Second time iat La Forêt! We love this place! Excellent breakfast! And also because of the beach club, beautiful space to enjoy the beach! We highly recommend it!

Everything was excellent except the dinner, which was just ok and some days really disappointing regarding service and food. I suggest not to recommend the dinner offer package at the front desk because it is better for the whole experience that people go have dinner outside until they are able to improve the dinner as a whole. For example service and food at beach club are totally different and enjoyable.

I love almost everything the welcoming at the hotel was one of the best Leo at the reception and Marcelo was very friendly, I’m very happy to see how good they sove some problems and attention to detail. Van driver beach club was super friendly and pontual. The food was good but the only thing that was not so good is the room service take too long like 2 hours for just one plate of food. Apart of that everything was perfect. And I really recommend this place to stay.

Venho por meio desta mensagem deixar uma reclamação formal pois faço questão que ocorrido comigo e meu filho hoje neste estabelecimento chegue aos proprietários para que *JAMAIS* isso ocorra com outra família. A situação que vivemos mostra um total despreparo para receber famílias e principalmente crianças assim como deixa nítida a falta de preparo e comunicação entre os funcionários. Assim como falta de compaixão e empatia com o próximo. Em 18/01 as 12:00 em nosso check out (eu, meu marido e um bebê de 1 ano e 7 meses) perguntamos se o restaurante da piscina estava aberto, fomos então informados pela recepção que abriria as 13:00. *detalhe importante: em todos comunicados do hotel informam que o restaurante de segunda a segunda a partir de 12:00* De qualquer forma, como precisamos dar almoço para nosso filho para seguirmos viagem aguardamos pacientemente. As 13:00 horas nada feito, retornei à recepção e questionei e o atendente informou que mais uns minutos e iniciaria o serviço, *neste momento fui clara em perguntar:servem almoço? Servem pratos de comida? Pois preciso alimentar um bebê.* *Recebi a resposta que sim* Para nossa supresa as 13:10 o funcionário inicia o atendimento do restaurante afirmando que apenas petiscos estavam disponíveis e não pratos. Que para comida precisaríamos aguardar até 14:30. Neste momento, meu bebê que já aguardava sentado começou a chorar pedindo “papá”. Não houve 1 segundo de sensibilidade. Levantamos e fomos embora, com um bebê ch
