I really couldn't fault our stay at Arum Barut Collection. Beautiful, spotlessly clean hotel. Amazing buffet, such a wide selection of beautifully cooked food. Nice wine, lovely bar overlooking the beach which was perfect for a pre dinner glass or two watching the sun set. All of the staff were super friendly and accommodating. The barman in the lounge bar had an amazing memory for our preferred post dinner tipple. In terms of entertainment, our room was close to the pool bar so we often listened to the live music from our balcony. I can't comment on the entertainment elsewhere. We were travelling just with our youngest 16yr old son. He made full use of the gym. Also recommend a visit to the hotel clothes shop where the lovely shop owner will show you a range of top brand t shirts etc at competitive prices. Outside the hotel, we walked into Side daily along the sunny prom which was bursting with bright flowers and interesting planting. It was maybe a 40 minute brisk walk but busses run from outside the hotel if you don't want to walk or you can call a taxi. Lots to see in Side. The ampitheatre is a must as is the museum. Will certainly return. I miss that buffet so much!!

Travelled as a couple and was our 5th stay at this hotel. Everything was wonderful. Hotel is spotlessly clean. Grounds are beautiful. Staff are professional and friendly. Food was delicious and plenty of vegetarian options available. We particularly liked the fresh pasta station. We had great fun playing archery and darts with Volkan. Animation team are great, they are visable and inviting if you want to engage but not pushy at all. Reception service was efficient, welcoming and professional in particular by Ibrahim. We loved everything about our stay and we will continue to return to Arum Barut.

The hotel and grounds were stunning, and our sea view room with a balcony was very comfortable. Staff were very accommodating and attentive. A dizzying variety of food was offered in the dining room. The outdoor nightly entertainment was delightful.

Geldiğimiz andan itibaren personel çok ilgili davrandı biz kara manzaralı oda almış olmamıza rağmen resepsiyondaki bayram bey hemen boş olan deniz manzalı oda ile değiştirdi. Bu jestiyle tatilimizi güzelleştirdiği icin teşekkür ederiz. Otelin temizliği gayet iyiydi. Havuzu sahili yemekleri barları da çok güzeldi.

Sehr schönes Hotel, tolles Ambiente und gutes Essen. Hotel ist bestens geeignet für Eltern mit Kindern bis 12 Jahren, die nicht zu viel Trubel mit Animation und Party haben wollen. Deswegen auch geeignet, um die Großeltern mitzunehmen.

Top Service seit Jahren. Ganz hervorragendes Personal, das großteils seit Jahren dort ist. Sauberkeit exzellent. Tolles gastronomisches Angebot, perfekte Getränkeauswahl. Unangenehm als Nichtraucher ist der große Bereich für Raucher auf der Terrasse. Vergrößert im Vergleich zu April. Bei weitem nicht so viele Raucher abends wie angebotene „Raucherplätze“. Nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Teilweise schlechtes W-lan.

This place is perfect! It’s perfectly clean and hospitality is awesome! Foods are fresh, delicious and variety is very big ,everyday we had a different special foods as well. No hesitation about booking again !

Fantastisk service. Maten var utrolig variert og god. Vi har en datter med spesielle behov og jeg følte de ivaretok alt av behov vi hadde. Veldig rent og pent område. Vi rakk ikke å prøve a’la carte menyen men det sier noe om hvor mye annet godt det var der. Anbefales sterkt.

Our stay was average. Our expectation was high considering this is a 5* resort but there were some obvious issues in the hotel. Ill list both good and bad points. Good 1) Main restaurant had alot of variety of food 2) The grass, flowers and plants were nicely landscaped and maintained well. 3) The chinese restaurant was reeally good. The food was fresh and service was top notch. 4) The room/villa was big enough. 5) For kids, they provide milk, good stroller, high chair as and when required. Bad 1) Biggest disappointment was they stop heating the pool in May and expect the weatger to heat up (trying to save costs). We had not so hot days (max temp 24 with low 17) so the pool went really cold. Therefore, we cant really use the pool. They also for some bizaare reason close the indoor pool (only allowed for aquabike). It wasnt heated either so we were shivering. This might be hotel policy but this is a 5* hotel where we spend huge amount of money and expect that the main purpose of our trip is taken care of. Hugely disappointing. Ofcourse you cant use the slide because you will have to deal with cold water. 2) Wifi signal wasnt consistent. 3) In the main restaurant, 90% of the plates had rotten egg smell. They dont properly clean their plates . 4) Burger Inn restaurant was aweful with buns which were breaking up and patty that felt like McDonald's. 5) Bonsai restaurant had salty food Passterrrie had old not fresh pastry. 6) Some of the staff didnt know how to speak Englis

Property was excellently maintained and the room we had was large and spotless. Staff were generally great, only issue was that the food was not up to the standard we expected in terms of quality and choice in comparison with the only other AI hotel I have stayed at in Turkiye

My daughter and I stayed here from 23/3 to 30/3 in a beautiful Seaview room. I can't give enough praise to the all of the Staff who made our holiday a brilliant experience. The front of house staff were so helpful and went out of their way to book taxis and suggest nice places to visit. The restaurant staff worked incredibly hard and the variety of food every day was spectacular. Cellists and violinists played guests into the restaurant and the Waiting Staff were super efficient. Our room was spotless and remained so throughout our stay. We can recommend the treatments at the Hotel Spa. The Staff there were welcoming and made us feel welcome and relaxed. The Hamam experience was fantastic. We loved the range of languages spoken by the hotel staff and also the kindness from local people that we spoke to. We had never been to Turkey before but this experience is definitely one that we would love to repeat.

I really couldn't fault our stay at Arum Barut Collection. Beautiful, spotlessly clean hotel. Amazing buffet, such a wide selection of beautifully cooked food. Nice wine, lovely bar overlooking the beach which was perfect for a pre dinner glass or two watching the sun set. All of the staff were super friendly and accommodating. The barman in the lounge bar had an amazing memory for our preferred post dinner tipple. In terms of entertainment, our room was close to the pool bar so we often listened to the live music from our balcony. I can't comment on the entertainment elsewhere. We were travelling just with our youngest 16yr old son. He made full use of the gym. Also recommend a visit to the hotel clothes shop where the lovely shop owner will show you a range of top brand t shirts etc at competitive prices. Outside the hotel, we walked into Side daily along the sunny prom which was bursting with bright flowers and interesting planting. It was maybe a 40 minute brisk walk but busses run from outside the hotel if you don't want to walk or you can call a taxi. Lots to see in Side. The ampitheatre is a must as is the museum. Will certainly return. I miss that buffet so much!!

Cons - very noisy and old air conditioning in rooms. Paper straws in every bar are perhaps eco-friendly, but useless... Rocks hidden under water in sea. Pros - wonderfull hotel, great, polite, friendly and helpful staff. Awesome food every time during the day. Nice drinks. Overall great stay!

The hotel and grounds were stunning, and our sea view room with a balcony was very comfortable. Staff were very accommodating and attentive. A dizzying variety of food was offered in the dining room. The outdoor nightly entertainment was delightful.

Geldiğimiz andan itibaren personel çok ilgili davrandı biz kara manzaralı oda almış olmamıza rağmen resepsiyondaki bayram bey hemen boş olan deniz manzalı oda ile değiştirdi. Our stay was average. Our expectation was high considering this is a 5* resort but there were some obvious issues in the hotel. Ill list both good and bad points. Good 1) Main restaurant had alot of variety of food 2) The grass, flowers and plants were nicely landscaped and maintained well. 3) The chinese restaurant was reeally good. The food was fresh and service was top notch. 4) The room/villa was big enough. 5) For kids, they provide milk, good stroller, high chair as and when required. Bad 1) Biggest disappointment was they stop heating the pool in May and expect the weatger to heat up (trying to save costs). We had not so hot days (max temp 24 with low 17) so the pool went really cold. Therefore, we cant really use the pool. They also for some bizaare reason close the indoor pool (only allowed for aquabike). It wasnt heated either so we were shivering. This might be hotel policy but this is a 5* hotel where we spend huge amount of money and expect that the main purpose of our trip is taken care of. Hugely disappointing. Ofcourse you cant use the slide because you will have to deal with cold water. 2) Wifi signal wasnt consistent. 3) In the main restaurant, 90% of the plates had rotten egg smell. They dont properly clean their plates . 4) Burger Inn restaurant was aweful with buns which were breaking up and patty that felt like McDonald's. 5) Bonsai restaurant had salty food Passterrrie had old not fresh pastry. 6) Some of the staff didnt know how to speak Englis

Property was excellently maintained and the room we had was large and spotless. Staff were generally great, only issue was that the food was not up to the standard we expected in terms of quality and choice in comparison with the only other AI hotel I have stayed at in Turkiye

My daughter and I stayed here from 23/3 to 30/3 in a beautiful Seaview room. I can't give enough praise to the all of the Staff who made our holiday a brilliant experience. The front of house staff were so helpful and went out of their way to book taxis and suggest nice places to visit. The restaurant staff worked incredibly hard and the variety of food every day was spectacular. Cellists and violinists played guests into the restaurant and the Waiting Staff were super efficient. Our room was spotless and remained so throughout our stay. We can recommend the treatments at the Hotel Spa. The Staff there were welcoming and made us feel welcome and relaxed. The Hamam experience was fantastic. We loved the range of languages spoken by the hotel staff and also the kindness from local people that we spoke to. We had never been to Turkey before but this experience is definitely one that we would love to repeat.

Travelled as a couple and was our 5th stay at this hotel. Everything was wonderful. Hotel is spotlessly clean. Grounds are beautiful. Staff are professional and friendly. Food was delicious and plenty of vegetarian options available. We particularly liked the fresh pasta station. We had great fun playing archery and darts with Volkan. Animation team are great, they are visable and inviting if you want to engage but not pushy at all. Reception service was efficient, welcoming and professional in particular by Ibrahim. We loved everything about our stay and we will continue to return to Arum Barut.

Travelled as a couple and was our 5th stay at this hotel. Everything was wonderful. Hotel is spotlessly clean. Grounds are beautiful. Staff are professional and friendly. Food was delicious and plenty of vegetarian options available. We particularly liked the fresh pasta station. We had great fun playing archery and darts with Volkan. Animation team are great, they are visable and inviting if you want to engage but not pushy at all. Reception service was efficient, welcoming and professional in particular by Ibrahim. We loved everything about our stay and we will continue to return to Arum Barut.

Cons - very noisy and old air conditioning in rooms. Paper straws in every bar are perhaps eco-friendly, but useless... Rocks hidden under water in sea. Pros - wonderfull hotel, great, polite, friendly and helpful staff. Awesome food every time during the day. Nice drinks. Overall great stay!

The hotel and grounds were stunning, and our sea view room with a balcony was very comfortable. Staff were very accommodating and attentive. A dizzying variety of food was offered in the dining room. The outdoor nightly entertainment was delightful.

Top Service seit Jahren. Ganz hervorragendes Personal, das großteils seit Jahren dort ist. Sauberkeit exzellent. Tolles gastronomisches Angebot, perfekte Getränkeauswahl. Our stay was average. Our expectation was high considering this is a 5* resort but there were some obvious issues in the hotel. Ill list both good and bad points. Good 1) Main restaurant had alot of variety of food 2) The grass, flowers and plants were nicely landscaped and maintained well. 3) The chinese restaurant was reeally good. The food was fresh and service was top notch. 4) The room/villa was big enough. 5) For kids, they provide milk, good stroller, high chair as and when required. Bad 1) Biggest disappointment was they stop heating the pool in May and expect the weatger to heat up (trying to save costs). We had not so hot days (max temp 24 with low 17) so the pool went really cold. Therefore, we cant really use the pool. They also for some bizaare reason close the indoor pool (only allowed for aquabike). It wasnt heated either so we were shivering. This might be hotel policy but this is a 5* hotel where we spend huge amount of money and expect that the main purpose of our trip is taken care of. Hugely disappointing. Ofcourse you cant use the slide because you will have to deal with cold water. 2) Wifi signal wasnt consistent. 3) In the main restaurant, 90% of the plates had rotten egg smell. They dont properly clean their plates . 4) Burger Inn restaurant was aweful with buns which were breaking up and patty that felt like McDonald's. 5) Bonsai restaurant had salty food Passterrrie had old not fresh pastry. 6) Some of the staff didnt know how to speak Englis

Property was excellently maintained and the room we had was large and spotless. Staff were generally great, only issue was that the food was not up to the standard we expected in terms of quality and choice in comparison with the only other AI hotel I have stayed at in Turkiye

Amazing stay Well maintained hotel directly on the beach with great amenities and activities for both adults and kids, I highly recommend booking the water bike activity in the indoor pool and Olga was super friendly and professional during the classes offering the best exercises for all the body muscles and joints. Great entertainment team and special thanks to the kids’ club members who made my son holiday full of fun and activities! Great pools where you could find a sun bed easily and varieties of food and drinks around the place while you are enjoying your day. The main restaurant also offers all varieties of fresh food and you could also book the a la carte restaurants with guest relations on your arrival as they got fully booked quickly but Meltem was a star helping me to book 2 of them by putting me on the waiting list. Reception staff are very welcoming on arrival and give you all the information you will need, I’m highly praising Ibrahim for his professionalism and help. Rooms are nicely decorated, spacious with comfy beds and very clean, thanks to the housekeeping service. It was our best stay in Side over the last 3 visits in an all inclusive resorts and definitely highly recommending it and can’t wait to book our next visit with Arum Barut!

Our 8th visit and still absolutely love it! We just returned from our 8th stay here, and it remains our absolute favorite holiday spot. The cleanliness of the resort is top-notch, the food is consistently excellent, and the staff are incredibly lovely and welcoming. Overall, the service is great. The only minor downside we noticed this time was that the drink service at the pool bar in the evenings wasn’t quite as efficient as everything else as we experienced last year. Omer was However very very good in the evenings! However, it certainly didn't spoil our trip. We still highly recommend this place and will definitely be back for visit number 9!
