Nicht auf dem Level anderer Barcelos, die wir bisher besuchten. Sicherlich keine 4*. Wer nicht um 6.30 Uhr am morgen beim Pool war, hatte keine Liege mehr. Viel zu wenige Sonnenschirme, drinks nicht immer inklusive, kompliziertes System. Badetücher kosten 2 Euro pro Auswechseln, damit wird noch ordentlich Geld verdient... unverschämt.

Hotel masificado de gente. Renovado pero la configuracion del edificio no ayuda. Bastante incomodo moverse. A las 6 am ya reservadas tumbonas de piscina. Lo mejor la calidad de la comida. Parking sistema con cepo mejorable Bastante caro para la calidad de las instalaciones. Quizas fuera de temporada mejore pero por el precio pagado la calidad no corresponde con lo esperado

Séjour en couple avec demi-pension. Nous sommes très contents, personnel très très sympathique dès la réception, au restaurant, aux différents bars. très bon service. On a eu une très belle chambre vue sur la mer. L’accès direct à la plage depuis la piscine, c’est top. Les animations du soir étaient bonnes. La nourriture était à l’attendu (comme l’on a déjà eu dans d’autres Barceló). Seul petit point d’amélioration, l’accueil au restaurant était un peu désorganisé (en comparaison à nos expériences chez d’autres Barceló), pas évident d’aller à la chasse d’une table, il serait plus facile si le personnel plaçait directement les clients dans les tables disponibles et dressées. Sinon très bon rapport qualité/prix, nous reviendrions certainement.

The place was amazing no question about it, only downside was the private parking which was almost impossible to acquire. They could not get you on a waiting list so you would have to ask at the reception all the time...

Jag och min partner hade en fantastisk vistelse på hotellet! Alla bekvämligheter fanns där och underhållningen på kvällarna var galant! Maten var däremot rätt lika varandra varje dag och en någon större variation hade varit att önska. Men annars var allting toppen! Kan starkt rekommendera!

The hotel feels brand new. But so do the staff. The check in process was painfully slow, the front desk staff seem to have no urgency, always slow for every request. The elevators are also very, very slow. Something to keep in mind if you book a higher floor, you’ll likely be taking the stairs.

Elevators need to be fixed. Only one of 3 elevayators were working. It needs to offer coffee in all the meals.

Great oceanfront hotel, with the friendliest front desk staff. I checked in at 12:30am and was offered the midnight buffet which was a nice surprise. The rooms are simple with just enough that I needed. I appreciated the beach being right next to the pool areas. The town itself is really walkable and I was able to see other Cala’s in the area.

Overall, one of the better spots on the south-east side of Mallorca. Staff was extremely helpful. Access to beautiful beach is easy and it is one of better beaches around. The all-inclusive part includes food and drinks; food is fine but not great which is usually expected from an all-inclusive option. There are great restaurants and shopping areas within few minutes. The better entertainment area is about a 12 minute walk from the hotel. If you depend on elevators, be patient , as two small elevators service the entire hotel so we took stairs most of the time. I would definitely stay again.

Lovely hotel, spotless and friendly staff. My only complaint is that we booked half board which included draught drinks as a special offer. This isn’t the case and only includes drinks at meals, which could have been made clearer when booking. It wouldn’t prevent us from visiting again now we know.

We would never stay here again. The wall have huge cracks throughout the property. The dining area smells and parking is not guaranteed nor are you able to reserve it. We had to give a 20 euro deposit to get beach towels and each time we asked for fresh ones, it was another 2 euros which was not refunded. All around awful place.

The hotel was completely redone and beautiful. Check in staff was friendly. Our room was large and had a balcony looking over the beach and inlet. The bathroom was large and had a decent amount of counter space. I wish it had a shelf as well. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were very soft. The hotel gave us a free upgrade of full board from half board but I did not enjoy the food at all. Food was not prepared with fresh ingredients. Many of the food staff seemed confused and were not helpful or particularly friendly although not unfriendly. None of them smiled. If I stay at this hotel again, I would not get the board. It had nightly entertainment and a sports bar which was very nice. I enjoyed it.

The hotel is located in a beautiful area and the hotel itself is modern, clean and spacious. It's view from the pool is stunning and moment away from the beach it over looks. However, the staff at the hotel were not as impressive. We didn't feel we had a warm welcome at the reception when we arrived. One day our room wasn't cleaned so we didn't receive clean towel and mats and made bed and a general clean. I went down to reception and they were not interested, and said I'll have to go to the back of the list for the evening clean & should get a room clean around 9pm... Also, on check out we asked to order a taxi hour prior to our anticipated departure to the airport and the lady on reception said we should have booked it 24h in advance, okay fine but no one told us this was the case when we arrived, plus I've stayed in Cala Dor many times and this has never been the case. The lady at reception said she can try and book one for us - come 1pm (30 before we was due to leave for the airport) I went back and asked if they had managed to book our taxi and they had no record of my request. I asked for them to call again for me and they were fully booked until 3pm that day. I asked what I should do and the lady shrugged her shoulders and said just walk 5 minutes up to the road to a taxi rank, you might get one ... might? Okay so we might make our flight then. Luckily for us we started walking towards the centre and a taxi was on his break and kindly took us to the airport.

If you are looking for a family holiday with kids under 8 feel like it’d be perfect as they have loads of activities by the pool with kids. However, the hotel staff was not that pleasant and would brush you off whenever you asked for things there’s not enough umbrellas around the pools for everyone therefore had to wake up super early to leave towels there or you’d be left on a subbed with no towels. Rooms could do with an upgrade even when cleaned they would never reopen the hand soaps or anything apart from towels which I found weird. Have to rent the towels with a deposit of €10 and everytime you wanted a change of towels it was €2 which I’d never experienced before. The food was okay not the best but not the worse either, it’s close to town and has a lovely view. Apart from that a very big let down would not revisit

I’ve had a wonderful stay at Barceló Aguamarina. Clean room with plenty plug sockets and the bed and linen were so comfortable. I slept extremely well on this trip. All the staff work extremely hard to make your stay pleasant and carefree, all very friendly and approachable. My only slight criticism is that I was entitled to up to 3 alcoholic drinks with my evening meal as part of half board plus promotion. The wait staff in restaurant were happy to give you your first drink but never asked me again. I had to ask if I wanted another and it makes you feel like you are bothering them when they are busy. It would be nice to be offered your second or third drink. This is only a minor issue but it did frustrate me slightly. It felt like I was being rushed to finish and leave. I would definitely return again.

This was our first time to Barceló Aguamarina. I could fault anything apart from the sunbathing terrace being a bit tight in space as the building tends to block out the sun by mid day, if your happy to get up early to reserve a sunbeam looking out to the sea then you’ll have the sun all day. Or your other option is to move to the swimming g pool around the front of the hotel during the afternoon. The hotel was immaculately clean and all the staff are friendly and very hard working. We stayed in a superior interconnected room with a sea view, the view was amazing and room and everything we needed, it was cleaned promptly everyday and toiletries were replenished. Viel potenzial und eigentlich gute Ideen, aber schlecht umgesetzt. Zimmer waren sauber. Séjour en couple avec demi-pension. Nous sommes très contents, personnel très très sympathique dès la réception, au restaurant, aux différents bars. très bon service. On a eu une très belle chambre vue sur la mer. L’accès direct à la plage depuis la piscine, c’est top. Les animations du soir étaient bonnes. La nourriture était à l’attendu (comme l’on a déjà eu dans d’autres Barceló). Seul petit point d’amélioration, l’accueil au restaurant était un peu désorganisé (en comparaison à nos expériences chez d’autres Barceló), pas évident d’aller à la chasse d’une table, il serait plus facile si le personnel plaçait directement les clients dans les tables disponibles et dressées. Sinon très bon rapport qualité/prix, nous reviendrions certainement.

If you are looking for a family holiday with kids under 8 feel like it’d be perfect as they have loads of activities by the pool with kids. However, the hotel staff was not that pleasant and would brush you off whenever you asked for things there’s not enough umbrellas around the pools for everyone therefore had to wake up super early to leave towels there or you’d be left on a subbed with no towels. Rooms could do with an upgrade even when cleaned they would never reopen the hand soaps or anything apart from towels which I found weird. Have to rent the towels with a deposit of €10 and everytime you wanted a change of towels it was €2 which I’d never experienced before. The food was okay not the best but not the worse either, it’s close to town and has a lovely view. Apart from that a very big let down would not revisit

This was our first time to Barceló Aguamarina. I could fault anything apart from the sunbathing terrace being a bit tight in space as the building tends to block out the sun by mid day, if your happy to get up early to reserve a sunbeam looking out to the sea then you’ll have the sun all day. Or your other option is to move to the swimming g pool around the front of the hotel during the afternoon. The hotel was immaculately clean and all the staff are friendly and very hard working. I really like the style of the hotel and my room. I'm happy I paid extra to get sea view, the other views are very sad. But within a week I needed to have two reparations done, one of the elevators was broken for days. So even if it looks new and has 4* it's still not perfect. Food was good and of good quality. I only booked half board, drinks cost extra at dinner time. One glass of wine is 4,50 Euro. Paying extra for all inclusive might actually pay off. There are a few pretty beaches nearby to go swimming. But Cala D'or is very touristic and crowded in general.

Lovely stay in a superior room. Interior very modern with minimal signs of use. Dining experience was exceptional, with half board including drinks. Entertainment through the evenings available too. Staff all very kind and helpful, multilingual too making life very easy.

Das Parken in der näheren Umgebung endet gerne in einer Suche. Cala d'Or bzw Cala Ferrera war einer der nettesten Orte auf Mallorca; ohne rießige Gebäudekomplexe. Das Buffet am Abend ist nett, aber nicht hervorragend, das Frühstücksbuffet hingegen ausgezeichnet. Das Hotel ist eher sehr groß (zum Strand hin 7 stöckig; andere Seite 4 stöckig), aber die Lage zur Bucht ist hervorragend. Unser Zimmer war nicht sehr groß, die Ablage für Kleidung beschränkt. Das sehr große Bett war sehr gut. Gegenüber unseres Zimmers war die Veranstaltungsbühne, an der jeden Abend mitunter sehr laut Aktivitäten stattgefunden haben. Das Personal war immer freundlich und entgegenkommend.

Had the most incredible time here. Perfect location, fun atmosphere. Breakfast and dinner was included at a buffet. Room was nice and the balcony had a great view. Close to town. I would recommend friends and family to visit. Gorgeous area.

Great oceanfront hotel, with the friendliest front desk staff. I checked in at 12:30am and was offered the midnight buffet which was a nice surprise. The rooms are simple with just enough that I needed. I appreciated the beach being right next to the pool areas. The town itself is really walkable and I was able to see other Cala’s in the area.

The hotel is located in a beautiful area and the hotel itself is modern, clean and spacious. It's view from the pool is stunning and moment away from the beach it over looks. However, the staff at the hotel were not as impressive. We didn't feel we had a warm welcome at the reception when we arrived. One day our room wasn't cleaned so we didn't receive clean towel and mats and made bed and a general clean. I went down to reception and they were not interested, and said I'll have to go to the back of the list for the evening clean & should get a room clean around 9pm... Also, on check out we asked to order a taxi hour prior to our anticipated departure to the airport and the lady on reception said we should have booked it 24h in advance, okay fine but no one told us this was the case when we arrived, plus I've stayed in Cala Dor many times and this has never been the case. The lady at reception said she can try and book one for us - come 1pm (30 before we was due to leave for the airport) I went back and asked if they had managed to book our taxi and they had no record of my request. I asked for them to call again for me and they were fully booked until 3pm that day. I asked what I should do and the lady shrugged her shoulders and said just walk 5 minutes up to the road to a taxi rank, you might get one ... might? Okay so we might make our flight then. Luckily for us we started walking towards the centre and a taxi was on his break and kindly took us to the airport.

The property overall was alright. The beach and the water are really nice. Unfortunately because of a storm we could enjoy the beautiful turqouise water only once within our one week stay. The rest of the time the water was brown. The food in the hotel was at best mediocre and the service in the hotel restaurant very poor. Servers at the buffet were not tentative or aware of their surroundings when serving guests. Multiple times we were never asked our drink orders or after we ordered them, were not brought to us.

I’ve had a wonderful stay at Barceló Aguamarina. Clean room with plenty plug sockets and the bed and linen were so comfortable. I slept extremely well on this trip. All the staff work extremely hard to make your stay pleasant and carefree, all very friendly and approachable. My only slight criticism is that I was entitled to up to 3 alcoholic drinks with my evening meal as part of half board plus promotion. The wait staff in restaurant were happy to give you your first drink but never asked me again. I had to ask if I wanted another and it makes you feel like you are bothering them when they are busy. It would be nice to be offered your second or third drink. This is only a minor issue but it did frustrate me slightly. It felt like I was being rushed to finish and leave. I would definitely return again.

The property is very good location next to beautiful Cala, why 3,stars? Because the stuff they need to be more nice. I found the staff a little bit rude. When you ask for something is like you asking too much. If is an all inclusive hotel means all inclusive. I asked to the front for taxi and they quick sent me out to wait for taxi at taxi stations when is 93 degrees. I when store in front of the hotel and they more nice people called it for me. Need to work on customer service and will be 5 stars.

The hotel feels brand new. But so do the staff. The check in process was painfully slow, the front desk staff seem to have no urgency, always slow for every request. The elevators are also very, very slow. Something to keep in mind if you book a higher floor, you’ll likely be taking the stairs.

Das sehr große Bett war sehr gut. Gegenüber unseres Zimmers war die Veranstaltungsbühne, an der jeden Abend mitunter sehr laut Aktivitäten stattgefunden haben. Das Personal war immer freundlich und entgegenkommend.

Had the most incredible time here. Perfect location, fun atmosphere. Breakfast and dinner was included at a buffet. Room was nice and the balcony had a great view. Close to town. I would recommend friends and family to visit. Gorgeous area.

Great oceanfront hotel, with the friendliest front desk staff. I checked in at 12:30am and was offered the midnight buffet which was a nice surprise. The rooms are simple with just enough that I needed. I appreciated the beach being right next to the pool areas. The town itself is really walkable and I was able to see other Cala’s in the area.

Overall, one of the better spots on the south-east side of Mallorca. Staff was extremely helpful. Access to beautiful beach is easy and it is one of better beaches around. The all-inclusive part includes food and drinks; food is fine but not great which is usually expected from an all-inclusive option. There are great restaurants and shopping areas within few minutes. The better entertainment area is about a 12 minute walk from the hotel. If you depend on elevators, be patient , as two small elevators service the entire hotel so we took stairs most of the time. I would definitely stay again.

Lovely hotel, spotless and friendly staff. My only complaint is that we booked half board which included draught drinks as a special offer. This isn’t the case and only includes drinks at meals, which could have been made clearer when booking. It wouldn’t prevent us from visiting again now we know.

The property overall was alright. The beach and the water are really nice. Unfortunately because of a storm we could enjoy the beautiful turqouise water only once within our one week stay. The rest of the time the water was brown. The food in the hotel was at best mediocre and the service in the hotel restaurant very poor. Servers at the buffet were not tentative or aware of their surroundings when serving guests. Multiple times we were never asked our drink orders or after we ordered them, were not brought to us.

I’ve had a wonderful stay at Barceló Aguamarina. Clean room with plenty plug sockets and the bed and linen were so comfortable. I slept extremely well on this trip. All the staff work extremely hard to make your stay pleasant and carefree, all very friendly and approachable. My only slight criticism is that I was entitled to up to 3 alcoholic drinks with my evening meal as part of half board plus promotion. The wait staff in restaurant were happy to give you your first drink but never asked me again. I had to ask if I wanted another and it makes you feel like you are bothering them when they are busy. It would be nice to be offered your second or third drink. This is only a minor issue but it did frustrate me slightly. It felt like I was being rushed to finish and leave. I would definitely return again.

The hotel feels more like a 3 star than a 4 star. The food was very average. We ended up only having breakfast in the hotel even though we had paid for half board. Due to the hotel messing up our interconnecting rooms and only offering us 2 rooms next to each other with 2 children, we were upgraded to all inclusive, which we did not make use of. Would return to resort, however not the hotel.

Jag och min partner hade en fantastisk vistelse på hotellet! Alla bekvämligheter fanns där och underhållningen på kvällarna var galant! Maten var däremot rätt lika varandra varje dag och en någon större variation hade varit att önska. Men annars var allting toppen! Kan starkt rekommendera!

Night one of my stay at 3 am someone was trying to enter our room when I called the front desk they said they had thought the room was unoccupied and sent the people to try to open our door AGAIN. This went on for about five minutes. We were two girls on a girls trip and to be woken up from a deep sleep to this was quite traumatizing. The next day we went to explain the situation to the front desk and they said the manager would reach out. That never happened and the same night we went back and said we’d be contacted the next day. Guess what that never happened. Staff came off as rude and clearly didn’t want to take accountability for their actions. If you want staff that cares about you I wouldn’t recommend this place. Also the hallways were run down, dirty, smelly and never failed to see open containers of liquor/wine/water.

The main issue with our stay was the condition of the room. It smelled and felt damp, with visible signs of damp on the walls and ceilings, and generally felt quite rundown. A number of things were marked or worn, and the seal on the back of the toilet was broken, which added to the impression that the room needed more maintenance and attention. That said, there were positives. The staff were all very friendly, and the reception and dining areas felt much nicer and better kept than the room itself. The location is also good, around a 15-minute walk from the main centre with restaurants and right next to Cala Ferrera Beach, where you can use pedalos and paddleboards. Overall, I’d say the location and staff were good, but the condition of the room really let the stay down. The hotel and beach area were also very busy, so it may not be the best choice for anyone looking for a calm or relaxing holiday. Based on our experience, there are likely better-maintained hotels nearby.
