This is a truly gorgeous spot, right on the top of a mountain. We were really sad we had only booked one night as a stop-over driving down the coast from Mayapo to Cartagena. We want to find an excuse to go back and really enjoy it! Speaking of driving, if you are arriving in your own vehicle be advised that the road up is quite steep and not paved, although there are concrete strips for your wheels most of the way. Download maps for offline use and consider getting a ride if your car isn't up for it. Hope to be back soon!!

This place is a dream! Nestled on top of the mountain in the clouds, the grounds are absolutely beautiful and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The meals they provide are also fantastic! Nothing bad to say about our stay here, only regret is not staying longer

We loved our stay at Mundo Nuevo! The staff were so friendly and helpful. The meals were delicious, filling, and affordable. The pool and views were stunning! Be warned that it is located outside of Minca so you should take a moto taxi or car. A great little retreat!
