Ich habe das Hotel extra wegen Schwimmbad gebucht. Sie möchten aber 45€ damit man Schwimmen darf. eine Frechheit!!!!! Stet nichts in der Hotelausstattung.

friendly staff. We arrived before the check-in time because we had driven all night, and they were kind enough to check us in. There was no (free) access to a pool, despite advertised on hotels.com. We were told to pay 59€ per person for 4-hour access to spa area (which covered pool acces). That was just too expensive for only an occasional dip on the pool, so we sought leisure elsewhere. Restaurant was closed this Sunday evening. Only snacks available and the Pinsa we ordered was topped with a salad that had not been rinsed: sand was not the crunch we had hoped for..

Überteuert, schöner Name mitten im Industrie Gebiet. Zimmer ist groß und sauber, hat eine große Dusche, großes Bett und kostet 160€ pro Nacht. Frühstück ist durchschnittlich kostet 24€ extra. Der Pool auf dem Dach, (wegen dem ich das Hotel gebucht hatte) ist exklusiv und kostet weitere 75€ pro Tag. Für den Preis bekommt man schöne Wellness Hotels in den Bergen. Der inklusive Wellnessbereich befindet sich im Keller und riecht leider nach Abfluss und Schweiß. Nur 2 funktionierende Duschen. Parkplätze sind kostenlos, muss man jedoch jeden Abend suchen.

Sehr gutes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Saubere Zimmer, kurze Wege. Leider ist der neu erbaute Vista Spa Bereich viel zu teuer. Hier sollten die Tagesangebote fair und preislich überarbeitet werden.

Schöne Zimmer, guter Wellnessbereich und freundliches Personal. In vier Tagen wurde mein Zimmer nur ein mal gereinigt (Personalmangel), zu wenig Parkplätze, ich mußte 2 mal auf der Straße einen Parkplatz suchen und der unangenehme Geruch nach alten Fett lassen keine top Bewertung zu. Das von HOTELS.COM zugesagt Getränk gab es leider auch nicht.

Au niveau de la chambre il n’y a rien à dire, elle était vraiment confort et spatieuse mais il y a un gros point négatif au niveau des services proposés car ils sont tous payants et très coûteux. 54€/personne les 4h à la piscine c’est excessivement chère et non préciser dans l’annonce de l’hôtel comme étant en supplément.

Es war eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, die zudem gut angebunden war (5min Laufweg zur Bahnhaltestelle). Das Personal war sehr freundlich und es gab einen schönen kleinen Spa-Bereich der inklusive war. Der neue Spa-Bereich auf dem Dach (mit dem Pool) ist leider nicht im Preis inbegriffen und war uns zu teuer, da man selbst als Hotel-Gäste hier noch sehr viel zahlen muss. Ansonsten aber eine sehr schöne Unterkunft.

Es war eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, die zudem gut angebunden war (5min Laufweg zur Bahnhaltestelle). Das Personal war sehr freundlich und es gab einen schönen kleinen Spa-Bereich der inklusive war. Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Toskana war wirklich toll. Besonders die Saunalandschaft hat uns begeistert, eine große Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet und angenehme Zimmer. Gerne wieder!

Sehr schönes Hotel mit mehreren Teilabschnitten und einem sehr tollen Innenhof. Die Zimmer sind einfach gehalten, schön und wirklich sehr sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist zwar etwas teuer aber lohnt sich trotzdem, da alles gut schneckt und eine große Auswahl an Speisen vorhanden ist. Insgesamt kann man das Hotel wirklich bestens weiterempfehlen.

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist zwar etwas teuer aber lohnt sich trotzdem, da alles gut schneckt und eine große Auswahl an Speisen vorhanden ist. Insgesamt kann man das Hotel wirklich bestens weiterempfehlen.

Schönes gehobenes Hotel. Zimmer sauber, groß und ruhig. Personal immer freundlich. Der inbegriffe Wellnessbereich war sauber, ruhig, mit Getränken und Snacks und fpr kurze Erholung ausreichend. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Auch das Frühstück war in gut. Matratze etwas hart, dafür gute Kissenauswahl. Toilettenspülung gat nicjt immer gut funktioniert. Umgebung sehr schön.

Generell ein tolles Hotel in dem ich 3-4x im Jahr bin. Sehr gutes Essen. Große Auswahl beim Frühstück (allerdings 24€ und Kaffee leider etwas schwach). Individuelle Aufteilung der Zimmer in verschiedenen Gebäuden mit vielen Kleinigkeiten, die man sonst in anderen Hotels eher nicht sieht. Ebenso haben fast alle Zimmer Balkon/Terrasse. Großer SPA Bereich (den ich aber nicht nutze). Ausreichend Parkplätze ohne Zusatzkosten. Negativ die fehlende Klima bei den Comfort-Zimmern, einige Zimmer sind direkt am Innenhof, wo gerne viele Gäste bis 22/23Uhr verweilen, viel zu wenig Steckdosen, sehr schlechtes WLan.

Zimmer sehr großzügig bequemes Bett einzige was gefehlt hat. Kaffeemaschine oder Wasserkocher. Wellness Anlage konnte ich leider nicht besuchen. Kann ich weiter empfehlen Parkmöglichkeit etwas begrenzt.

We switched to this hotel last minute for a 4 night stay at the end of a busy 2 week vacation because it was just on the outskirts of Heidelberg and the property looked very nice and relaxing based on the pictures and description. The hotel was in an area with some sort of warehouses and such, certainly not very attractive or appealing. It did state that the pool was closed for renovations but the spa and sauna area was open. Our room was fine except for the noisy air conditioning. We switched rooms after 1 night and that was better. Our view was the hoarding and scaffolding of the pool construction, so we couldn’t enjoy that. Went to the sauna area in the basement, one of the saunas was out of service and the others were too bright. There was a convention next door and you could hear them cheering and carrying on from the sauna, we left. Breakfast was a short walk to the grocery store bakery since we were not about to pay 24 euros per person for breakfast. We spent a total of 58 euros for 4 days of breakfast that would have cost us 192 euros at the hotel. The parking lot seemed to always be full but we never saw anyone walking around the grounds or hanging out in the bar area. The only place that definitely was busy was the Vin Villa wine bar, but I’m thinking that was probably the convention crowd since they seem to know each other. Ok for 1 night, but not more.

We switched to this hotel last minute for a 4 night stay at the end of a busy 2 week vacation because it was just on the outskirts of Heidelberg and the property looked very nice and relaxing based on the pictures and description. The hotel was in an area with some sort of warehouses and such, certainly not very attractive or appealing. It did state that the pool was closed for renovations but the spa and sauna area was open. Our room was fine except for the noisy air conditioning. We switched rooms after 1 night and that was better. Our view was the hoarding and scaffolding of the pool construction, so we couldn’t enjoy that. Went to the sauna area in the basement, one of the saunas was out of service and the others were too bright. There was a convention next door and you could hear them cheering and carrying on from the sauna, we left. Breakfast was a short walk to the grocery store bakery since we were not about to pay 24 euros per person for breakfast. We spent a total of 58 euros for 4 days of breakfast that would have cost us 192 euros at the hotel. The parking lot seemed to always be full but we never saw anyone walking around the grounds or hanging out in the bar area. Die Unterkunft war angenehm, allerdings hätten Handtücher zum Abtrocknen der Hände gerne zur Nutzung vorliegen können, da sonst die großen Tücher gegriffen werden mussten. Ansonsten war alles sehr sauber, das Personal freundlich und sowohl der Check-in als auch der Check-out unproblematisch.

The staff was rude and didn't want to be at work. We arrived at the hotel late Friday afternoon for a one night stay. The photos online are deceiving. The hotel in reality is much smaller and right in the middle of the city. Not a nice area of the Leimen. DIFFICULT PARKING! The room we were given didn't have any air-conditioning and the small fan in the corner didn't work without a remote. The remote was missing so we asked the front desk for the remote and the staff informed us that we needed to pay an upgrade to use the fan! We went to dinner which was a buffet and okay. The wait staff and bartender were just as rude as the rest of the staff but the food was okay. Once we got to the room, it was even hotter than before. I went back to the reception and the only kind employee in the entire hotel, Annabelle, helped me, and moved my mom (almost 90) and I to another room with air-conditioning at no charge! Breakfast was a buffet and also okay. No staff greeted us or offered to help. Villa Toskana is a disappointment. Stay elsewhere!

Our apartment was lovely and spacious. We rented an apartment because we had to prepare food for a professional athlete, but the stove never worked. I went to the front desk multiple times to ask someone to fix it and they never did. They finally brought a microwave the last night we were there. Everyone at the front desk was very nice but the stove issue was bothersome. The restaurant was excellent, but an athlete requires certain foods before a race so that was not always an option. The entire hotel was very clean and well-kept.

Hat alles funktioniert. Vorausgend übermittelte wünsche wurden berücksichtigt. Zimmer sauber. Personal zuvorkommend. Einzigstes kleines Manko: Hätte gerne morgens einen Kaffee an der Bar bestellt (hatten kein Frühstück gebucht), jedoch war diese nicht besetzt.

Da wir mit Hund angereist sind, waren wir sehr erfreut über das geräumige, saubere und relativ neue Zimmer. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel liegt etwas ausserhalb aber immernoch ganz ok. Beim hauseigenen Restaurant hatten wir leider nicht pech und mussten knapp 1 1/2 Std auf unser Essen warten an sonsten was es aber gut.

Überteuert, schöner Name mitten im Industrie Gebiet. Zimmer ist groß und sauber, hat eine große Dusche, großes Bett und kostet 160€ pro Nacht. Frühstück ist durchschnittlich kostet 24€ extra. Der Pool auf dem Dach, (wegen dem ich das Hotel gebucht hatte) ist exklusiv und kostet weitere 75€ pro Tag. Für den Preis bekommt man schöne Wellness Hotels in den Bergen. Der inklusive Wellnessbereich befindet sich im Keller und riecht leider nach Abfluss und Schweiß. Nur 2 funktionierende Duschen. Parkplätze sind kostenlos, muss man jedoch jeden Abend suchen.

Very industrial neighborhood with a cement plant next door. We were put in a satellite building, parking was extremely limited. There was one choice for food, a pricey dinner buffet. We walked a few blocks to a very friendly bar which had just what we wanted, but we wouldn't have done that after dark. Expensive breakfast.

An und für sich waren wir sehr zufrieden. Etwas verwundert, dass das Zimmer keinen kleinen Kühlschrank hatte und Klimaanlage brauchten wir zum Glück nicht. Dafür war das Zimmer schon eingerichtet, sauber und das Bett auch sehr bequem. Ansonsten kann ich mich den Kommentaren "Oase im Industriegebiet" anschließen. Zum Zentrum von Leimen ist man schnell gelaufen und mir dem Auto auch schnell in Heidelberg. Und der Ausflug nach Heidelberg ist absolut zu empfehlen. Schöne Stadt.

Individuelle Aufteilung der Zimmer in verschiedenen Gebäuden mit vielen Kleinigkeiten, die man sonst in anderen Hotels eher nicht sieht. Ebenso haben fast alle Zimmer Balkon/Terrasse. Großer SPA Bereich (den ich aber nicht nutze). Ausreichend Parkplätze ohne Zusatzkosten. Negativ die fehlende Klima bei den Comfort-Zimmern, einige Zimmer sind direkt am Innenhof, wo gerne viele Gäste bis 22/23Uhr verweilen, viel zu wenig Steckdosen, sehr schlechtes WLan.

We were told to pay 59€ per person for 4-hour access to spa area (which covered pool acces). That was just too expensive for only an occasional dip on the pool, so we sought leisure elsewhere. Restaurant was closed this Sunday evening. Only snacks available and the Pinsa we ordered was topped with a salad that had not been rinsed: sand was not the crunch we had hoped for..

Sehr schönes Hotel mit mehreren Teilabschnitten und einem sehr tollen Innenhof. Die Zimmer sind einfach gehalten, schön und wirklich sehr sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist zwar etwas teuer aber lohnt sich trotzdem, da alles gut schneckt und eine große Auswahl an Speisen vorhanden ist. Insgesamt kann man das Hotel wirklich bestens weiterempfehlen.

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist zwar etwas teuer aber lohnt sich trotzdem, da alles gut schneckt und eine große Auswahl an Speisen vorhanden ist. Insgesamt kann man das Hotel wirklich bestens weiterempfehlen.

J’aurais voulu que soit indiqué le prix du petit déjeuner (24€/pers) que j’ai trouvé vraiment exorbitant par rapport à ce qui nous était proposé. Nous aurions également aimé un accueil en français car la France n’est pas loin (1h15 de chez vous !) et quand vous êtes à Strasbourg, tout le monde fait un effort pour vous accueillir en allemand… Votre hôtesse d’accueil dont le premier métier est de connaître les langues (au moins l’anglais et le français dans cette région !) était quasi -incompréhensible en anglais et ne parlait pas un mot de français. Foutaise ! Pour finir, la photo de la chambre n’avait rien à voir avec celle qui nous a été attribuée (décoration passée de mode voire ringarde)

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Toskana war wirklich toll. Besonders die Saunalandschaft hat uns begeistert, eine große Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet und angenehme Zimmer. Gerne wieder!

Misleading facility facts On the Hotels.com app the “Pool” is a facility for filter search as well as the hotel description is stating “Acces to outside pool”. However, the pool acces is only available if you purchase a Spa Experience for 4 hours. I have written to Hotel.com recommending them to remove the Pool as a facility. Communication with front desk personnel not good - even though addressing the clerk in English (which he apparently understood) he consistently answered in German.
