant ignorant self-absorbed and mean and a thief

Staff is amazing....Amber,Angel, and Lavir are wonderful employees..They are very caring and take care of anything that needs to be done....Thank you guys for everything..

Candence, I hope i spelled her name correctly but her customer service skills are excellent. What she does is represnt the company with a smile and listening ear. Thank you young lady, and upon arrival ask for her and you will see why I feel the way i do.

I booked a room for a week for one of my workers. When my worker arrived the staff told him that they didn’t have any rooms available. I wrote the staff in multiple occurrences to get my refund processed. Unfortunately they have failed to acknowledge my request. They even sent me an automated message asking about my stay. I have been trying to get ahold of someone since 1/12/25. I am still awaiting my refund.

Drug addicts and alcoholics sit around the outside of building. Stole my deposit when nothing was wrong with the room added two more days and put them on someone else room never received a refund ! Very money hungry. Suppose to be nonsmoking rooms but manager sit around in their room and smoke weed all day ! Keys doesn’t work to any doors barely the room door.

The staff needs to stop treating ppl like it a prison or psych ward. It’s a hotel full of homeless ppl and travelers supposed to be peaceful but instead u gotta have anxiety everyday worrying about someone banging on ur door or shoving their way in ur room. I went to another extended stay and I immediately felt safe and at peace. The only person im grateful for is the manager Amberlin. She was an angel.

Do NOT prepay at this property, if you do not end up staying, they will VIOLATE their own policy and keep all your money. Expedia sends you their cancellation policy and it is on the hotels public website, so I don’t understand why they seem to believe that telling you “it’s hotel policy” will work? No, your policy is not that you get to keep hundreds of dollars while providing nothing. FYI, they keep taxes and fees plus one nights stay if you cancel less than 24 hours before check in not your entire stay. Make sure you read the fine print when you book with Expedia. Expedia does not have your back against greedy property owners. I am done with Expedia due to my experience with this property. This hotel is the last stop on the way to homelessness, if you are shopping for drugs, I promise you can get them there. The place smelled of weed so bad I was nauseous. Expedia does inform you that you need $100 deposit, however, Expedia did not inform me that the hotel requires it in cash. Sketchy no? Why cash? Why do you say plainly you accept all major credit cards but then require cash deposits? Simple, it’s easier for them to steal cash. Other reviews mention they had to keep coming back trying to catch the manager who had the only key to the safe. They count on people giving up because they make it so difficult to get money they owe you. If it’s on your credit card, you can dispute the charges. You can’t do that with cash.
