High Residency - Beachfront Well Furnished & Spacious Apartment

The host is very communicative and will work with whatever issues may arise. The apartment is clean and next to a lot of good restaurants and cafes.

Located in a very safe area where you can walk to restaurants, hotels and beach. Underground parking is very useful for avoiding the heat. If you want to visit hypermarkets for groceries they are only about 10mins drive. Very accommodating in allowing us to drop off our luggage before check in time.

Very spacious apartment with a well-furnished living room. Internet and Netflix are stable and reliable. Beds are very comfortable, especially if you like a firm mattress. The apartment is located near the main highway, but with the windows closed the noise is negligible. From other reviews, we knew the kitchen needs upgrading, but most things are provided, and Nabil is very responsive if you need anything. The bathrooms also need some maintenance, but the shower is great and there is plenty of warm water. The location is excellent, with a shopping mall and restaurants underneath. The beach is within walking distance, as is the Opera. For a two-week stay, Nabil's apartment was perfect for our needs. Thank you for your hospitality!
