Groundfloor apartment next to the pool - ER702LT

Okay, but won’t rush back to this one. This is the fourth apartment I’ve stayed in on La Torre and I’m afraid the most disappointing. The smell outside in this street from the drains is disgusting. Only area of the resort I notice it. The smell unfortunately continued inside from the toilet. Had to leave the toilet seat/lid down permanently and continually flushed it to keep the smell at bay.This is the first apartment I’ve stayed in with a timer for the A/C. Automatically switched off after four hours. Woke up on my first night in a pool of sweat and had to wash the bed sheets. Called the property manager in the morning (Friday) and was told I’d have to wait until after the weekend for someone to come round. Not ideal with the high temperature during our stay. On my second night, I was woken with the A/C unit dripping on my head. Had to switch it off and use the other bedroom.
