とても清潔で良かった。大浴場あって嬉しい。おふろ場が少し寒かった。駐車場で車が埋まったがスタッフが一人しかいなかったので、すぐに対応してもらえなかった。車が埋まって時間をとられウエルカムドリンクが飲めなかったのが残念。又ゆっくり行きたいです。

Good value with a nice breakfast area, and free coffee and tea break during the afternoon …. With good selection of self ground coffee and tea leaves including lavender. Was concerned about the air conditioning not turned on because of autumn weather . But it turns out the night was cold enough not to have to use it. During the day when it gets stuffy in the room , can always open the window and let the cool cold air come in.

Brilliant location to access Kitanomine resort as well as local restaurants. This is the 2nd time I stayed during COVID but staff service, cleanness, onsen, breakfast and room etc... all brilliant. I can tell once the boarder opens, this place will rock!

Stayed for 5 nights with my family including 2 kids and we have only good things to say. Family room was good sized and comfortable with strong shower. I love that the hotel is small and cozy. Love the availability of coffee all day long and little things such as choc fountain. It was great that we could make use of the dining area to eat our takeouts while watching the kids play in the safe compound of the hotel. The other plus was the public bath which is open till late.

Great proximity to the main gondola for the ski hill, being only about a 10 minute walk. I'm a sound sleeper, but there's a lot of noise from the pipes and other industrial sounds in the room. This hotel is clean, and relatively comfortable, but not sure why it gets such high reviews. It's distinctly average.

Brilliant location to access Kitanomine resort as well as local restaurants. This is the 2nd time I stayed during COVID but staff service, cleanness, onsen, breakfast and room etc... all brilliant. I can tell once the boarder opens, this place will rock!

Good value with a nice breakfast area, and free coffee and tea break during the afternoon …. With good selection of self ground coffee and tea leaves including lavender. Was concerned about the air conditioning not turned on because of autumn weather . But it turns out the night was cold enough not to have to use it. During the day when it gets stuffy in the room , can always open the window and let the cool cold air come in.

Stayed for 5 nights with my family including 2 kids and we have only good things to say. Family room was good sized and comfortable with strong shower. I love that the hotel is small and cozy. Love the availability of coffee all day long and little things such as choc fountain. It was great that we could make use of the dining area to eat our takeouts while watching the kids play in the safe compound of the hotel. The other plus was the public bath which is open till late.
