Stayable Kissimmee West

I just didn’t not like the way I have to pay for things dat we need in a room like toilet paper and towels but I did like the place and I didn’t like the email that they sent you before your last day that you have to get out before 11 or you get charged $25 for a late fee also I have a son that is artistic so whoever had a autistic son or daughter you know exactly how hard it is to dress them up but it was a really good experience. I found new friends and really nice people.

Prós: Boa localização, muitos locais próximo e perto dos parques da Disney, fácil checkin/checkout Contra: Limpeza fica a desejar, após certo horário atendente se ausentam da portaria, não há amenidades mínima para a hospedagem, possui geladeira e microondas, mas faltam talheres e pratos para refeições.

Because this property was extended stay, people were living on the property. 3 things down graded this experience for me. A schizophrenic resident next door to us was screaming out all morning. There was not a blanket on the bed, which I can understand it being extended stay, but I didn't know and did not bring a blanket. The hot tub was on but the water was not warmed.

They did not return our ice blue boxes for insulin diabetes when we put them on freeze refrigerator but we forget to take them out before we checked out. I called office and they said no and sorry ! It was very rude !! We see welfare people stay rooms except only one rent a room ! Pool and hot tub is dirty !! Maids don’t come to our room for cleaning ! We saw few roaches on floor and wall .

Bed not comfortable. Two small pillows on king bed. Had to go check out room before getting keys
