A true gem in the hospitality industry — and at a very reasonable price. A special mention goes to Moses, the gentleman from Ghana who checked us in. His warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made a lasting impression. The management should truly value him — he is one of the best brand ambassadors a hotel could hope for. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast offered a generous and varied selection. That said, the bakery items could be improved — they felt more like standard supermarket goods than freshly baked or artisan-quality pastries. We had an early flight on our departure day, and were pleasantly surprised to receive a thoughtfully prepared takeaway breakfast. All in all, we felt genuinely welcome and very well taken care of. Thank you for a memorable stay!

It's an old hotel and the rooms show it. Outdated everything. Extremely poor lighting. Dirty carpets. Dark. However, the service is outstanding. Managers Simon and Haneef were quick to help with absolutely anything and everything I needed for my 12 day stay. That included helping me get an upgrade to a suite at a time when the hotel was almost completely booked. Ms. Noor at the front desk was gracious and professional. The porters, valets, and room service people were equally as professional and obviously well-trained. What I like about this property is that I use it for business every few years and even after TEN years, the staff welcome me by name. it feels like home. And the restaurants are all outstanding.
