We had an enjoyable stay because we weren’t bothered. It was quiet for the most part. Angela, the housekeeper was sweet and friendly, however I would’ve liked to have had our towels swapped out and our trash emptied since we were there for three weeks. I didn’t like that you had to have a Roku account to watch TV. The pool was nice. Overall it was good.

The property was quite and clean very spacious. It's going through remodeling and the new image works. I definitely will be coming back. Thank you for a wonderful stay at your hotel. Keep up the good work to does pay off.

The building itself is older and could use some updating. My trip was originally supposed to be a solo one but at the last minute my daughter tagged along. I'm glad she did. I wouldnt have been comfortable there alone and that is probably just my own fears/insecurities. The room itself was clean and neat but sparse. Looks to have had a fresh coat of paint, it was clean, beds were comfortable and had plenty of hot water. Probably wouldn't stay again, but it served its purpose. We had a good nights sleep, and were ready for the next days adventures. The ac worked GREAT.

The Sunshine Inn was a fine place to stay. The room was large, well-furnished, and clean. It was a bit back off the road so it was quiet and safe. They had a good sized pool. There is a very good pizza place just a few steps up the block.

The place was good i would stay again, im a vacation home cleaner so i notice stuff not cleaned, only 2 towels in room for 3 night stay 2 people unsafe a little for us 4 or 5 msybe homeless sitting by trash. Pool area was nice, relaxing Over all for the price cannot complain

This property is nothing like ot describes. The building is old. The rooms are questionably clean. The tv remote didnt work, the towels have been washed to many times, you can see thru them. There were young kids doing drug deals in the room over the pool, we saw it. The AC made NOISE NOiSE all night long. Couldnt get the shower on without 2 people pulling on it!!!! Pool.was nice! DONT RENT HERE NOT WORTH THE CHANCE!!

I booked a room and it looked nothing like the pictures. Walked in and seen a can of roach spray Raid to be exact. They put me in another room but it was definitely roach infested room looked decent. They put me in a third room and that one was nice looking with just a few roaches. I got my money back and left soon as possible. Lady at the front desk was nice.

Checked in and went out to dinner. When I got back to the room and switched on the lights I noticed something crawling across the floor. Look closer and it was, as I feared a roach. Then I noticed several more on the floor and walls. Immediately went to office and reported the infestation. She told me that the hotel was full and that she could change my room until the next day. After refusing to stay there that night, she told me that they had just received a cancellation and she could move me to another room. The room was free of roaches, but in poor condition. Stayed 3 nights and never received maid service. I do not recommend this motel.

This is by far the worst travel experience I’ve ever had. Let me start off by saying I’m not sure how it’s even possible for this property to receive any good reviews. I arrived at night so in order to be checked in I had to wait for someone to come and open the office and do all of the formal Paperwork. Tired after a full day of traveling I walked into the room it was a horrible odor once I turned on the light I seen a roach crawling across the floor. I was immediately upset tried calling the desk with no response and I seen that they’re not upon until the morning. After taking a shower I checked the sheets to make sure there weren’t anymore surprises but there was a hotel with no bed liner ewww. Just straight mattress. I felt like I can tuff it out until the morning but I couldn’t because this place not only had roaches but also had bed bugs. Spent the night in the car. 7:30 came still no response from the staff and the lobby was still closed. I waited until about 9:30 because I paid for tickets to Disney and still no one was there. If you’re considering staying here please don’t this place is disquieting and a nightmare.

It’s a safe and quiet place but the furniture is very old, mattresses were worn out, no house keeping, nobody changed the sheets in 11 days of my stay. Staff was good and cooperative.

We arrived around 12am,we were trying to sleep at least 5 hours, because we have to go to the airport early in the morning ,but we couldn't, the ac make a very loud noise and couldn't rest all night long,terrible experience, definitely we never stay again in this property

Rooms were decent, staff was very pleasant. No window curtains, so the light shines through shutters all night. No hooks to hang towels on. Coffee cups had mold in them. Only 3 towels for 2 woman (we use hair&body towels each). Walked to the store next to us, almost stepped on a crack pipe.

I called five times with no answer. During check-in, the employee said he'd responded to my message about the calls. Unfortunately, I was driving at the time and didn't see his reply. Navigating to the room was a bit of a challenge. It was difficult to see the building and room numbers from the car. I found the location to be quite safe and quiet. Upon entering the room, I noticed the window had blinds but no curtains. This was a concern because it was possible for people to see into the room. From the outside, you could easily see the floor and people's silhouettes. If you got close enough to the window, cab see through the slits in the blinds. I was worried about this privacy issue. The room had a king-size bed with two sheets and a thin blanket in between, but no comforter or duvet. I prefer a blanket with some weight, so I found the bedding uncomfortable, even though the mattress itself was fine. Had difficulty sleeping because the room wasn't dark due to the lack of a curtain on the window. The towels and washcloths were also cheap and flimsy. The room was clean, the air conditioning was on, and the shower had plenty of hot water. Overall, this motel is a mixed bag. I wouldn't recommend it, but I also wouldn't tell someone to avoid it. Use bwst judgement.

The walkin shower was helpful along with the grab bars as im currently walking with a cane, however, the shower needs a shelf to sit your shampoo and soap on. I had to roll a chair into the bathroom to do this. There wasnt staff on duty when i arrived just after 10pm and had to wait several minutes for someone to arrive and check me in. The other thing that needs to be addressed is that the door numbers are very dark and hard to read at night.

After calling and explaining we had a late arrival time, (our flight arrived at 1am) and trying to prepay on a different card, only to be assured it was not going to be a problem. We arrived about 2am. They had rented our room and only had a room with a king size bed for my husband and I and 2 grandkids. The man checking us in was very grumpy. I get it we woke him up. But still. We tried to help him earlier in the day. I guess they did try to call and confirm we were still coming, but our phone was on airplane mode and we were unable to be reached. The first room was yucky, but the second room was ok.

Got an email from them before my stay, which thankfully I saw. Typically I wouldn't be checking my email at the start of a vacation due to being busy with the vacation. Well we spent our check in day at Disney and had wanted to go to Disney Springs after the park. However we had to go to the hotel instead to check in and by then we were too far away, and it was too late, to want to go back out to the Springs. Will not stay here again. I waited outside in the rain for 45 min waiting for the manager to arrive to check in. The main doors were locked. They have a open sign on all day. You have to ring a ring doorbell camera and they will tell you to wait and not come back. The phone number provided online is not up to date. The one on the door the manager will tell you to wait and hang up on you. We had no toiletries in our room. I tried to go to the office again and the manager was gone. We had no blankets on the beds, no toilet paper. There was 1 towel. I called to get a refund and got hung up on. I highly recommend not ever staying here.

I called five times with no answer. During check-in, the employee said he'd responded to my message about the calls. Unfortunately, I was driving at the time and didn't see his reply. Navigating to the room was a bit of a challenge. It was difficult to see the building and room numbers from the car. I found the location to be quite safe and quiet. Upon entering the room, I noticed the window had blinds but no curtains. This was a concern because it was possible for people to see into the room. From the outside, you could easily see the floor and people's silhouettes. If you got close enough to the window, cab see through the slits in the blinds. I was worried about this privacy issue. The room had a king-size bed with two sheets and a thin blanket in between, but no comforter or duvet. I prefer a blanket with some weight, so I found the bedding uncomfortable, even though the mattress itself was fine. Had difficulty sleeping because the room wasn't dark due to the lack of a curtain on the window. The towels and washcloths were also cheap and flimsy. The room was clean, the air conditioning was on, and the shower had plenty of hot water. Overall, this motel is a mixed bag. I wouldn't recommend it, but I also wouldn't tell someone to avoid it. Use bwst judgement.

The staff is very nice. Marcella was delightful and honest about the room. There are no phones in the rooms to get a hold of the front desk. The only complaint I have is that no one answers the phone when you call the Sushine Inn number. I left several messages and no one called me back, but the room was pleasant for what I needed.

The Sunshine Inn was a fine place to stay. The room was large, well-furnished, and clean. It was a bit back off the road so it was quiet and safe. They had a good sized pool. There is a very good pizza place just a few steps up the block.

The place was good i would stay again, im a vacation home cleaner so i notice stuff not cleaned, only 2 towels in room for 3 night stay 2 people unsafe a little for us 4 or 5 msybe homeless sitting by trash. Pool area was nice, relaxing Over all for the price cannot complain

Another wonderful trip to Orlando, thanks Sunshine Inn! We are Disney pass holders and thanks to this hotels great location and wonderful prices we are able to get more bang for our buck! Thanks so much Sunshine Inn! We have stayed here several times and will stay here again.

The property was well maintained. In fact. I saw maintenance ongoing such as painting. The office staff was exceptionally friendly. The area was very well kept and the pool was clean. There was no issues with the parking lot. Actually , there was no issues with anything at all. I was challenged by the roku t v and streaming since I had no streaming accounts but I easily plugged in a broadcast over the air antenna To access the local and broadcast t v. Roku t v and streaming is common everywhere , so this cannot be considered a real issue unless you have no streaming accounts. There is convenient and close shopping to walmart as well as dollar tree. And an immense number of restaurants nearby to go to or to have delivered. There are a large number of comparable motels that are not nearly as good and convenient and comfortable as Sunshine .

The property is definitely set up for longer term stays. My welcome email from the property said the offer was open until 12a, however the office hours sign said 10a to 6p. The pool sign said 9 am but when I rang the “ring” doorbell at 9:10a, I was told 10am. Fine and dandy but check out was 11 so I told them I would ask for late check out if it wasn’t opened. I felt like an intrusion. No pool towels and I was told to use the room towel. Very odd. At 11a check out, the office door was locked so I had to drop the room key into their box. The place is perfect for long term and believe me they have LOTS of people there long term. Probably not a re-stay on my part but the long term folks seem content and knew the amenities and expectations.
